Everything is awesome!
Lovely experience. Tasting menu was fantastic!
Awesome, romantic, great food, and great service.
Excellent choice, super friendly staff, great tasting meal, well priced, we enjoyed our time there.
Excellent experience. The service was great, the food was fantastic and the location was perfect. The patio looked very nice but we ate indoors as rain was in the forecast. A bit overpriced for seniors on a tight pension but that being said it was a great evening for our 31st anniversary.
We had a wonderful lunch overlooking the vineyard. Ivana, our server was excellent. The octopus, tomato salad, oysters and beef tenderloin were amazing - beautiful presentation as well. Great ambiance and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Peller Estates.
Excellent food, service, ambience! Love this winery so much!
Wine tasting on the terrasse with a fabulous vue. But they serve the 3 samples st same time…results: wine too hot!
We also had dinner on the terrasse; service was okay.
Food; extra salty; we had the burrata to share; it was really salty; even the bread had salt on it !!??
The Rack of lamb; really good!
Lobster linguini; so salty; and not much lobster; just a lot of pancetta…
We were expecting more about that place… it is a beautiful place inside and outide but we won’t go back.
It was amazing! All the staff were so welcoming and made my anniversary picture perfect. The Rosé wine was delicious and it paired well with the charcuterie/ cheese board we got, we were stuffed! So happy we reserved our table.
Service was slow. The lighting did not work on the patio and it became very dark. The server poured out half a bottle of wine into 2 glasses. I asked for other glasses to be brought out and got two wine glasses hot from the dishwasher.
Easy to book and very satisfying. It was wonderful 💞.
Elegant fine dining, amazing service, delicious food! Had an amazing time celebrating my husband's 50th!
Adrienne and Ashley were especially helpful!
Beautiful surroundings! Great service and food was very good
Pellar estates winery restaurant was hit and miss. The service was very good, fast and efficient.
The food however was somewhat disappointing. We’re foodies and cook a lot so this review aims to be constructive. We started with 3 appetizers. The watermelon and heirloom tomatoes with goat cheese panacota was ok. The watermelon gel was unnecessary (already watermelon cubes on the plate), would have preferred an herbed oil to give it punch a bit. The panacota was delicious though. The grilled octopus was served cold (would have preferred hot) and there were too many lentils on the plate, making it more a lentils dish than octopus dish. The dried tomatoes on the bottom really had good flavor. Their signature lobster linguini is really good though, just good comments here.
For the mains we had salmon and prosciutto wrapped chicken. The salmon was way too cooked to provide crispy skin probably but we don’t eat skin as much. The sides and the icewine soubise were great though. For the chicken it was essentially the contrary.. the protein was delicious and perfectly cooked, but the mustard spaetzle didn’t have any mustard and they were pretty tasteless. The dish eats dry and would have benefited from a jus or a sauce.
The wines were good, we loved their sparklings. Overall, it’s a good place, the menu is creative but the execution was just lacking. The setting on the patio next to the fountain is very romantic and again the staff was great.
Meal , service , ambience were , as usual , excellent. So very grateful to return to our favourite restaurant at last!
One negative… the ladies washroom was remarkably untidy. No at all up to Peller standards.
Pretty good. We come here all the time so its nothing new to us. We always do the 5 course tasting and it was delicious. I like it here because of the in door and out door seating. The gardens are beautiful and at least I can let my toddler run outside let off some energy before our meal. Over experience is always good here with great and friendly service.
The restaurant has a short menu. We opted for a mix of appetizer and first course offerings. They were very good and quite sufficient. Our waiter was excellent, helpful, informative about Peller wines and food, but didn't hover. We had a grand evening.
Beautiful winery and restaurant with very good service. The food is simple and the portions are small. Not up to the value for what you pay.
Excellent views and great menu!
Wow! Nous avons pris le menu dégustation 7 services avec l’accord vins. Une expérience des plus agréables. Service impeccable (Sarah), la salle à manger est tout simplement magnifique. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr. 🍇🥂
Not a bad experience overall but was shocked at the cost of a glass of wine........ $21 for a nine ounce glass of red. The bottle retails for just $2.95 more. Certainly not good value there. Close to a three hundred per cent mark up. Unrealistic in my view. Won't be back.
I recognize that Covid has raised prices everywhere but lunch for 3 with 2 glasses of wine ( at $21 each) came to $319 before tip.
Food was okay but nothing special. Won't be back.
Wow! What an amazing experience. Such a lovely way to end the day! Highly recommend!
When we first arrived we were half hour early but the hostess wouldn't seat us until the "rest" of the 4:30 reservations were seated. There appeared to be only one and after 15 minutes I went to ask again. Restaurant was not all that busy so don't know what the issue was.
We sat outside since it was a beautiful day and the scenery was nice. We ordered 2 appetizers with a glass of Peller Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was fair but not great. My wife's lobster linguine was delivered but not mine (marinated grilled octopus). We waited a couple of minutes and they had to go get it. The linguine was nothing special and there were some lobster shell bits in it. My octopus was delicious.
For the main course we ordered the prosciutto wrapped chicken and the Ontario rack of lamb. But were delicious and well presented. We had a bottle of the private reserve cab sauvignon which was very good and went well with our meals. Only complaint was there seemed to be very little goat cheese with the chicken.
Dessert was strawberry shortcake and salted caramel cheesecake. Both were delicious and a good size for us (not large).
The server gave us a bottle of the cab sauvignon to compensate for the errors during the first course which was much appreciated.
We will certainly be going back to this restaurant.
A little on the pricier side for the food. The service was amazing and the environment when sitting on the patio is very relaxing.
Very disappointed in this restaurant. Very small portions and hugely overpriced. Obviously they do not care about repeat customers. I would definitely not recommend.
Great tasting food
First time back @ Peller for dinner since the Covid closing. The food & patio ambience overlooking the vineyards did not disappoint. Simply superb on both counts. Service was a bit shaky with a new server (who advised he was in his final week of training). Overall a great experience - can’t wait to return. Thank you Peller!
My husband and I chose the Peller Estates winery to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The food was outstanding and we enjoyed the ambiance within the dining room. The service was outstanding as they ensured all of the details even to a complimentary toast with a delicious rose were followed.
We had an incredible time at The Winery. The view is breathtaking! The food was amazing and service was perfect. Must try their cheese and charcuterie board with a bottle of their Rosé. The lobster linguine was incredible. We absolutely loved it and look forward to returning again soon
We are celebrating our anniversaries here for over 20 years. No disappointment!
Unforgettable meal and service! Beautiful grounds, outdoor dining in their fine restaurant overlooking the vineyards.
Excellent food and wine. Everything fresh and rich with taste
Did not enjoy being seated on the patio around the waterfall (and sitting in the way of pedestrians) when there were open two person tables under the main patio canopy.
Covid restrictions didn't limit our enjoyable experience. Staff were wonderful and the food was wonderful as well.
We have never been disappointed with our experiences at Peller Restaurant. Top notch!
Great Scenery, great food, excellent service. One our very favourite places to visit
Outstanding evening as always
Sparking wine was great food was outstanding and waiter was exceptional
Nice place, good food, good service. A little bit expensive.
