    The atmosphere was very peaceful and elegant. The food and drinks were all well made. Our server was very nice and engaged with us regularly through the meal. The Elyton has very nice amenities.

    We were going to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Only as we were seated was this acknowledged after that nothing special. The heirloom tomato s on the salad were hard and I don’t think heirloom at all. Some bruised brown peaches and hard unripe peaches were on the salad.The French fries were nice and crispy. Very disappointing overall.

    7:00 on a Tueday night, the place was dead. Nice and quiet, but really quiet and the lights were way up. Kind of a strange vibe.

    We had reservations at 12:30. We arrived at 12:28 and by the time the server approached the table it was 12:40. At that time he told us the kitchen closes at 1pm so if we wanted food, we had to order at that time. Food was good not great. Avocado toast had a small spread of avocado on less than half the toast. Egg on burger over cooked and waffle was flavorless. Amount of food was good and traditional breakfast looked great. At 1:20, we cashed out with the server and about 10 minutes later with plates still on the table, they turned off the lights. Not some of the lights….ALL THE LIGHTS! I walked to the kitchen and hollered but no one was there. They literally left us in the dark restaurant with what appeared to be by ourselves. We walked out the front door (push bar so it locked when you left) and as we walked by we caught the bartender sound asleep on the coach in the lounge area. Why take reservations if they can’t serve us that late? Why not say you need to leave instead of turning the lights out and abandoning us? Unreal!

    Delicious dinner! I had the pork chop and my sister had the steak. Both were really good. Our server was attentive and kind. I couldn't believe the place didn't have more patrons on a Saturday night. Definitely needs to be checked out.

    Service was excellent. Staff were very astute and affable. The atmosphere was very quiet and serene, great ambiance. The food was delicious and served exactly as ordered. Extremely quaint in the mornings, great place for quiet breakfast or business .

    Our experience at The Yard was a little hit and miss. We appreciated that they accepted reservations. We were seated promptly. A coffee pot was brought to the table and we served ourselves. We had to ask for cream for the table, after we were told it was coming. We asked for spoons and they were never received. My husband had to ask for juice twice. I watched three tables that came in after us be served before us. The waitress never updated us or apologized for the delay. She never acknowledged it at all. The food was good. No complaints there. One diner had requested no potatoes and got them anyway. Not a big issue. We were charged 24% tip because there were six of us. This is a pretty hefty tip for the poor service we recieved in my opinion. There was only one waitress serving the entire restaurant so it may be that she was just overwhelmed. Either way, we did not have good service.

    Que, our waiter & bartender, left us with an AWESOME experience. He never allowed us to look for him, he was ALWAYS PRESENT, it seemed. Our drinks, pomegranate margarita & old fashioned were good! The fish was delicious and the olive oil cake with pistachio pieces! Thank you for a great experience!

    This is a great place for dinner for two and large parties. The wait staff was very attentive. We also enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. It's worth returning to.

    Always stay in Elyton hotel when travel through the area. And *always* dine in The Yard. Have never ever been disappointed. This time enjoyed cheese tray appetizer and bison entree with a fantastic Pinot noir. Highly and totally recommend.

    The manager was rude. Please do not make a dinner reservation before 5:00. The kitchen opens at 5:00. However the open table and the manager made a blunder. We had a concert to attend @ 6:00 do we left to find a restaurant that was serving

    Our server Q was really nice and did a great job.. except that he didn’t communicate with the kitchen at all. We had taken maybe 3 bites of our starters when some girl came out with our entrees. She literally stood there staring at Q like she was waiting for him to make room on our tiny table. I had to ask her to take them back and keep them warm until we were ready. Yay… tepid entrees. We didn’t want our food to get cold so we had to ask them to box up the appetizers. They were NOT busy. This was early evening and even Q told us he wasn’t busy. The steak was waaaay under cooked, and I think the beef bourguignon was made three days earlier. The wine list was absolutely hilarious. Crappy domestic wines for $120? For the price of this place, I expected more. If you want a charge people for high-end dining, try to play the part.

    This was our first experience there. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. We never really had to ask for anything. I just thought personally for the money the food was ok. Menu was limited and I have to admit I am a bit of a picky eater. We ordered the Strip and it was just good.

    We were the only ones there at 4pm on Sunday "Q" - our server was very attentive The steaks were ordered were overdone on the first delivery corrected on the second we were offered desserts as a goodwill gesture but charged $5 for 4 slices of bread and butter, when we complained nothing was corrected. It appears that management needs to do a better job of attending to the dining room as additional guests arrived and I had to go back to the kitchen to notify staff they were here Food overall was good as was dessert and bread

    The food took an hour and a half to come out and it still wasn’t tight!!!! It lacked seasoning and and the temperature was not hot at all especially since this was the second attempt to get my entree correct because the first attempt was horrible overcooked without the toppings!!!! I ordered the Bison Steak and it was nowhere what I expected…. The server was awesome and the ambiance was very beautiful and relaxing but I was very displeased with our meal… my fiancés food was also horrible as well steak over cooked with no seasoning, asparagus extremely charred with no seasoning and cold food also……

    The place is nice and has a nice atmosphere. When it comes to the food, the food was soooooooo bland! I had the half roasted chicken and they could’ve at least seasoned the chicken before cooking it. I had to drown my entire plate with salt & pepper. The sodas were all flat, I initially ordered Arnold Palmer the sweet tea taste less than diet, the lemonade had no lemon. Exchange for a ginger ale bc you can’t go wrong with a ginger ale nope got that wrong too no sizzle at all and it too was very light in color. I give the food a 2 bc I had to put salt & pepper.

    Very disappointed in this place. The ambiance is a great setting.Nothing works after that, very rude waiter . This was our valentines dinner choice for a few reasons and I’ve never been this disappointed at a supposed to be fine dining. My wife Brussels sprouts was burned up the first time she sent them back they came out burned up again. The the third time was better. When her food came out it was in a bowl mainly mash potatoes and gravy really no meat . My medium well steak was closer to raw than anything. I sent it back and when it came back I just threw it in a box and brought it home. This restaurant only sides is mash potatoes, green beans, French fries and Brussels sprouts. No bread and it still takes a while to get your food. The manager did try to smooth things over and gave us a 10% discount but that’s not what we wanted. We wanted a really good valentine dinner and its not at the yard restaurant. It was just down right offer, I wouldn’t eat there again for free.
