Surprisingly wonderful experience. Easy and wonderful to be able to make reservations. Menu, wine list, full bar excellent options. Food options superb!. Outside appearance misleading. Wendy gave us excellent, attentive, delightful service. Would be nice to include a small salad with dinner entrées.

I have been to Italy many times. It was so wonderful to have a restaurant open locally, up with true authentic tasting Italian food. My favorite is the Bolognese! The burrata on the caprese salad just melts in your mouth. Yumm !

The rustic Italian pasta dishes we had were excellent. Amber our server was attentive and pleasant. From the outside (an old Pizza Hut) it doesn't look like much but the food was great and the decor was unique, we will be back.

We were really looking forward to our first visit. We were greeted warmly and given lots of attention about seating and options. The mussels were excellent! The bolognese was also very good, very tasty and meaty. I was disappointed with the bucatini al amatriciana. Pancetta is ok, but guanciale is much better, worth the effort to acquire (I get mine online). The sauce was unlike any amatriciana I've had or made. Basically a red sauce but no tomato chunks (and pancetta not guanciale). The flavor was okay, but not what I would call amatriciana. Looking forward to another visit and trying the carbonara.

We split an appetizer of fried oysters and then split an order of four cheese ravioli. Both were delicious. Among other offerings, the gnocchi, the eggplant, and the pasta Bolognese are excellent. Wine selection by the glass is good. Service was good too, as usual.

We always have a wonderful time when we dine here. This birthday celebration was perfect. Our server was charming, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious and plentiful. We came home with more than enough for another meal. Brava all around.

The Pasta Station in Landrum SC is one of the best meals you will ever eat. We had Mussels for our appetizer. Delicious!! Our Salads were fresh, beautiful and perfectly balanced. The main course for all four of us was The Surf and Turf, Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail. Incredible!! So flavorful, done to absolute perfection for each of us. Amazing!! The dessert and wine were also excellent and paired perfectly with our whole dining experience. I have also had the Spaghetti Bolognese and I cannot say enough wonderful words for this dish!! It is my favorite pasta. The Trout is also a favorite. Everything has always been delicious, fresh and beautifully plated. The staff is friendly, attentive and pay attention to details. It is not just “dinner” it is a dining experience You are sure to enjoy immensely!!! Such a gem!

Read the reviews and it said fine dining, so I thought we’d give it a try. The restaurant was very small and too many tables for the space. I couldn’t even sit across from my husband at the table and had to sit in the aisle and got bumped by everyone that went by. The pasta and calamari were very chewy. The wine and service was great. The restaurant was in an old Pizza Hut and they tried to overcompensate on the Italian theme. Even though Mona, Lisa smiled at me through dinner, I was not impressed. Don’t think we’ll be back-it was decent; but not fine dining.

All was good ...EXCEPT .... The filet mignon was a small end cut. It was 1/2 the size of that which was served on the previous visit. Poor value at $45. It will be sent back if there is another visit.

I would've given 5 stars for my meal, but my husband's entree was only a 3. I had the special, which was grouper piccata -- grouper was perfectly cooked with lemon and caper linguine. Husband had spaghetti and meatballs, but said that the meatballs were not good. Overall a satisfactory visit. The decor is a bit schlocky for me, but excellent service and delicious hot rolls. Our entrees were HOT -- that's something that many restaurants find incapable of pulling off and it's something that I value.

Pasta dishes are priced very reasonable! Other dishes sounded great but priced a little pricey. Great serving sizes, enough to warrant a people bag Not a doggy bag. Very good and looking forward to trying and enjoying a very nice meal.

Lasagna was wonderful!! Filled with layers of pasta and cheese, topped with red sauce, and Italian meatballs on the side. My husband had the chicken Alfredo and it was amazing. Such a small, cozy setting that feels like a big hug! Will definitely visit again!

It was Mother’s Day. They were slammed and short staffed, so the timing was a little long. We plan to return but not on a holiday. It really is a nice place that is off the beaten path! We sat on the open patio and it was wonderful!

Pasta Station is excellent and the only high end restaurant in the Landrum, Tryon area. Always has tables full as the food is top notch! Good wine selection and nice menu. Would like to see more fish specials. You can dine inside or on their patio as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Service was terrible. After being seated for 15 minutes finally was acknowledged by hostess. She found a waiter. 5 minutes later served water. 10 minutes got my ice tea. Took longer to get a glass of wine. Ordered when we had drinks delivered. Waiter came back out of our entree. Reordered and out of second choice. Gave 3rd choice. After being there for 1 hr received dinner. We complained to our waiter only to hear that it was kitchens problem and the owner is the chef and he couldn’t say anything. Took another 10 minutes to get second glass of wine after we had to ask hostess to get one. This is the second time for this poor service and we will not go back. They overbook in relation to the staff they have. No attempt to make a bad experience right, just sorry and not my fault response. Open table should evaluate having three on their list. So sad.

We were there on a Monday night for dinner around 6 pm. We chose to eat inside and it was cool and dark and quiet which we liked. We had a group of 3 and one had wine and 2 had cocktails...all were good. I had the breaded calamari appetizer which I enjoyed. I chose the grouper special for my main and they were able to adapt it to my needs. My husband had the lobster risotto and was very happy. Our friend had the gnocchi and said it was good, not exceptional. There was bread service with olive oil and herbs. We didn't have room for dessert but enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and Chris who was our capable and helpful server. I was an enjoyable experience all around.

Though this restaurant is the PASTA Station, I ordered the cowboy ribeye well done, and it was perfect, still tender. Hubby enjoyed the lobster and my son wolfed down the cheese ravioli. The entire evening was spot on.

Delicious food, never disappoints! Always attentive service. Hidden gem...I hesitate to give it an excellent rating so that others don't find out, but in order for any restaurant to survive, they must have the patrons and support so don't hesitate to give the Pasta Station a try! I do hope they will get the outdoor patio in service soon and encourage folks to have dinner outside there.

I love this restaurant! The staff was so sweet to my mom on her birthday. The food was amazing! Do not let the outside fool you, the food is amazing and you kinda feel like you are in an old school Italian Restaurant. Support this gem.
