Everything was wonderful, from the service to the food. Our go to restaurant , whenever we can get a night out, that never disappoints.

My husband and I both had the Farm Burger. It was excellent! Usually, there's nothing all that spectacular about a hamburger but this was a real treat for the taste buds. Now, we're on the hunt for bacon jam... It was a great dinner.

My favorite brunch spot in Frederick. Wonderful attentive service and great atmosphere. Wine flights are interesting with informative and funny tasting notes.

Three of us went at 6 pm on a Sat night. to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant was full and the noise level made it hard to maintain a conversation. Our server Cat was great and friendly. We ordered Venison Ossu Bucco, Steak special and duck breast. The duck breast and Ossu Bucco were prefect and the steak was cooked as requested but the overwhelming taste was salt. Overall it was a good experience.

We dined in for our first visit to celebrate my friends 40th birthday. The table was situated right in the front window with a view which made the experience all the more special. The menu had so many delicious sounding options it was very hard to decide what to have. We both had the lobster and greatly enjoyed it, and we saw other patrons with the steaks that were our second choices and we agreed that we needed to return soon to try other menu selections. The sides/starters that we chose were the mixed olives and the fried green tomatoes (a first for me) both were enjoyable. We selected the special dessert sorbet with meringues & fresh berries and the tiramisu, both were amazing. We loved the ambiance, services was impeccable and we cannot wait to return.

As always, eating at The Wine Kitchen is always a superb experience. The service, ambiance and food cannot be beat. Anytime I have eaten there I have walked away happy. This restaurant is one of my few favorites because it is consistently an excellent place to have a fabulous meal.

It was a cold night, and the way it’s designed the cold air blows in the restaurant. There is no entry way to prevent this. The food here is good, very creative although my steak this time was very fatty and not so tender. The pork belly is delicious and the Brussels Sprouts were equally as good. The drinks are delish as well. I’m a steak fan, so for $46 there are way better options.

We had not been to the Wine Kitchen for sometime, actually had forgotten it as a regular dining choice in Frederick. This was a pleasant surprise and we will be more regular guests. The food was excellent and well presented with a respectable list of accompanying wines to choose from of varying price points.

My wife received a gift card for Christmas and we went for lunch on Saturday. No drinks, an appetizer, a salad and a sandwich for $58 was a bit overpriced. But, the food was delicious and the service was very good.

We had a fantastic dinner and our waiter was the best. He was spot on with his food and wine recommendations, he was very attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious, creative, but not fussy! Although not usually a fan of chocolate desserts; I highly recommend the S’mores dessert....creative genius!

So I came back 2 days later with both sons and my older son’s girlfriend. The butternut squash mignon was a huge hit tried by all! Loved by all! Salads burgers and rockfish were equally enjoyed! Drinks great! Entertained by the descriptions on the cards. Company was phenomenal of course. Laura came by our table to check on us again. She is fantastic and truly makes our experience worth the drive from out of state enjoyed by all! We will be back soon!!

Our food was quite tasty and the service was excellent. My only complaint would be the martini I ordered was awful (to me) due to the “local” gin they suggested. I complained and they immediately corrected the bill and brought me another drink.
All in all, I would have No hesitation in recommending this restaurant to anyone.

We had a nice quite table by the window overlooking the creek and the lighted boats on a crisp winter night which was enjoyable and relaxing. The food was excellent and the champagne tasting was a great way to start the evening. Will go back.

My son and I had such an amazing dinner! Best restaurant in Frederick. We started with the Butternut squash medallion main as an appetizer. Truly sensational! I had the rockfish and my son had the swordfish. So tasty and because the meal took so long they brought us a free round of drinks! We were so taken by their service. Again, best restaurant in Frederick from food to unsurpassed service!

We requested to be seated at a corner table, but were told it was a reserved four top. Not so, since a couple arrived 5 minutes later and were seated at the table we requested. We informed the server that we were disappointed in being misinformed. To her credit she relayed our message to the manager who apologized and brought us complimentary dessert and port wine after dinner. Good business decision to keep the customers satisfaction first and address a problem in a positive manner.

Our second time to the Wine Kitchen on the Creek. The food was excellent then and was on this visit as well. We went for our anniversary and thought it to be an excellent choice. If you are looking for a quiet and private restaurant, this is not the place for you as the tables are arranged rather close together and it is a little loud as you would expect at a place with a bar and small lounging area to enjoy wine from their long list of choices. They also have great outdoor seating overlooking Carroll Creek when the weather is warm.

This was my first brunch and as usual, the Wine Kitchen delivered! I had an open-faced hamburger on a half of a crispy brioche, with an over-easy egg on top of it. HOLY COW! It was beyond flavorful. My friend got the quiche of the day which was literally 3 inches tall and light as a feather. We had the aperol spritz which was as good as my first one - had that in Florence! The view, the food, the service - top notch experience...the Wine Kitchen just delivers!

The food was overpriced but decent tasting, or we were just that hungry. What was most upsetting is that they nickel and dime you on the drinks. We had three vodka sodas and they charged $1.00 per drink for the splash of soda water!!! A martini was $14! News flash - it's Frederick MD, not New York City!
Not sure but they probably charged us for the ketchup and use of napkins! Ridiculous! Will NEVER go back and would not recommend.
