The Wine Loft- Naples
Christin was outstanding!
Terrible food Terrible music - no talent and too loud. Limited wine list. Never going back. I’m seasonal in Naples and was told after I ate there that it is unpopular ,i.e., bad
We love coming to the WineLoft, the servers like Charlie & Bartender Christine made our experience fantastic. The food was exceptional.
Our food was tasty however warm cool to warm at best. Just sat in the kitchen too long as the steaks were cooked perfectly. Even the veggies came out warm at best. Would eat again but next time I’d send anything back that was not hot!!!!
Absolutely love the entertainment. Aura is so very talented. They better hang on to her
Great Happy Hour with delicious food and good prices for bottles of wine. Julie was a wonderful server and attentive server.
We waited over an hour for an appetizer that the server claimed he lost the order on only after we got up from our table and found him. He was completely absent from our table for more than 30 minutes. At a wine bar restaurant you expect good wine service. He rarely poured and our glasses were empty for huge stretches of time. Really slow, really poor, really disappointing.
Too expensive, singer too loud, server was like a deer in headlights
Sunday brunch was delightful, waitress was very attentive, we will be back.
Service was horrible. Waited 15 minutes for water, then another 10 minutes for drinks. Food was good, but they are under staffed. It’s unfortunate, we use to dine there often. It’s been removed from our go to list
My wife and I had high hopes for the Wine Loft in Naples. Unfortunately, our experience was not so good. They were terribly under staffed and the food was quite average. I would NOT recommend going to the Wine Loft in Naples.
One meal arrived cold and took a long time to come back out but was then so over cooked that it was inedible.
Manager never came to the table to apologize. The server handled the situation and the tab was comped but the night was ruined at that point and we left hungry. The live music was great and we enjoyed that but we won’t be back.
Cannot order from both the happy hour menu and regular menu during happy hour so food came out very far apart.
This place is called the wine loft and when we ordered a bottle of wine the waiter came back and said they were out of it. Then we ordered another bottle of wine at a cost of about $100. The waiter came back and said they were out of that bottle of wine. He suggested another bottle of wine according to our preferences at a price almost double what we originally ordered. A bottle of wine we finally wound up with, which did cost about $100 was not worth the price. . We only ordered flatbreads which was very good and salads which were also very good. The one redeeming aspect of the evening was the music which made the restaurant very festive and fun enjoyed that immensely. Would not recommend this if you are a top notch wine or service aficionado
It took 15 minutes for the server to come over and they were not busy but it got better. Great low key singer on Thursday-Quinn. We’ll go back to see him again.
Great ambiance, food, service and music every night. Night we went had Mike Dutra "Sinatra" singing and if you closed your eyes you swear it was Frank Sinatra himself. Out of all the restaurants in Mercato, The Wine Loft is the most quaint, romantic and gives you an alive feeling. Thank you we will be back!
The food quality has just gone down dramatically. Size of portions also just awful. Flatbread was the size of a piece of toast. Drinks were good but everything else just awful. My dinner had a large piece of paper in it. We shared this info with the manager n she explained there was a new chef. We loved this place but for now it's off our list of favorites until they figure out what's going on. We also ordered a cheese tray n the meats n cheeses on this tray were out of a lunchables box. Not good with an 18 dollar glass of wine. I really love the place. Such a pretty room I hope they get it back together.
Wow! Worse service in all of Naples restaurants. Waiter not knowledgeable and unprofessional. Had to get up from table to get our own drinks. Food took too long to deliver and then came in different shifts. Website menu updated. Didn’t have wine that was on menu. All blamed on entertainment and did not expect turn out. Bad management. Will not return.
Food was great but the service was very disappointing. We found out that the waiter was new and although he was working hard we had a few mix ups on our orders as well as excessively long waits to get our drinks, appetizer and entrees. He did appear to be very nice and we are sure that with a little more time and some additional training, he will become an asset for the restaurant.
The manager Cristin did come over to our table while making her rounds and asked how everything was. After we told her our various issues she immediately explained that the waiter was new and apologized profusely for their errors. From that point on she made sure that everything was fine and came over numerous times to make sure everything was alright. We actually had each other laughing.
We have to say that even though there were many problems right from the start, the professional manner and personality of Christin turned the night from an awful dining experience at a place that we said we would never go back to a great dining experience that gave us great food and plenty of laughs. We absolutely will be back.
Great job Christin.
Okay sat down 15 minutes waiter dropped water ordered wine waiter brought wine glasses no wine. Another 10 minutes to get 2 glasses at which point we order the Brie plate. Another 10 minutes the Brie came out with nothing to put it on waited for a sever to come buy to request a cracker or something to put the Brie on. By the way it was excellent however it would have been hot had we not had to wait. Then we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to order an entree and a glass of wine. The table next to us waited for water more than 15 minutes to get anyone’s attention. Entree comes out with an ice cream scoop of potatoes and our meal at best was Lukewarm. The food was decent better if hot. Serve was horrible and only a few tables of customers outside. Disappointed.
This is one of my favorite venues. I love the Decour. The people are always friendly and the music is great for backdrop noise.I had to fillet which was done to my liking and my date had the salmon which she says was delectable. The New York cheesecake and vanilla ice cream with a grand Marnier was a great way to end the evening.
The happy hour menu and prices are terrific and our waiter Charlie was great.
Unfortunately we had our second bad yet similar experience here. Reservations for a group of 10+ for over a month. Called twice to confirm including two days prior to event. When we arrive they claim no reservation and are very unapologetic about booking too many groups and not saving reserved and confirmed groups.
Great place if you just stop in but be hesitant if you are reserving space and making plans that require space. We ended up hosting guests in our home. Too bad!!!
Last week they served WARM white wine . When I complained the bar tender told me: that’s all I have and put icecubes in my glass - which just deluded the wine. This week I asked which white wine is COLD. The waiter recommended a Pino Grigio - it was not cold at all but my husband got a COLD Merlot. ! The Appetizers also took forever before they were finally served
A wine restaurant should know the temperatures for wine!!
Not a recommendation
We used to love the Sunday brunch but something has drastically changed. The service was super slow, food took over an hour to come out and when it did every single dish had to go back because it was cold. Drinks took a very long time to refill. The manager seemed to be hiding in the back and never once came around to apologize or let us know what the issue was. The entire restaurant was complaining. This is the 3rd bad experience and will be our last visit to the Wine Loft unfortunately, we do love the Jazz.
I've never written a negative review until now. Just an embarrassing experience from start to finish. Table for 6 and we got 2 menus. Over an hour to get our food and we just ordered appetizers. Waiter was drenched with sweat and didn't inform us that he added the gratuity. We loved this place but would have a hard time going back or recommending to anyone. Disappointing.
Fabulous fun evening!
Service was extremely slow. When food finally arrived, it was tasty!
We were celebrating Valentines Day late as I was busy last Thursday February 14. My wife and I are still newlyweds and Eddie made it special with a separate rose for my Valentine and the whole staff was outstanding!
The food was superb and our outdoor table was perfect! My wife calls herself a “wine snob “ and loved the great selection and thrilled and amazed to find wine from Walt’s by the glass!
You are the best!
Waiter spent most of his time talking with people at other tables. Experience would have been better if he was not working here.
The dinner was very good but service was awful. It took forever for a server to come see us, it took forever to get a drink each time as an appetizer and a simple glass of wine.
We waited very long for everything. It is a shame because it is a very beautiful place and very good food, but the service experience so bad that we won't go there again. Not enough servers and they don't seem organized at all.
Service was deplorable. It took 45 minutes, I repeat 45 minutes, to get a drink. I am sure management became aware of the lack of service and I assume it was our waiter who was the problem and I also assume that management dealt with him. I would be surprised if he is still employed. Not only poor service, but it also appeared he was not telling the truth.
Called me and demanded a credit card to hold the table in case we didn't show up! Wanted to charge $75. Music was so loud we had to leave. They forced us to talk to the manager before we could get out the door. Glad I refused to share my credit card!!
It was Valentine’s Day dinner and it was fabulous
The evening was made more special with the great service and ambiance of the restaurant. The entertainment was exceptional. She is
there on Friday nights singing and we can’t wait to return,
Thank you for giving us a great evening
Trey and the entire Wine Loft family did a wonderful job of taking care of us. I would highly recommend this restaurant for happy hours, date nights, or any occasions. 5-star staff, excellent food, and the ambiance to tie everything together. Thank you Trey and Olivia for making this the perfect night.
Horrible singer and volume was ear splitting.
would not go again.
Went for jazz brunch. Best jazz in naples. The food was very good but the quantity was ridiculous small. The server was a nice guy but he was either high or his first time -all worked out in the end. Can't beat the music
The food was good but small portions for a high price for brunch food. The service was slow even though it was not very busy.
Waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged for my reservation. They offered me to sit and they would at least bring wine. Sat and no one came. Left
The day I was at Wine Loft’s Jazz Brunch, there were obvious chef it took over an hour to get food & the endless drinks were very slowly served. The Jazz was superb! It was a very frustrating experience that could have been less frustrating if the restaurant’s current staff issues were explained upon arrival. The restaurant was smart enough to not charge all customers. Based on latter, the quality of the Jazz & fairly good food, I would definitely try Wine Loft again. It was learned at the end of meal that a new chef would be starting.
I really love the wine Loft I think it was a little off on Saturday night it took 45 minutes to get my first glass of wine and took an hour and a half for the food that was unacceptable our waiter was Stef, apologized apparently there was a problem with the help in the kitchen and management was taking over
