We went for a Saturday brunch with a group of 6. We weren't expecting a jazz duo to be singing during brunch it was alot of fun. Good drinks and food.
Lovely atmosphere, very good service. Cant wait to go back!
I was quite grateful to be out for Valentine's this year/2021 given the pandemic. I jumped on the opportunity to make a reservation through OpenTable. Food and service was excellent! I trust the owners will read my review - we booked our reservation for 6pm dinner and Jazz and the Jazz band was not there for dinner (apparently it was there for brunch). Now about the bar - our mayor gave us advance notice that NYC restaurants will be opened for Valentine's Day, why was your bar not ready with supplies? Not even lemons. This restaurant is in a wonderful building/space and the bar in itself is amazing, but make it work for you - have the supplies ready for the bartender, otherwise customers will not return. Unfortunately I held back a star for the lack of supplies and the absence of the band. Staffs were amazing.
18th anniversary weekend. The food was cool, the atmosphere was great. The waiter was AMAZING. The chef prepared for us a special cake that was delicious. I will definitely visit again.
We were staying at the hotel and I had a reservation at 9:00pm, we wait about 40 min to be seated and after all we couldn’t eat because the kitchen close at 10pm.
The experience was beyond amazing and the food was out of this world
Had a fantastic experience and felt completely safe with COVID protocols in place. It was a lovely night out.
It was my birthday and it was fun and special
Mohammed and the rest of the staff were outstanding, accommodating and overall great. Thanks!
I had such a memorable experience here this past Sunday and I can't wait to go back. I purchased a Pulsd deal for the High Tea for two at $59 and made a reservation on OpenTable. I also corresponded with Grant, one of the managers who introduced himself during our time there. He was helpful, accommodating and friendly. In terms of the experience itself, my friend and I received two three-tiered dishes of sandwiches, scones and cakes. We also got our own selection of tea in antique teapots and two glasses of champagne. It came with so much and was priced so right. The quality of the food and beverages exceeded our expectations. I especially liked the cucumber and cream cheese sandwich and the salmon sandwich. I was a little iffy about eating raw fish but I couldn't help but try it because it looked delicious...so glad I did. Our waiter was Genti and not only did he provide attentive service but he also became our personal photographer! He took such cute photos of my friend and I. Finally the restaurant itself is set up beautifully. There's so much room to socially distance, all the staff was in masks, sanitized frequently and the space was decorated elegantly; perfect for the holiday season. They even had two Christmas trees set up that we posed next to for photos. Thank you Genti and Grant for providing us with an unforgettable experience during such a stressful time in our city. I look forward to my next visit!
Went for a prefixed Thanksgiving Dinner , the main course Turkey and stuffing were tough to eat and the meat wasnt cooked through. They also messed up our bill.
OMG! Their Thanksgiving Dinner menu was delish!! Every ounce of it was well thought out, cooked to perfection and served well! I wanted seconds LOL! It was a great find through the Pulsd app, and easy to make reservations through the Open Table app! The place was beautiful, we felt safe as they adhered to Covid-19 policies, and the staff were friendly and accommodating! We’ll be back!
Tea is serv
The french toast is amazing! And the service was great. Would definitely go back.
The bar/restaurant space at The Williamsburg Hotel is one of my go-to's every time I am in Williamsburg. I typically will choose to have some drinks and apps on the roof, but as it is getting colder, the cozy vibes of inside suit for just as lovely of an evening as the NY skyline. This night was no different. Our server, John, was amazing, kind, and checked in just enough to make sure our glasses were never empty. Plus, the food is great and many dishes are easy to share with others. No complaints, I love this place and will always be back for more in the future!
We love this place, the high tea was a hit ❤️❤️❤️❤️
We enjoyed a simple and lovely breakfast here, under the ceiling of hanging lights, which makes the space feel somewhere between cozy and fancy. The servers were friendly and made us feel welcome.
We were guests of the hotel as well that evening, i would have enjoyed a cozy booth table however we were seated somewhere okay facing the open kitchen which was interesting,
The food was on point. We order the steak dinner and salmon dinner and chicken tacos for an appetizer. The mushroom sauce for the steak was fantastic and the steak was delicious as was everything else. Would definitely come bac.
Relaxing ambiance and terrific food. Especially the fish tacos.
I made a 4 pm reservation on 10/18/20 and i arrived at 4:08. I was then told the manager will speak with me. I was informed that the kitchen has closed since 3pm. This is completely unacceptable especially since i made a RESERVATION!!!Never Again!
It was very nice. Definitely would go again
We came for a 2pm reservation with pulsd tea offer. The table was not ready. When we tried to inquire (45mins later) the hostess/Maitre D gave us an attitude. Upon being seated (1 hour later), we ordered the tea and I told the server it was my cousin’s birthday. They didn’t do anything about it. The tea was not bad but the food that came with tea service was very basic! I’m so happy I didn’t pay full price for that! I also would like to add that There was a weird guy in the bathroom harassing my friend, she think it was one of the hotel staff members! Overall a very disappointing experience!
Third time coming to this restaurant, the service is poor wait for a drink for over 20 mins and to wait for a waiter is a nightmare. Overall the food it’s great.
I loved everything about seven seeds! It would have been great if the high tea hours were extended!!!! Only would have appreciated the music being lowered. I couldn't hear my dinner party or waitress.
From the hostess, to the waiter and water boy; excellent service was received and we ended our tea time by going to the tower and listening to Ms Sábado spins some awesome tunes. Neil Niko showed exceptionally hospitality as well. We will definitely come back.
Lovely restaurant in a lovely hotel. They were very willing to accommodate our vegan requirements. The food was delicious and very enjoyable. Staff was lovely. Ambiance was nice. Location inside of The Williamsburg Hotel is ideal and super comfortable. I would’ve loved a higher quality garbanzo bean that would’ve matched the quality of the rest of the meal. Nice wine selections. This is a very nice restaurant.
Amazing food and flavors. It was my moms birthday and they treated her to a piece of delicious cheesecake too!!! Amazing experience overall :)
Loved it! The server was so kind to us! We had a lovely tea.
Loved the ambiance of the restaurant and had EXCELLENT service. I forget the name of our waitress, but she was a petite blonde woman. The portion sizes are small for the price in my opinion, but the ambiance and service of the restaurant compensate for it
The decor was amazing! Both the service and food were outstanding. We went for breakfast. I highly recommend the Mediterranean breakfast.
Nothing special. Food is meh. Ambiance is nice. Not worth coming back. Menu super limited
Stayed at the Williamsburg Hotel and ended up having dinner here. Service was fantastic, as was the food. Surprisingly not crowded, considering it was Valentine's Day.
Ambience was great. Starters were amazing, entrees were just okay; not enough seasoning.
It was great. We were late and still accommodated with our seating request. The hostess was so patient and understanding! As was our server the gentleman was great help and spoke Spanish as well which was a huge plus for my mom. Place was a still cool den in the willy b underground (literally)
Nice Sunday afternoon
Came to celebrate an anniversary. First reservation was booked incorrectly by the restaurant and confirmed as well by then and only corrected after I called to confirm again on day off. So had to reschedule for high tea and jazz band the next day. Then arrived and seated incorrectly even after discussing with manager day before for celebration would like to sit plain view of jazz band. So even after addressing that matter they cramped 8 of us into a booth. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty with a large booth behind us empty the WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. It was so cramped we had to ask for a chair to pull up to the chair and the food barely fit onto the table. Food was good. Service was poor. Sat down and served food. Never got utensils or napkins until we asked for them. Just a total odd trip even with restaurant half empty. Being polite two stars. Food and jazz was pretty good.
Absolutely incredible experience! Not one bad thing to say. Food was INCREDIBLE, dessert was the best I’ve ever had. Service was extremely attentive and kind. Genti was a great waiter, so over the top thoughtful to elevate our experience. Cannot wait to go back! Decor was impressive!
Food was just above average but atmosphere and service was great !! I would not go there if you want outstanding food but if you are looking for somewhere to eat with nice atmosphere and a bar it’s great.
