   As someone who has to be on a strict gluten free diet, I thought I’d dropped into food heaven. Lots of great choices. The service was great too. It was a loud, hopping place, which isn’t my preference, but I’d definitely go back.

   We were spending the weekend in the area. The MINT wasn't my first choice but they were able to accommodate 2 for dinner on a Saturday night. The architecture and decor is modern and with clean lines. The hostess seated my party immediately. Due to a staffing mix up, I waited about 5 minutes before a server came to my table. The menu is small but varied. I had a roast beef sandwich that was very good. The fries were slightly soggy. The other meal was fried chicken thighs that were deboned. The meat was moist and tender. I ordered a large side of macaroni and cheese that was excellent. The dining room is open and the noise level is high. Good selection of local craft beer.

   I always have a great time at the Mint and this time was no exception. Lots of tasty food and a great beer selection. (though this time they were a little heavy on the IPAs) And you must try dessert... always try the dessert.

   We've been to the Mint several times and it has always been good. The menu varies, but there are always some standbys like mac and cheese, which is delightful. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu items and attentive. Parking is free and there is street parking as well. It is located in a former bank building and uses that theme, which is fun. I would not recommend it for people with young children.

   A great atomosphere with awesome food and a great drink list. Easy to converse with friends. Excellent service! Definitely would recommend.

   Never disappoints!! Not our 1st time and def won’t be our last! Food is always amazing, husband loves the beer list. Our go to restaurant when we want a great night out :)

   First time and will not be the last! Interesting menu with very different items. Different foods you don’t find anywhere else! Chick pea fries were delicious Gluten free cheese sticks excellent I had the bbq chick tacos amazing! Martinis were outstanding... I will be back

    Wow! My husband and I had a lunch date on Saturday and I cannot say enough about the food and service! Evan was beyond fantastic and gave us additional info about the food we specifically ordered, as well as background about the food prep and restaurant. Amazing food...We will be back again to try different items on the menu. Thanks for a great experience...Highly recommend.
