Really liked everything about the Wine Cellar at Flight! Food, ambiance, and service were all impeccable. It was our first time to go to the Wine Cellar, previously had gone to the restaurant. My future trips will all be at the Wine Cellar.

Great place. This was our second visit. We both ordered something completely different this time and it was excellent also. Nice atmosphere. Service is a little over eager and can interrupt at times, but nothing to complain about here. This is one of downtown Memphis' better options for dinner.

The Wine Cellar is one of our favorites of this restaurant group. Our server was friendly and even provided us complimentary champagne to celebrate our Anniversary. He was very knowledgeable regarding the wine flights and the overall menu and was quite attentive throughout our time there. Can not say enough about the atmosphere of this unique restaurant venue! Elegant and intimate. Oh, and the food, as always was spectacular!!! If you make a reservation, ask for Luke as your server. You won’t be disappointed 👍🏼

We celebrated our 42nd anniversary with a fantastic meal that we thoroughly enjoyed! Jaffy served attentively and explained the dishes and wines very well. The floor manager was very friendly and stopped by to ensure all our needs were met several times. The Wine Cellar has a more intimate ambience than the main Flights restaurant.

Great restaurant in downtown Memphis. I organized a business meeting there and reserved a table in the wine cellar (note this is not a private room). Food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Great ambiance as well!

My husband and I frequent these restaurants monthly, have for the past 2+ years. However our plans for our Anniversary went South when Collierville lost power which is where we planned to eat out that night. So we looked to some of our other favorites being almost an hour away. Saw Flight had some open tables. However upon arrival there were supposedly not any available. We were told we could sit at the bar until one opened. So we did. After an hour+ we had a table downstairs. We went ahead and ordered dinner right away as we had already had a few appetizers upstairs. When our meals came out mine was missing 2 ingredients. I ordered off their summer menu a caprese with a scallop on top and their lamb ribeye. Lamb came out perfect, could have used more mint jelly as they were stingy with that. My caprese came out missing basil and balsamic. If you know what a caprese is these are their ingredients everytime. So I asked if I could have a side of each and I’d fix it myself. Our server graciously brought them out. However at that point my husband had cut into his steak being the most expensive one in the menu and was 1/2 fat and undercooked. When that got mentioned the Manager on duty that evening, Stewart came over to our table made a huge scene and told us that they would never make us happy and that we had to leave or else he would call the cops. Are you serious? We just got our food and just wanted it prepared as asked and as advertised on the menu with all the ingredients. We got charged for everything on the table even though they didn’t correct everything & not pack up all we had on the table. We came home with a side of vegetables and a side of mashed potatoes. Thank you so much for that! Our drinks were just prepared we did not get to enjoy those either, however we had to pay for them. Awesome. We were then escorted by Stewart & his posse to the valet while we waited on our car. What a wonderful 20th anniversary experience we had!! Shame on you!

Perfect for my cousin’s birthday. She has trouble choosing between food options, the flight options were perfect for her. The wine cellar is my favorite place, much calmer and quieter than upstairs.

The food is always excellent at Flight! I have never been disappointed. The service was a bit lackluster this visit. We were a table of 2 with a 6ish reservation (hoping to be out before 8p). We were seated promptly and our order was taken in a timely fashion. A table of 10 came in after us and it was as though we no longer existed. They got their food before we did, ordered and received dessert (we weren’t asked until much later), and settled their bill before we could get someone’s attention to even get our bill. All in all it was a lovely evening, but the service could have been much better. We ended up missing the beginning of our 8p event.

One of the Best Gems in Memphis is dining in the Wine Cellar at Flight Restaurant. I was treating my wife for her birthday and it is definitely a "Dining Experience" not to be missed. From the moment we arrived the Valet were professional and attentive. We went into the restaurant and the host greeted us immediately, got our name and then escorted us down to the Cellar (women beware as the entrance is from outside the restaurant and has a steep stairwell - my wife chose flats to heals, but their is a handrail to hold). Our server, Brooke, was at our table very quickly and we were lucky to have such a fabulous server. She came across more as a concierge than a restaurant server and made us feel special and appreciated. She truly loves her job and it showed. We asked her to pair a wine with our starter, ordered the soup flights and then ordered the wine flights for the entries. The meals were truly incredible! My wife and I can not thank ALL the staff enough for transforming this amazing meal into an ambiance of luxury rarely seen here in the South. Brooke did a beautiful job as the face and point of contact for the restaurant by allowing us to enjoy all aspects of this restaurant and never felt rushed. This is not our 1st time here and we will definitely be back. A hearty Thank You to all of the team at the Flight Restaurant in Memphis for allowing me to treat my wife on her Birthday to the highest standards that you continue to maintain!!! Matt N
