   Excellent food! Value for money. Lovely evening. We chose the restaurant because it was got-friend.y. Pity that floor space is limited. We were near the window which was a bit drafty.

   Lovely staff. Very welcoming and attentive. Menu was an interesting miss. My cauliflower massaman was excellent. I think all wine was available by the glass. Would definitely go ahead again.

   The best fresh produce around. Growing their own vegetables brings a totally different level of flavour to their dishes. They cook everything to perfection and really know how to make any ingredient sing! Their selection of drinks and cocktails are also amazing.

   Really great little place, will definitely be back. Very friendly service and the food was beautiful. Couldn't fault it and dog friendly. What more can you ask for.

   Fantastic food very reasonably priced for the outstanding quality. Great atmosphere and music. Front of house staff were brilliant and very attentive but at the same time not in your face. Would highly recommend a visit.

   Feel the roast dinner was very over priced ,the waitress recommended the 2 for £55 which gave you 3 other meats instead of the £22 beef only dinner. When the meat arrived it was 2 pieces of beef (very chewy) , 2 pieces of gammon and a single piece of chicken. For £11 extra I fail see what we actually got for the money, surely we would’ve had at least 4 pieces of beef for the £22 I don’t feel it was worth the extra £11. At £27 a starter or desert should’ve been included. The total bill for two roast dinners and two beers was £67. That’s a lot of money for a roast … staff are lovely and friendly and do look after you

    First visit & really impressed. Family friendly and dog friendly but noise levels very gentle. I'd asked about 2 for £50 offer in advance & even though that's usually a Thurs offer, I was told I could have it on a Saturday (we'd made an early dinner reservation). Staff & surroundings very warm and welcoming. Steak and huge pork chop were tender and perfectly cooked. Sides were fries, truffle fries & onion rings. All delicious, but we could have done with a veg option amongst the sides (a small salad would have been perfect with what we had to give a bit of freshness). Very minor niggle, we'll definitely go again. The small plates menu looked fab and excellent value at 3 for £17.50. Highlt recommend.
