The Wine Loft has quickly become my 'Go To' place in Charlotte for wonderful wines, fantastic food, super service and magnificent music. Last night's visit was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!
The cocktails were lovely and the staff was attentive, but it is too bright in there for a date night. And the whole clientele had a weird energy.
Food was good. Reservation was for indoor table arrived and was told only the bar or outside were available. Not the best atmosphere with live music too loud in a small space to actually talk or hear server or friends. Probably would not go back.
Amazing! Greta food and great drinks
This is a true gem in Charlotte. Came in on a Saturday night at 7:30 and was pleasantly surprised to have live music trio which was a bonus! The food was delicious - and so many wine choices!
Food was AMAZING - small plates and spirits - don’t go with the intent of a big dinner, more an intimate social affair. Would absolutely go back.
This is my third visit to The Wine Loft and it's becoming my 'go to' wine bar/wine parlour in Charlotte. There selections of wine by the glass or bottle is diverse and includes many lesser known quality wines. Their kichen has a nice menu of appetizers, small plates, salads, flat bread pizzas and entrees. Be sure to save room for their eclectic desserts.
Thank you so much for the review. Hope to see you soon.
Nice place, we will go there again.
Good ambiance and nice selection. Living room atmosphere.
Quiet cosey bar. Good food and excellent service.
Actually really loved this place. Website recommended us to reserve a table even confirmed via text that we were coming. But when we got there we had to wait at the bar for 15 to 20 minutes until there was an available table.
The place is a wonderful place to sit and relax and catch up with friends. Loved the live music. The staff was kind and took great care of us.
Food seemed precooked also service was horrible and we had problems with our dishes and nothing was removed from our check we basically left full dinners on the table. I highly recommend eating left overs at home or boxed food like they seem to cook.
We went to the Wine loft as part of the Charlotte Restaurant week. The place is really nice with a cool atsmosphere . I really like the mango brochettas.
Service was very slow, I don’t think they thought there would be so many folks for brunch. Food tasty, service very busy but very pleasant.
Would have liked stems removed from grapes on cheese plate….will try again. Thanks.
We went for the music (band was Late Night Kitchen), and it was amazing. Volume was just right and the talent, superb.
The good food and comfortable atmosphere was a bonus, icing on the cake for us.
I noticed the lighting. It was pleasing and warm, and it seemed well-planned. I appreciate that more than you might think.
Great experience overall.
We went here during Charlotte restaurant week. It was great. They had local musicians inside and played there music outside. The wine selection was good. Desserts were amazing! We will be back.
Food was mediocre at best. Atmosphere was nice and service was excellent. Would not recommend the menu and we would only go back for a glass of wine and to enjoy the music.
The owner, Dan was very attentive on your food and service. Also, a takeover from a large group was an unexpected event on a booked Friday night, but Dan handled it with a calm demeanor. Our first time but not our last.
We had the best time and loved the atmosphere the most!!! The staff are friendly, helpful, and well trained. We will defiantly visit again.
Good food, wine, and excellent service.
We came early for a “Queen’s Feast” reservation. They were definitely understaffed (more staff came around 6pm so makes sense) but the bartender did his best to accommodate all guests in a friendly manner. I opted out of the special menu and went with the $24 Wednesday flight special - three 2oz pours of wine plus a FULL glass of your favorite choice plus a small bites plate. It was a great deal I thought. Boyfriend went with the QF menu, and it was yummy. The limoncello mascarpone cake was HEAVENLY! Our only question afterward was “do you cater?!”
We went for Queens feast and the meal was delicious! We went for Tues $10 Wine flights but were charged $24 each so definitely check your receipt before checking out!
Thank you for the review! We apologize about this. Please email gm@wineloftcharlotte dot comwith your information and we will be in touch.
Wonderful brunch with nice salads, a nice cheese/salumi board, and mimosa and wine flights. The service was excellent!
The food felt like it was made somewhere else and then reheated here. Not really fresh or very flavorful.
Everything we had was great except the mango bruschetta! This was a compete miss and could have been great. Instead of a nice, real bruschetta with mangos added to it, it was just canned ingredients on boxed crostini. Major disappointment at the price point it was at! But everything else was goodb
Thank you for the 5 star review! Apologies that you did not care for our mango bruschetta. It is made fresh three times per week with fresh mango and peppers. Hope to see you soon!
Amazing time !
I had an excellent experience. The wine choices were excellent for new wines. The food paired great with the wine choices. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere and ambience was perfect. Parking was easy and well lit. I will be returning.
Love this place as always & Sean Keyser draws us back! Amanda is great bar manager!
Highly recommend! Great wine & delicious food. One of our favorite spots in Charlotte!
Great atmosphere and awesome way to taste out some wines! Super fun date night idea!
Awesome friendly staff & waitress and my Strawberry Patch 🍓 wonderful sitting area. Music was lovely. Atmosphere was so lit!! Just what we needed after a long work week.
Thank you 😊
Loved eating outside on the patio. Beautiful atmosphere inside with modern design. Loved the live band. The yellowfin tuna was fantastic.
Loved the ambience, the wine selections were good. The wine flight were amazingly priced. The service was slow and staff was not pleasant.
Absolutely horrible service. Will not be dining here ever again.
With it being our first time here, we were NOT displeased. Ray and Justin took great care of us and made it feel like we were repeat customers. I have and will recommend this place to everyone I know!
Great vibe, nice live music, good wine selection by the glass and bottle. Fun wine bar hopping in CLT.
The Wine Loft is a vibrant, cozy wine bar and restaurant that has fantastic service, a nice menu and a wonderful wine selection. In addition to its diverse wine selection, its bartenders also skillfully crafted a variety of cocktails using a nice selection of top shelf liquors. The Wine Loft has a nice sidewalk dining area that would be very enjoyable when the weather cooperates. I've added the Wine Loft to my list of 'go to' places in Charlotte.
The chef, Kyle, came out and we talked to him about our selections. We got great advice. The pan seared tuna is excellent. Although they were called small plates, we were quite full when we left
Our first time at The Wine Loft but won’t be out last. Really enjoyed the atmosphere especially with live music on a beautiful Saturday evening. All of the small plates we tried were enjoyable and our server was fantastic. Great experience!
