Theo's Rogers Ratings and Reviews
Great experience! Went for Valentines Day and it did not disappoint! Best thing we had was the pork shoulder appetizer! We did spend $145 but also got drinks, appetizer, salads, catch of the day, and desert! Would go there again but can’t spend that kind of money all the time.
The service was perfect, as was everything we ordered. The drinks are very well priced and the food was worth the price. The atmosphere was very romantic and unrushed. The restaurant obviously takes pride in even the smallest details. I cannot wait to go back.
had a mussel appetizer, mussels were a little tough and the meats were small
I had a super pork chop 3" thick. the sauce was a little sweet, not great. it was also cooked suvee which kept it super moist but it should have been seared. My colleague had a fillet which he enjoyed
the waiter was excellent as well as the hostess!!!
First time to visit, and we plan to return. We were in town for our 29th anniversary and chose Theo's for dinner. Wife had the Filet Mignon, and I had a pasta dish with steak tips and vegetables. We also had some imaginative salads, and a wonderful dessert. Service was great; attentive and informative, but not intrusive. The manager or chef came by every table to check on things and make sure every guest was pleased. It was an excellent experience.
We visited Theo's before the theater and it was quite good. Drinks were fun and tasty. We had a few appetizers that were nice. The carrot soup was a stand out and our entrees were what we expected. The dining tables we were at are adjacent to the kitchen service window so staff conversation is part of your evening which isn't ideal for the environment they are trying to create but it was a great dinner and a nice evening out.
For a Friday night, it was extremely slow. That said, it still look a solid 5 minutes to prepare our table even though we arrived at our reservation time. We ordered calamari, and only after we had been there for 30 minutes, did our waitress inform us they were out. We ordered a lot of food, but it all came out at the same time, which I think is inappropriate for 2 people, eating tapas-style. It should come out slowly, not piled all on the table at the same time- this makes for an unenjoyable experience. This is not an abnormal practice at high-end restaurants, and I expect warm food when the bill (for 2) is nearly $200. Furthermore, we ordered a beet salad and made sure to note that we would like it to come out before everything. Not only was it not delivered to our table first, it wasn't even ready when all the other food came out. So, we ate our salad near the end. Even though I only saw 5 other tables being tended to by 2 waiters, it still took too long in-between drinks to get a new order into the bar. At one point, I had been drink-less for nearly 20 minutes (not water, a cocktail/wine). This is unacceptable to me. Our waitress was kind and pleasant, but seemed like maybe she had a bad night, because she was not very attentive, but apologetic.
Outstanding service in a lovely setting. We had the rib-eye and the filet. Both were very good. My only small complaint is that I ordered my steak medium rare and it was closer to medium well. I'm sure they would have corrected the matter if I had brought if up but it wasn't a big enough concern to me to mention. We had an enjoyable evening and will definitely return.
Celebrated graduation here. Came early evening, so it was very quiet.
4 of us and we all ordered something different. I had the filet mignon and I can honestly say it was probably one of the best steaks I've ever had. I've eaten at Peter Lugers and Keens in NYC and Del Frisco in Dallas and this steak was right up there with what I had at those fine steak houses. The sauce they put on the steak just set it off nicely. It came with mashed potatoes. They were okay. I'd prefer augratin or lyonnaise. One in our party ordered the carrot soup and they thought it was the best.
3 things I would tell the management. Serve filtered water. Yours had a mineral taste. If it's bitter cold outside turn the heater up just a little. And if you ever remodel, put a barrier between the dining room and bar, so the tv isn't seen. That would make the dining room a little more special. Our waiter was top notch and took care of every need.
Thouroughly enjoyed our dinner. We were running a few minutes late due to traffic. I called and whoever answered the phone was so apprecitative of the call. Our server, Joey provided incredible service. Will definitely go back when we travel to Arkansas.

At one time sure this place was the place to eat in NWA, but is hasn’t evolved or kept pace with all the other great places to eat. The interior is tired ( the seat on our booth was torn up) the choice of music was questionable ranged from rock to ambient dance all at a high volume. The food ran from weird ( shrimp with mozzarella) to badly cooked, over seasoned and greasy.
The one saying grace was the wine flight which is great value.
If they want to survive the need to update the restaurant and gut the menu.
Absolutely delicious and wonderful ambiance. I hope to get back to Rogers so i can go again. Was here for a business meal with a new client and it was perfect in every way. Highly recommend the jumbo shrimp. Caramelized brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had. Bar none!
One of the best restaurants in the region. You could taste the local freshness in the food and everything was impeccable. Our server's expertise was the highlight of the evening. She paired wine and recommended choices based on our tastes on par with a sommelier.
We enjoyed our evening immensely - went for our 40th anniversary and had a quiet evening. Make reservations though - a couple enter the restaurant ahead of us and was informed that all the dining room tables were reserved. We walked in and there was one other group in there and about 7 or 8 tables empty - throughtout our time there only 4 other tables were seated?
Theo's is close to the Arkansas Music Pavilion (AMP) and since they take reservations it is a great place to fine before going to a show. The drinks are excellent, and while the menu isn't extensive the choices are always delicious. My daughter loves the chocolate molten lava cake and orders it every time we go!
We had received a gift card at Christmas from a business associate. We decided to go...went online it was very easy to make online reservations. Very pleasurable dining experience...the steaks were cooked perfectly..and the roasted Brussel sprouts and asparagus were wonderful... we plan on dining here regularly now! Our wait staff was very attentive .... Thank you Theo's for a great non rushed dining experience!
