Food & service was great
It was an absolutely lovely anniversary dinner! Our servers Alex and Steve were fantastic, attentive, fun and have great recommendations. We will be back very soon!
(Small note, lobster potholes are extra, extra garlicky. Not a bad thing, but prepare yourself 😂)
Service was great. I've been many times but the food was not up to its usual standard. There's just something about Lobster bisque with no Lobster chunks in it my opinion that makes it wrong for a seafood place. Oyster's were amazing & the shooter's went down with ease. Shout out to the DJ and Bartender!
We had reservations and enjoyed sitting at the bar so much we stayed !!
Great all the way around 👍
Best restaurant in Milwaukee hands down. Best scallops I've ever had - that meal was truly impressive. The key lime pie tart was so good and we also loved our lobster pot holes! Amazing service as well!
Perfect place for a romantic outing, family gatherings, etc. Great setting. The Chef made our 6 year old chicken strips, french fries and butter noddles! Which isn’t on the menu. Very grateful!! We will visit again.
Waitress was great. Food was excellent!! Had the black cod and it was exceptional. I’m normally a beef person but will be coming back for this again! Daughter had surf and turf with scallops. Sweet buttery scallops. Excellent meal and will be back!!!
The lobster potholes were amazing. Scallops were good. Ambiance and decor were very nice. Service was very good. Overall was hoping for more with the food.
I took my 19yr old daughter to dinner before another event we had planned and she was truly impressed by the whole experience. She had the Lobster pot pie and devoured the whole thing. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The only issue I had was my food was not piping hot and I think that's because they were waiting on my daughter's pot pie to finish cooking so they could serve our meals together. Other than that, everything was absolutely fabulous.
This was my first visit to TCP and overall, it was good. My only complaint was that we were not informed about menu items that were not available ahead of being asked what we wanted to eat. There was one appetizer and two desserts that we tried ordering only to be told they were out of them.
We also had to request that our server and anyone delivering food to our table wear a mask—something TCP accommodated for us graciously, but was surprised this wasn’t standard practice considering the omicron variant.
We might return but would only do so after calling ahead to make sure everything on the menu would be available.
The food was amazing. I had the Lobster Pot Pie which was quite substantial dish with great flavors. The appetizers and starters (to share) were very nice. We will definitely be back with friends in the New Year
Food, drinks, and service was amazing. Made our night extra special!
Amazing place, I will be back, soon I hope! My new go to place, thank you. Great food, great wines.
Food was good except for the presentation. It didn’t look as good as it tasted. Service was very good. Nice ambiance. More effort into how the food was presented would have made it even better.
Great food, but we were seated in the upper back of the restaurant which is not nearly as cute as the front. It looks like a hotel conference room a little bit. Other than that- great experience, great food, and customer service. In the future I'll call and make sure we get seating in the front of the restaurant.
Great find in Milwaukee, rather unexpected. Excellent service, delicious food and wonderful ambience.
As always, Third Coast Provisions was phenomenal. The staff is so welcoming & attentive, and they always remember me. They went above & beyond this time though because they knew from a previous week that I had just finished law school final exams. They gave me a complimentary celebratory shot and even offered dessert as well. Their food is incredible. I feel comfortable ordering things I’ve never had before because I know it’ll always be wonderful!
Amazing meal and great overall experience. Fantastic service. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to return!
Delicious food and great service. Very comfortable ambiance
Amazing and attentive but not obtrusive wait staff. Delicious and uniquely prepared entrees. Creative cocktails.
The restaurant was nicely decorated and it wasn’t too loud. We stayed as long as we wanted and we talked without having to yell! Food was incredible as always! There’s a reason why it’s one of my favorite places to dine in Milwaukee.
Celebrated closing on our first home. Our waitress was so sweet and knew the menu well. Looking forward to going back. A new Milwaukee staple
Loved the food (Seafood) and ambiance (Hip and upbeat)! However, the stairs were a little bit of an issue for my 89 year old Mother.
Excellent food and service! Our waiter, Alex provide great recommendations throughout our dinner choices. Enjoyed our experience.
Excellent food and service. Our waiter was attentive and gave great recommendations.
Delicious meal as usual!
Food was amazing, ambiance perfect and service was delightful.
Was very good food. Black Cod a standout. Classy place. Good for a date night before a show. Would go again for another special evening.
We celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary with good food and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The spanish brandy was divine and our gf needs were met. Thank you so much!
This was a Birthday dinner for my son and it was amazing as always.
We called and told them we were going to be a bit late. No problem and we appreciated the accommodation. We were seated immediately. The food was great the drink was perfectly curated. Good value, good food and great service.
Food came out way too fast, was not paced well
Third Coast Provision is one of our favorite restaurants. The food and service is always outstanding. We both had the Alaskan Halibut - so delicious! It's more upscale, so typically a special occasion destination for us. If I had one complaint it would be that the wine pours are a little stingy.
Felt somewhat uncomfortable, in that the wait staff and greeter were not wearing masks. Salmon dish was slightly salty. Walleye was excellent. Oysters were great. Dessert was very good. Lack of a tea option was disappointing.
Food was perfect as always. This is my favorite spot in Milwaukee. I high recommend the lobster pot pie.
I added scallops to the ravioli and it was a great decision. The service was attentive and food superb.
Great ambience, food, and service! Excellent Birthday celebration
Our server, James, was great. He was helpful and clear in his recommendations and made us feel comfortable asking questions about unfamiliar menu items. Service was attentive without being overbearing, personable and friendly. 5 stars to James!
Our cocktails, the Catacomb Canary and One For The Ages, were creative, visually appealing and well poured.
We started with the lobster potholes which were delicious and a good size for a starter for two.
As to entrees, the short rib with spaetzle was AMAZING. Tender and savory and well seasoned. We also ordered the ravioli with the addition of scallops. It was very good but a bit sweeter than expected and the truffle listed in the description was lost to me. There was also a lot of what I think was very finely sliced shallot?.. or something similar in the sauce that was a bit of a textural miss for me but that’s personal preference. Overall still a solid dish.
The peach creme brûlée was good but very sweet. Between the caramelized sugar and the addition of peaches, I had expected a bit more balance. If you expect a hint of tartness when you hear ‘peach jam’, you won’t find it. Again, still very good, but definitely needed an after dinner coffee to accompany it.
Overall, we had an incredible meal in a lovely settling. I’d go back for the cocktails and short rib alone. Thanks to Third Coast Provisions for a wonderful meal!
