   My server had a packed restaurant but still made my birthday very special. Food and drinks were good, and they stay open pretty late. I will be back!

   It was another great experience at the Wine Bar tonight. Jesus and Chef Russell always deliver good conversations, great cheese, wine, food, and excellent service. I make it a point to dine at the Wine Bar whenever I visit Borgata. It is a hidden gem in the Food Hall that is not to be missed. I almost hesitate to post a review because it's such a great find, and I don't want it to get overcrowded, but these guys deserve the recognition. Skip the chaos upstairs and treat yourself to a bit of escape at the Wine Bar. I love the bruschetta, lasagna, pasta dishes, salads, and cheese plates, and I’m addicted to their sesame-toasted bread.

   Our experience was comparable to the reviews I read before going to the Wine Bar and Italian Kitchen. The reviews were spot on. Everything was wonderful with the exception of the house level. It was loud an almost to the point it was difficult to hear each other speaking across the table. Forgoing that, the wine, the food and the service were outstanding. I understand people saying this place deserves a spot nearer the higher end restaurants. I feel however, doing that would certainly change the value this menu provides. Prices were more than reasonable. Being in the “high rent district of fine dining” would certainly change the prices. My opinion is looking past the noise makes this place a gem.
