Lovely decor and friendly service but understaffed during brunch hours. Starter was piping hot and fresh while a few main dishes were either overcooked or sadly (likely) sat too long in waiting window.

The food was great and waitstaff service was lovely; however the host kept confusing my reservation with another dinner sending our guests to the wrong table multiple times. Later that day I also got an alert from OpenTable that I had not showed for the reservation.

Avoid. Service failure at every level. We had to wear our coats to dine it was so cold in the atrium dining area. Food came out at all different times. Sides we'd ordered came out when we were through with our entrees. It took 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee or water. In NYC you have many options. Eliminate this one.

The restaurant had a nice decor and was nicely decorated for Christmas. The service was slow and we were ignored when servers passed. We were not the only table that experienced this. Although the food was good, it was a bit pricy, even for the neighborhood.

La comida me parece bastante buena. Hay dos cosa que no me agradaron: 1. Cierran el restaurante de 10 am a 11 am para el cambio de servicio, deberían de poner un letrero avisando eso, simplemente cierran la puerta. Luego cuando ya van a abrir piden que forzosamente tengas reservación. 2. El servicio es lento, muy lento, te descuidan por mucho tiempo. En cuanto a todo lo demás bastante bastante bien.

This place was all decked out for the holiday season and looked amazing! Wednesday night happened to be live music night, so we we pleasantly entertained. The drinks and food were fun and delicious. I recommend the Brussel tacos app and crab Mac! Make a reservation ahead of time and enjoy!

This place was very cute and I’m glad I tried it. I had the burger and it was absolutely delicious. The soda was very flat though. Allowing dogs and having a dog menu was very awesome. The only thing I would comment on was the service. I understand New York restaurants get busy but since this place was not busy at all, there’s no excuse. By far the slowest service I’ve experienced in ny. Took the waiter 30 min to come to the table to food. Food coming out was also slightly slow.

The food was excellent. We ordered the Brussels sprout tacos, shaved broccoli Caesar, clams, tacos, double patty burger, and risotto. It was all excellent. My one friend who is kind of basic did send back the tacos bc they were “too spicy”. Now for the negatives… the service was pretty bad. I realize places are understaffed but there weren’t many people there and we didn’t see our server again after the spicy tacos were sent back. This place could be top notch with some minor tweaks and retraining. I would still come back for the Brussels sprout tacos though!

Oh boy. This place had everything. The most tender chicken I've ever encountered. Impactful and delicious cocktails. Wonderful service. I have nothing bad to say about the place. We'd mark it higher if we could. Make sure to enjoy the artwork to figure out how the restaurant got its name. A true delight. My friends and I can't get over it.

Took my daughter to the Harry styles concert, we originally had dinner reservations somewhere else but once we saw how cute the Wilson was we decided to just eat at the hotel and save time instead. Great atmosphere!! Food was good not a big menu though!

My visit would have been a five star experience except for the fact that I was seated within three feet of the only other two parties in the entire restaurant. At 07:30 a.m. on a Thursday, I doubt, and as my stay would confirm, that you're in a sell-out situation. There's no need to seat everyone so close to one another. Frankly at that hour of the morning, I don't like other humans much less want to be so close I can hear them chewing with their mouths open. I would have enjoyed myself much more having been seated farther away.

I feel rather misled on this choice for an after the theater dinner. It was not what I would describe as a "neighborhood gem" or "fit for foodies". It was too bright, too noisy, too cafeteria-like. It is off the lobby of a boutique hotel. True, we had the best seat in the house thanks to Open Table, but that couldn't overcome the disco noise. I never felt we were in 'capable hands' by the waiter. Nothing was suggested to us, so I defaulted to a burger, which was fine but nothing extraordinary. My friend had baked clams, which were very bland and too cheesy. The fries were soggy. It might have well have been Red Robin. I am sure someone looking fo a lively drink scene might have enjoyed themselves, but it was not the Manhattan dining experience I was hoping for.

Had a wonderful Sunday brunch at the Wilson. Food was very good and I enjoyed the ambiance. Server was professional and polite but not as attentive as I would like...had to ask for coffee refills, could not be found when we were ready for the check.

Went there for lunch, so the atmosphere for dinner could be different. It felt corporate, and a good place for a business meeting. Vey quiet and space. Definitely, a perfect place to chat over the drink. The food was okay, but not more than that. Had a burger, two salads, oysters. The fries were the best dish on our table.
