Great drinks, great food, great service, gorgeous place

Great place, great ambiance and really friendly staff. Will return once it's possible!

Distancing is not being respected in this restaurant. Tables are really close to each other. Menus are not digital.. food was not amazing

Really appreciate the challanes business face during the pandemic but The Yarn makes it seem easy

Such a great set up for outdoor dining - very cosy! I’ve been twice in the last few weeks. Lovely food and delicious cocktails! I’ve already recommended it to some friends! Only thing was one of my friends were gluten free and there was a limited menu for her.

Good food, great service, pity about the added service charge, I’d usually tip cash anyway, it was defiantly worth the service charge however,

The staff were generally very nice, expect for the person who served our table, which is why I scored low. They could have been having an off day or be having personal issues so I'm hesitant to let this one person's demeanor defer others from going, so just I'll pop it here as an FYI

Properly adhering to distancing. Felt really safe and food was delicious.

Food was absolutely amazing! One or two things that set back the score but overall, a great experience!

A great option anytime with fantastic food & great ambience. However with covid this is a nice at times pass 1.45 hours & try feel like life is normal... they were prepped before covid

Lovely place cocktails were fab got the ceaser salad it was stunning, only negative was the seats they were very uncomfortable 😂 sorry but will deffo be back to try the pizza but maybe inside as was cold 🥶

It's a cool spot right in the middle of Dublin yet tucked away on the roof of the building. Great ambience up there and convenient to be central yet relatively private.

We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday. Staff were friendly, the food was excellent, and there was a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, they had none of the lemonades left, which was a bit disappointing as I am a non-drinker, but my fellow diners were happy with the drinks options. I had hoped that since I had mentioned in the booking that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and had requested that they put a candle in his pizza (he’s not a dessert person) that they would have acknowledged it, but they did not - just a note for anyone who might be thinking the same!

I had a very happy birthday with friends and was nicely surprised with a cake and the fab staff singing happy birthday, love The Yarn and will return time and time again

Really nice spot, was a beautiful day so we sat outside which was really nicely decorated. Food was yum, spicy pepperoni and ask for a side of fries as they’re not on the menu but yum. Overall really good - if you’re a beer drinker there isn’t a lot of choice

Service and food was excellent. My husband and I had the pasta which was lovely.

Great evening. Relaxed vibe with good atmosphere service fantastic.

The place was very crowded and loud, we got a table for two but we had to sit next to each other because there was a leak from the roof. The food was OK. Very quick service though.

Really well organised for social distancing. Lovely staff. Good menu, food yummy. We weren’t rushed.

Love coming to The Yarn, always delivers on the food and cocktails, staff are always very friendly and helpful, will be back again in a few weeks for my birthday!

Nice place you would really notice was there unless you where told it was there.It has a great view of the Liffey from upstairs.Pizzas are very nice really good well made.The chips are huge as well and really nice.The only issue I had with this place was the drinks menu is very limited on choice and is completely different to what is offered on the menu online.

It's the wonderful service that makes this place a favourite of mine . Lovely location and a great selection of food and drinks.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend any of the pizzas but the chicken wings were only ok

The food was absolutely delicious as we're the cocktails. The terrace was such a stunning spot to be at sunset and the service was second to none.

Fantastic little rooftop setting. Friendly staff with a first class service.

Huge portions of wings, and the eggplant parm fries are a must have. Pizzas to die for as always!

Really tasty pizzas and cocktails. We sat out on the terrace which was really lovely as it was warm evening. The staff were kind and attentive. It was my first time at the yarn but I’d definitely go back and recommend it to others :)

A waitress kept moving chairs around which scraped off the floor really noisily...we had to stop talking as it was so loud and screechy we couldn't hear each other....even glancing at her she didn't seem to get the hint to stop doing that.

Brill, love it! Only issue was some of the advertised drinks online weren't available on the night we were there which left two of the girls without an option (but am guessing COVID orders are to blame here) staff fab and attentive - thank you :)
