This was my first first time dining at Woodbury and it was all fabulous! My only complaint was they ran out of their quiche. 😥
The mimosas are always amazing and the Woodbury is the best wedge salad in Columbus!
Everything ordered from the menu exceeded expectations! If you haven’t been, this is a must try!
French Toast Casserole
Brisket +Biscuits & Gravy
Country Fried Steak & Eggs
We came up from Westerville to have a nice dinner downtown and so glad we chose The Woodbury.
2nd visit in 7 days! My new favorite spot ! Food is amazing! Service is outstanding 😊
First time and experience was amazing !! Music was low but fantastic and jazzy. Food was AMAZING!! Don’t be afraid of the PB&J wings - YUM!!!!
Chicken Hotcake Tacos
Lightly toasted peppered pancakes with crispy fried chicken, chili aioli, strawberry salsa, Ohio Maple Syrup
Girl who took our drink order was very energetic and kind, but our server kept forgetting our stuff and seemed pretty absent. Restaurant was nice, but I would not pay full price for the food I received.
I had a reservation. I was seated and waited 15min for server to come to table and introduce themself.
We immediately ordered and waited another 20min for our salad. 30 min later I flagged the manager to ask about the food and was told there are 7 orders ahead of me.
Manager was nice, and food was good but took entirely too long for a restaurant that was not that busy.
This restaurant also has a walk up coffee shop. We thought since server never offered, we would hit the self serve on our way out, .... after waiting 10 min and making eye contact with people in that area, no gestures, or service from that counter either. We left in discust.
The food was just not good. Salads - wet and bland. Chicken Tacos - flavors were off, chicken was chewy. Drinks - watery and not tasty. Desserts - lava cake was only decent item The beignets were bland and over-fried. We spent $90 for just a bunch of bad food. I think they are trying to be too many things (breakfast place, but also burgers but also pasta?) We had good service but we won't be back.
We discovered the Woodbury because of Restaurant Week and we are already planning our next trip. We did have the chicken hot cake tacos (OMG, delicious and the chicken in these were so delicate), the French toast casserole, the chopped salads and the desserts were the beignets (light and quite cinnamony?), and the Dutch baby filled with blueberries and a lemon custard (this was so yummy). We were quite happy with our meal! Another benefit was that parking was quite simple. Seemed like plenty of meters that were free after 6.
First time there. They food was amazing and great service. Will definitely go back.
After waiting for 1 hour and 50 minutes, we left. It took 20 minutes for the server to take our order because she was "trying to slow down the orders" because they were taking about 40 minutes to fulfill the orders. So, in waiting for 20 minutes to take our order, she anticipated that it would only take 20 minutes to get our food. So in essence, we were still waiting 40 minutes...Right? Nevertheless, with this being Restaurant Week, we stayed to try them out. We waited, and waited, and waited. None of the servers wanted to make eye contact, so we had to waive them down to get updates. Eventually, the owner tried to take care of us by getting me a drink...but still no food. Every time I asked for an update on our food, they would go off to the kitchen to check and then go off to do something else. Not one time did they come back to give us an update. Finally, we noticed that several patrons that came in after us were eating...while we continued to wait. After 1 HOUR & 50 MINUTES, we gave up. The owner was considerate/concerned enough to track us down and give us a couple of $15 gift cards. Not sure when or if we'll be back considering the lack of attentiveness by the servers.
It was great. Fun food, great service, and we were digging the whole vibe. Keep up the good work!
Great service and AMAZING food! Would highly recommend the crab Rangoon dip! Out of this world!
There were not a lot of people in the restaurant which was awesome. The service was a bit slow but we were OK with that.
Food was AMAZING!
It was my birthday and one of the staff sang me happy birthday! She really was the highlight of my day! I wish I caught her name.
Service def could’ve been better and faster. Food was ok but the menu is misleading, could be more specific about how food is cooked.
Was there for brunch on a Sunday, and the food was fantastic! Very tasty and very unique. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. I’ll be going back.
Went to brunch with some friends on Saturday and it was an amazing experience! The staff was great and the food was phenomenal! We will definitely be back
This is a quiet restaurant for a Saturday brunch. The food was exceptional.
Service was slow the waitress forgot small things like plates for apps and straws
Food at The Woodbury was delightful and, we had a very pleasant waiter. Zero complaints with our time there. It was a nice Sunday brunch with quality food, coffee and a good atmosphere.
My first visit and the wife and I loved the food. Servers were terrific and each had great personalities. Only negative was not knowing how much dinner would cost because prices weren't published on Open Table. I had the crab cakes and the my wife had a chicken salad. The food and presentation were great. I plan on coming back.
We loved our time at the woodbury. An amazing establishment with fantastic food and service. We will definitely be returning.
While the food was decent, the service was terrible . First and foremost the waitress tried to convince my table to get bottomless mimosas, while that might have been tempting and we turned it out, it turned out to be the best decision since she never came back once to refill our drinks . The pb&j appetizer was amazing-share it- as eating the whole thing might be too much. I got the burger which was basic, nothing to be amazed by. Fries were delicious but served with one package , yes I said package, of ketchup. Everyone at my table seemed More pleased with their meal then I was. But again the service. While we were never asked to order another drink, we had no water , ever , on the table . We never had our dishes taken away, we never had that second touch the check on us. When we finally thought she was coming back to ask us how we were doing, she just asked how we wanted to check. Pronto, that’s all lady.. pronto . However that also took another 10 minutes , and then she never came and got our cards..another 10 minutes . Would I go back , no. Food worthy of a second chance , probably . But takeout potentially .. one day... no promises
Great service for a large party!
The vibe inside this place is incredible. Highly recommend
Awesome food. Creative ideas. Unique blend of flavors. Have to keep going back to try everything on the menu...
Amazing food and service! Good value as well
Loved the concept. We will definitely come back for a brunch.
Good food and time. They took special care to say happy birthday as well which I have mad respect for.
I absolutely love this place! Such a diamond in this city!
An outstanding restaurant with awesome food at great prices!
Our server, who admitted to being very knew when asking about dishes, was fantastic. I wish I remembered his name! He checked in with us often, had our food out accurately and quickly, refilled drinks and even asked if we needed more salad dressing, and offered boxes when we seemingly were wrapped up. We had a business lunch outing planned and the Woodbury was a perfect spot. Our salad was great, atmosphere was perfect, I felt comfortable with the social distancing guidelines and mask policies and we very much enjoyed the experience!
Staff was great, food was good but not outstanding. I had bulgogi with side of mashed potatoes and edamame. The beef was tender but too salty. The potatoes were nicely seasoned but just lukewarm in temperature. The atmosphere with the garage door windows open was very pleasant.
Recommend everyone to try this place! Anything on their menu is amazing!!
Great place for brunch!! Everything was exceptional! Creative and delicious menu!
Wonderful brunch - everyone in our group was very pleased, and they managed the social distancing very well
