Sodium was overdone in every dish. It was nice but I just wouldn’t go back. No big deal for the value. For special occasions, we will stick to Barolo grill and Venice.
Had a nice evening out and food is consistent in quality each time. Our server was attentive but gave us space. To cold for sitting outdoors but would like to try that one evening.
Would recommend to anyone who would like a nice place but not a huge, loud place. Perfect size
While the food is good, it is VERY expensive for what it is. The service was awesome though.
Wonderfully good food and service and a low enough noise level so we could hear everyone at the table without strain. A really pleasing experience.
Service was great and this time, the temperature of the food was perfectly warm to hot!
The meal was outstanding! The ingredients were fresh & tasted great. The Motown music was a great compliment to the food during a lunch time business meeting. I can't recommend the the Tortelloni dish enough. Treat yoself!
lemon cheesecake was fabulous as was the chicken salad which we had with the bread
Both servers were great and very attentive. They knew a lot about the food on the menu!
Great meal, excellent service. Always a great dining experience.
Judy and I come at least once a month. John and Megan are just great people and add to the great food.

My husband and I have been to The Wooden Table twice now, and both times were superb. Our meals were absolutely delicious (We got the Agnolotti and Veal) I could have drank a whole cup of the Brodo that came with mine. The service was just as good. Allysa was helpful and attentive. We were never in need of anything.
We will be back for sure.
First time there and we very much enjoyed it! Interesting menu with both traditional favorites and unique items. Service was excellent and the venue, for a strip mall, was still quaint. Somewhat pricey.
We keep going back to The Wooden Table. The Wooden Table has a fantastic staff, friendly and attentive. It has fantastic food, and I like that they offer a smaller portion for the pastas. We have loved everything we have tried. The bartender is also knowledgable and makes complex, amazing cocktails.
I have been interested in this for a while so we went. I was disappointed however our waiter was fabulous. The rest was not interesting. I probably won't go back. I think it has regulars that are loyal but I am probably not going to be one. Here in Southglenn there are so many choices so I will continue to look at those.
We hadn't been here in a while, but it is still a wonderful place for a special meal. The mussels are terrific! They have superb cocktails and a full wine list. The food was prepared perfectly, and our server couldn't have been more attentive or informative. We'll be back sooner next time.
Great experience. We will be going back with friends.
Always a fabulous dinner at the Wooden Table. Great service and an excellent wine menu.
The mussels remain the crowd favorite!
We will be back!
Great and very knowledgeable server; exceptional food!! some of the best we've had in a really long time.
The food is really good. We enjoyed everything we had from the muscles, salad with deep fried mushroom, to the duck breast main dish. Service was great too.
Love this place! Perfect for a special occasion.
The walls, ceiling and floor are hard surface which reflect the sound and cause it to be uncomfortably loud on a Saturday evening. We have had very pleasant meals on week day evenings when there were fewer guests and the sound level was much lower and more pleasant. A good acoustical engineer could help you a lot.
We LOVE Wooden Table!! The mussels are our favorite and my husband says The Wooden Table makes the best Manhattan on the rocks.
This is our favorite restaurant but this evening the young man seating people was not friendly and I saw him walking around puffing out his cheeks and blowing like he was not happy to be there, it was a rather noisy evening, but the food was good as always. The maitre de that used to be there, Gary, was so welcoming and always recognized us which is the way they should all act to keep happy customers who want to come back.
The Wooden Table never disappoints. The blend of flavors in each dish are always just right.
Flawless. Best mussels this side of Woods Holl, Perfect veal.
We have never been disappointed by the food or the service. Both are superb!
The food and service was outstanding. Great restaurant!!
Everything was good from the cheese plate to the entrees to the dessert. I also liked the wine. The scallops were presented in an original and very flavorful way. The lemon curd cheesecake was fabulous. I will definitely return.
The food was excellent, I had the beef dish and I would have it again. The dinning area is open and hence with everyone talking it was loud. Not a place for a quiet dinner.
The Wooden Table is a gem! The food is fabulous! The mussels in white wine sauce are amazing! We had the veal entre and were not disappointed - moist, tender and full of flavor! The tiramisu was, probably, the best we have had!
Our server was professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He made us feel welcomed and like we were his only customers.
We, definitely, we be returning!
The food was unique and delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable.
Unimpressed.Overrated.Don’t waste your money. The food was boring! My husband and I had heard good things about this restaurant.....none of them were true on the Saturday night we dined there. We were the first couple in the door, we were seated by bathroom wall. We requested another table, told us they couldn’t because they were booked....hour later- tables still open? I moved my chair to sit by my husband.. I was told to move back, more people coming... another hour.. no people?
Our waitress new the menu, but the staff knew nothing about making a enjoyable dining experience!
Our server, Jay, was very professional, attentive and pleasant.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Clam Linguini and Sea Scallops. We had a wonderful dinner & enjoyed the complimentary Limoncell apperti!
Wonderful meal, small but creative menu. Veal and Artic Char were both excellent. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.
This was our 3rd or 4th time at the restaurant, and they were not having a good night. Our party arrived fully by 7:02pm for a 7pm reservation, and we ordered drinks/wine by 7:10, but it was almost 40 minutes until our drinks arrived, and we were told repeatedly that they were "a little behind", but folks sitting at the bar were served long before we were. The service got better after that, but the food was good (not great) and we paid Denver prices for it. We don't know if we will return.
We started with an appetizer of mussels my dining partner had the roasted duck and pumpkin risotto it was absolutely delicious I had to clam linguine and we split at arimasu and a bottle of wine everything was very nice
Delicious food and cocktails. It's great to have downtown food in this suburban area. Definitely a neighborhood gem!
The food was so bad we had to go eat after we left!! Maybe I don't have a refined taste but the friend who ate with me thought it was worse than me. I honestly cannot recommend this place based on the food, even the chocolate tart was not edible.
I don't expect to pay $150 for a meal and the restaurant to be in a strip mall, sitting in one open room to include the bar and with drop down sealing tiles. Way overpriced and the food was bad, we will never go back again.
We enjoyed our dinner. The food is really good.
Anniversary dinner with service to suit the occasion. Dropped bouquet off that afternoon and they arranged and placed it on our table. Food was excellent. Chairs could have been a little more comfortable. In all, a wonderful experience. Looking forward to return in near future.
