Brunch served Sundays 9-2!
Great spot for delicious food! I had their red sangria. It was like summertime in a glass, full of flavor and fruity. The sales were unique but not outside the lines. The dressings tasted homemade, in a good way! We will definitely be back!
What a great space! Loved the ambiance of this place. As expected, good selection of wines by the glass and flight. Service was outstanding. Our server was very helpful with my gluten restriction and with choosing wine. The food was delicious and simple. Prices were on the high side (2oz tuna tartar/$15) but overall a nice place. I’d go again.
We came for brunch for my husbands birthday. We were surprised how quiet it was for a Sunday morning - but the food was amazingly delicious and the staff was beyond accommodating. We will definitely be back. I would recommend they get more low top tables.
Great energy and wonderful vibes. I had an absolutely amazing time. Thank you!
First time to visit. All high top tables, glass and brick reflecting all the sounds so it is quite noisy. Live music is a nice touch, although the performer is tucked away. Service was great, wine was good
Great atmosphere loved it will be back
I went to the Wine Lab on a Sunday for brunch at noon with a friend. We were told we could not order anything off the lunch menu until 1:45. Upon ordering entrees from the breakfast menu, we were then told the homefries were not available (which was a key ingredient in about 75% of the entrees). I had to request that she ask the kitchen how long before more were prepared. She came back and said they would not be preparing more. She offered no substitutes and seemed annoyed as though we were inconveniencing her by our inquiries. The kitchen was also not able to prepare a cheeseboard during the interim between brunch and lunch. The only positive was that the wine flights we ordered were good. I think the management could step up their service quite a bit and have more of a humble attitude. Not sure if I'll be returning when there are other restaurants that take more pride in their business and treat customers with respect.
Overall my experience at The Wine Lab was decent. The food and atmosphere were great but, we ran into some issues throughout our experience. For starters, we were greeted by a waitress who said she would be with us shortly but never came and we ended up being served by the bartender. Also, when we placed our food order my sister, who is celiac, requested a gluten free meal called "eggs in purgatory" but received another dish containing gluten. When we asked if the dish was gluten free before knowing, our waitress/bartender said she'd check and never did. Lastly, in my reservation I put a note that it was my mothers birthday and told another waitress that day I would like a dessert for her and that was never brought. Overall, the service was polite and kind and the restaurant was not crowded but we did not have the best experience.
We tried this place on a whim and loved it! Great service, fun atmosphere.
Kitchen was closed, they did call advance which was fine as I was meeting someone for drinks. I asked to sit outside and got an eye roll from the manager and waitress as they had to wipe down the tables. Limited drink menu.
Food was fine and live music was nice. We went to try the wines and were very disappointed. The wine list is extremely small and the wines they sell are inexpensive and highly marked up.
Like the concept but not the acoustics of the room. It is a very large space with high industrial ceiling The entertainment was nice but the echo and sound was so loud it made it very difficult to have conversation. This would be a great spot if they included sitting, lounge areas for groups opposed to just long high tops.
Wonderful place! Will definitely come back for brunch with my friends
Phenomenal charcuterie board! We built our own so everyone got their favorites - the portions were large and the pricing was reasonable. The rest of the party liked the wine more than I did. The food alone is worth the trip. There was a 2 person "band" playing but it was impossible to make out any of the words the lead singer was saying - they need to fix the sound system....glad it wasn't crowded because with the band and normal amount of people that are there, it would have been impossible to have a conversation. VERY LOUD place.
Delicious lunch . The setting is great, wait staff was very attentive. Ryan and Tim did a great job with this restaurant. We will go back for an evening of food, wine and music!
Great vibe at The Wine Lab! Two thumbs up for the food, music, and service.
Love the wine flights but the fruit one is too sweet.
Good for a date
Wonderful atmosphere. There was some live music there the night we went, which was unexpected. The wine flights and the board were excellent as well as the meal. Not many choices for dinner, mostly sandwiches and pizza
Outstanding experience! The wine flights are wonderful and the create-your-own charcuterie board was amazing! We sat out on the deck on a beautifully evening and listened to the acoustic music. Our server was attentive, pleasant, and helped with recommendations. Overall he made our first experience at The Wine Lab perfect! Already planning our next visit.
Went to try and also see Sami Stevens and Kaz play!
Nice airy atmosphere. Cute flight presentation of wine flights. Nice selection but do not try the ‘fruit flight’ - abysmal unless you like fruit syrup in wine. Ugh way too sweet.
Great sandwiches, a little overly expensive. Very low attendance for Friday night. Audience not attentive to or interested in performing musicians.
Nice concept but not sure if it will make it in off hours as currently positioned.
First time coming here and I absolutely LOVED it!!! Found the first EVER red wine that I LOVED! Definitely want to come back
The Salmon board is delicious. One member of the party had some watery poached eggs, but that was the only complaint I heard. Great service and drinks as well!
Cool concept. Destination spot. A bit pricey, just had a bunch of appetizers, should have got meals
We had such a good time. The food was great and so was the wine! We ended up closing the place.
The place is very trendy and fun for group setting. The food is not innovative at all-pannini presses and flatbreads with not to many options. I was the impressed with the food but the service was great and friendly. I like the area and the surrounding places. I wouldn't return because of the lack of food choices.
Always love The Wine Lab, and I am not a wine drinker. Finally got to enjoy the outdoor patio, which is small but lovely.
It was mediocre at best. Inattentive service, not a great wine selection for a wine bar, had to send our charcuterie board back because it was missing items. Food was okay, live music was good.
Excellent food with exceptional wait staff. Brunch was so enjoyable, I didn't want to leave.
Booked for anniversary dinner on Saturday night. The hostess was so rude that we ended up leaving and going to a wine bar in Andover. The staff looked miserable and exhausted. Thank you, but next.
Really good food and drink. We went for a girls night and enjoyed a wonderful evening.
The boards are very expensive fir the small amount that you get
Went there for drinks with some friends. Pretty good overall!
Went there for brunch last Sunday with a group of five. My short rib omelet was over cooked but the meat inside was tasty. They ran out of avocado so two in our party who ordered the Salmon bowl had change their selections after they had ordered. The flatbread lacked flavor. The homefries were super spicy, which was fine for me, but way too much for the others in my party (and I suspect the general homefry eating population). The high ceilings make this a visually pleasing space, but the acoustics are very loud. So, be prepared to be a close talker if you want to have a conversation. Good concept. Definite need in the area. Needs some more work on execution.
On Mother’s Day they lost our brunch order. It was over an hour later when I asked the kitchen what was up.. ...that we restarted the process. The waitress who never did much of anything was zero help. They comp’d the meal which was appreciated but not the experience we were looking for.
It was our first time at the Wine Lab for Sunday brunch. Out of six dishes ordered, only two came out as ordered/described. The others were missing items or had to be sent back for replacement. The "chocolate sauce" on the kids waffles ended up being Nutella (not what I consider "chocolate sauce") and the kids french toast was not described well at all and ended up being something my child would not eat. It was something I would eat for sure, but not something a kid expecting french toast would eat (it wasn't bread it was a cake slice of some kind - coffee cake maybe?). The potatoes in the breakfast bowls were spicy (not described on menu as such). I definitely left hungry. Not something I would expect for $125 (with tip).
We had a great mother's day brunch at the Wine Lab. The food was delicious and our server was very sweet. My only complaint was that it took a very long time for the server to take our order, even though there were only 2 other tables of customers. I wouldn't have minded as much if it were just my husband and I, but when people bring young kids to restaurants, it's very hard to wait that long to order. But we would go back.
Loud live music by a guy who thinks he’s kid rock. Good wine selection obviously. Overpriced.
There wasn’t anything exciting about the food or wine selection. Limited menu
Wonderful date idea. The wine flights were amazing! Will be back.
