   Max was an excellent host. My wife and I were unusualy demanding, but Max helped with every request. The food was amazingly good. The start, with toasted pita accompanied by hummus and tsatziki was more than we could have expected. Thank you, guys!

   The place is super fun, the DJ was great. The food was really good. The ambience is loud and fun but it’s just disgusting how they keep telling you that it’s a 90 minute time limit and they keep rushing us and kept rushing us and kept rushing us. I hardly enjoyed my time there, even though the place seems to be a lot of fun. But it’s just disgusting how the waitress kept coming up to us and wanted to rushing us out. They need to have better mannerism!!!!!

   This restaurant on 3rd Street is a very nice, modern, well designed. We started out with Steak Tartare as an appetizer (price $24) and it was very good, well seasoned, good quantity of food. For an entre I had the Theia Burger (price $22) and the quality of the beef was excellent, the requested "doneness" perfect. A little salty and I did tell the owner. No big deal. My friend had the Rack of Lamb (price $35). It was again a good amount of food, seasonable just right. We ordered the Pistachio Baklava as a take-out dessert (price $15). This was a disappointment. It was to be a tightly layered with filling. It was extremely "light" with little or no filling. Not so good. So some suggestions, (1) order a side or your entre plate will look naked, (2) caution on the dessert, (3) there is entertainment (greek style) often during your service, very loud, would be welcome if you had been drinking for a hour or two. The music is very loud, more like West Hollywood club music. Overall, you gotta try the restaurant. The ambience, the food and the service is worth a try.

   The experience was an awful one from the start. I received a call asking if I was sure I was going to make it to my dinner reservation because they were super booked. Than when arriving, They rushed us out of our dinner, not giving us a chance to enjoy our meal. We were told we had an hour and a half to eat. When we asked if this was for everyone they stated yes, but the tables around was not only not told the same thing but exceded the hour and half mark. Server came with card reader half way through dinner asking us were we done eating because we must leave soon. We also were told upon making reservations that there would be a show at 6:30 outside, but there was absolutely no show. The show that they were referring to was the waiters screaming “wapa” all over the restaurant. Completely misleading and false information. Apparently the “real” show starts at 8 pm and we were not told that. All in all I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant. Being in out of towner. The experience was awful. Food was basic, The ambience was not appealing, not worth wasting your time.

   Very energetic and exciting restaurant! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! A little loud, if that’s not your thing you might not like it. And the food was a little expensive for the portion size, but tasted excellent! Cocktails were also amazing!

   Overall the place is cool and energetic. They made us feel welcomed specially when we mentioned that we are there for a special occasion. The only negative comment I can make is that it is very overpriced for the food and drinks. Also, you can add any thing to your order once your order is placed. You only have one chance to get it all in. Also the portions are small. But the entertainment was great. Music super high so if you want to hear each other sit outside.

    I made reservations at 9:30 and they didn’t sit us until 10-10:15. The music level is so loud you can’t talk or even order your food. The food was mediocre and not worth the cost. If you want to go out with loud music/dancing than this place is for you. I personally don’t think I will check this place out again.

    I made a dinner reservation here at 8:45. The place was already packed when we got there. They said to wait by the bar and they will seat us soon. We didn’t get sat until 9:45. We ordered our food and only every got served a salad. An hour past and we still had no food. After an hour and a half they gave us a complimentary salad and drink. After 2 hours we still were not fed. We wasted 3 hours here and never got our meal. They just kept saying “I feel so bad for you guys” like no give us the food we ordered. They kept walking around with sparklers which was cool but may I suggest using that money to hire more cooks. Free drinks and sparklers doesn’t do anything to people who came to eat dinner. Don’t advertise yourself as a restaurant if you won’t serve food. I’m convinced you don’t even have a real kitchen. The time I got home to eat dinner it was midnight. Honestly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t come to drink I came to eat and try their Greek food. Don’t waste your time here unless you just want drinks and a firework show.

    Went on a Wednesday evening to test out the food. Valet is available. Street parking in this part of LA is a nightmare. Metered street parking stops running at 8pm, so if you find one, grab it. Was seated outside, as were all other parties this hot September evening. Limited entree selection at 8pm, which was odd. I tried the truffle potato croquettes, the truffled moussaka, and a cocktail. No complimentary appetizers were made available (e.g., bread). Croquettes took 20 minutes to arrive. Moussaka arrived 10-15 minutes after. Food quality is quite good! Main entree lacked a proper side to balance all the ground beef in the moussaka. Didn't want to spring for an additional side. Total bill with tax and tip was around $90. It's a bit expensive for what I ate. Probably won't come back.

    The ambiance is nice but food and service is mediocre. The cauliflower and potatoes were undercooked. It’s was loud and dirty dishes were not picked up unless you asked. The waiter smelled like marijuana.

    I thought I was going to a restaurant. This place had cheap Miami club vibes. Food was good, though the chef needs to learn that food needs salt to be tasty. Salt levels low to absent across the board. Please turn the music volume down

    THEIA IS TOO NOISY! TOO LOUD. THEY COULD MAINTAIN THE FUN AND EXUBERANCE THE ENERGY AND ATMOSPHERE WITHOUT DEAAAFENING PEOPLE, LOWER THE VOLUMR SO GUESTS CAN HEAR EACH OTHER SPEAK. ALSO$4, AS LONG AS A PARTY IS SPENDING MONEY, DESSERT, ANOTHER BOTTLE OF $55 wine, etc. why would they be told the table they reserved was needed? Theia is fun and the food is good. It is also overpriced nd I did not appreciate being asked to vacate my table while continuing to spend money. This was my second visit to Theia and, I fear, my last. $55

    Really nice entertainment with dancer and rest of crew. Should be leas frequent in my opinion, but good effort. Food was good. For the price, a bit underwhelming but clearly they need to pay for the added stuff. The one disappointing thing was, they didn’t bring even a minimal cupcake or something for my son birthday even though they were told by me. We got tired, and didn’t order desert, but thought that they’ll at least have something (even for added cost). But because I didn’t order, they just brought the check. Not classy at all. Specially when the 6 of us spent $400 there. Overall, good experience but left with a little bitter taste.

    Daisy was an absolute treasure and the staff overall were very pleasant. The noise level however, was unexpected. Oh my God it was loud. I had no idea the performances happened every 10 minutes. The music was so loud we could barely order cocktails and food. We asked to be moved outside and were accommodated. Lastly, they could do without lighting sparklers every time someone performed. The Smokey fiery smell was overwhelming and I left with my hair smelling like the 4th of July.

    Horrifically loud and overpriced for what it is. We had to scream to order. The staff initially brought us the wrong order and lost another part of our order. What did arrive was hit or miss, with some dishes being great while others were mediocre. We couldn't even leave quickly because staff and the owner were too busy partying to close out our bill. The food and "ambiance" here are not worth the hearing loss.

    This place was the perfect place for celebrating my birthday with friends! If you’re looking for a fun, unique and entertaining dining experience, look no further! My friends are still reminding me of how much fun they had here. The owner and staff were also very attentive and went above and beyond in their customer service with our group. We can’t wait to go back!

    A lot of energy. If you want a quiet dinner don’t come here because IT’S LIT. Great for birthday celebration and turn ups! Overall, the value for the meal was a little off, but we knew what we were in for when we sat down and looked in the menu. Overall a fun time and a lot of good energy

    I chose this place for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday, and it was definitely the best idea. We loved the energy and vibe of the restaurant and the food was amazing. We shared the tomahawk steak and it was cooked just how we requested and was not too salty. The sides were also great and we didn’t have any complaints about the food. The drinks were also good and not too strong. The staff was super nice and we thought the bellydancer was a cool part of the dining experience. They do contact you a few times prior to the reservation despite confirming through Opentable, which is interesting but i didn’t mind it. It is difficult to have conversations but I mean the whole point of the restaurant is for that fun party vibe so if you want a boring candlelit dinner then this might not be for you. I would come back for another occasion with a bigger group next time!

    Please don’t go here. Unless you enjoy spending you hard earned money being yelled at by staff (literally…. It’s part of the “ambiance”) and don’t plan to have a conversation with anyone you’re at dinner with. This place was a joke. Looking forward to whatever they replace it with - there’s no way it will last long.
