    ASH is a unique and wonderful experience. We have eaten there as a couple and taken friends and clients. Food is consistently excellent and because of the method of cooking it stands out from other restaurants. The design of the restaurant is beautiful, and the lighting, unlike most restaurants is not harsh but soft and flattering. We have sat at a table where we can watch the chefs prepare the food. They seem to truly enjoy what they do, and it shows in the look and the taste of the food they prepare, From the valet to the bartender, service is warm and welcoming.  after you’re done eating, you can step outdoors into The Yard or relax in their comfortable Harley themed lobby. Making an evening!

    Skip the Sunday brunch. The lack of variety of food, some of the food quality and ambience doesn't warrant the cost. The shrimp wasn't properly cleaned, entree side dishes limited, salad fixings only tomatoes and cucumbers, and some of the creme brulee separating. The staff was very friendly and professional but this brunch needs improvement.

    Excellent brunch. The seafood (oysters, crab legs) is wonderful. The room is lovely and rustic (but very upscale rustic!) While it was a bit pricey, the meat and seafood presented were out of this world!

    I went for brunch thinking it was a sit down restaurant. Turned out to be a buffet with a bunch of bland options that was $70 a person!! This price was not advertised anywhere and I definitely feel like I was scammed

    When it was called Iron Horse there was a bigger display of food for the buffet. I overheard one of the servers being told to not serve so much to the patrons. For two people the bill was over $200. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

    Worst dining experience ever. All of the food on the buffet was terrible. They had no sides (no potatoes or veggies) for a Mother’ Day Brunch. Glasses were filthy. Meats ranged from over cooked to undercooked and also all tasteless. Price was outrageous and tip was included at 24% to inform future customers. Go to McDonald’s instead. At least they have hasbrowns. Will not be back.

    Firstly, so incredibly loud for a restaurant, I felt like I was at a bar on a Saturday night. It was hard to hear each other. From a service perspective: had to ask server to bring our salads first. He assumed, without asking, we wanted all courses at the same time which was weird. The Caesar salads were really enjoyed. The other salad came out missing 3 of the best ingredients on the salad - again, WTF? Server took it off of the bill. The main courses were enjoyed except mine. Came out medium rare when I requested it medium well, then brought back barely medium. I gave up at that point. The appetizers were just okay. Overall, way too noisy for a restaurant and little attention to detail from the kitchen. Food quality overall was decent.

    I've been to ASH several times however we had a really bad experience this past weekend. We went for the Sunday brunch and it seemed like they weren't quite ready. The bacon from the meat station was half raw. Only about half of the food was put out initially. Our waitress didn't give us a drink menu and rushed us to order so we defaulted to Bloody Mary's. At first, she got our order wrong and then once we finally got them halfway through the meal, they were terrible. For spending almost $200 for 2 people, it was pretty disappointing. I'm generally a big fan of ASH but the brunch just isn't up to par post-Covid. It used to be one of my favorite brunches in Milwaukee but unfortunately, it just hasn't recovered. I wouldn't recommend it.

    When I made a reservation at Ash I was not expecting the type pf service or food I received. We had gone there for dinner for my husband's birthday. We were seated at the chef's table and all I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience! The chefs were super friendly and talked to us while they were cooking. The food was out of this world. My husband is a hard person to please when it comes to food, but to say he was thoroughly impressed is an absolute understatement! We will definitely be returning for dinner.

    We went out last night with 2 of our friends and our service and food were excellent! Our server was very knowledgeable and described everything on the menu. She was attentive and very nice. We had the elk, grilled avocado, trout serloin and the Ceaser salad and everything was very good. The place smells pleasantly like a bonfire and the ambiance was very chill.

    Delicious brunch with wonderful service! Every station was well stocked and a had great selection. Seafood station was our favorite with the salmon and oysters. Charcuterie table was lacking different cheeses (bland), but fruit and salads were amazing. Will definitely be back!

    Very good food, was disappointed with the price. $55 was a quoted on your website and the charge was $70. No where on your site was there a mention of a premium charge because it was Easter Sunday. Also, not happy with the gratuity being added before cashing out for a two person table. A $28 tip for a buffet style dinner was a bit expensive. Not sure if we will return in the future.

    The Easter Brunch was over priced and not advertised on the internet that I could find as a special price. The food was mostly inedible. The service was not great, waiter was not very knowledgeable. 20% gratuity added for a party of 3. I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend.

    Excellent in every aspect. Atmosphere was warm and comfortable but the service was top tier. The flavors in every dish were fresh and tasty. Sitting by the open flame ovens and the prep station was a treat to see the care in each order.

    Waited 30 minutes for drinks…after giving our order. Went to the bar and got them ourselves. Server didn’t even realize. Pork belly was wonderful. Not a lot of flavor in cauliflower or potatoes confit. Staff looked and behaved as if hungover or actively high. Probably won’t go back.

    The bone-in ribeye cooked on the wood-fired was very flavorful. Our party also liked the Chicken and Flat Iron steak. The wine selection was good.

    Brunch was better than expected. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and prompt. Wide selection of buffet items and a lot of made to order items. It's pricey, but good quality and a nice treat. One suggestion - a great selection of bagels, but no cream cheese?!? That was odd. But brisket, pork belly and ham sliced to order, a plentiful seafood selection and made from scratch great desserts were all delicious.

    Nice restaurant. We were there at 6:00 because of traffic. It was pretty dead at first but after about a half hour it was picking up. Elk, potatoes , pork chops and scallops were really good.

    A wonderfully exquisite, yet inviting space! Plenty of seating options (high top, grill side seating, intimate tables). The food was incredible and the service matches that quality. Even better - the pricing was incredibly affordable for the quality of food. Highly, highly recommend.
