Outstanding ambiance! The staff were very professional and helpful. Highly recommended for a delicious meal.
Beautiful ambience. Good Food at moderate prices. Lovely rooftop. Service a little slow.
I booked their high tea this afternoon. Service was abysmal… took forever for someone to even come with water. Then my treats showed up quickly but not my pot of tea. I waited several minutes… and finally had to flag someone down to get my tea.
I’m writing this from my table. I finished my food quite some time ago and I’m still waiting for someone to come check in and bring me my check. The servers are all very kind when they’re at my table, but for some reason they’re either outnumbered or just focused in the dining room and outdoor eating area.
The food was spectacular, especially the tres leches cheesecake. It was all very delicious, and we overall had a great time. However, the waiter gave my pregnant friend an alcoholic drink when we specifically asked for non-alcoholic, and then he joked about it when we pointed it out. We didn't think it was funny.
Awful. Food was gross. Service was terrible. Never going back. Ever.
I loved the experience and I have recommended to friends and family. Service can improve a little but it’s understandable due to the current situation .
High tea was such a quaint and elegant experience, I would love to do it again. It would be nice if it were up in the rooftop bar with views of the city. But the interior design and decor elements throughout the hotel restaurant are very aesthetically pleasing, it’s hard to not enjoy the ambiance wherever you are. The teas and tiered sweet and savory foods were all good, and after eating just about half of them I was already full. Our server was kind enough to make substitutions for our dietary restrictions. The jazz music was a tad on the uptempo side for me. I would have preferred a smoother sound for the ambiance, but it was still a nice touch.
I had an amazing time. The decor was amazing, the food and drinks were good and the rooftop is to die for. A true gem. I’m definitely going back!
Afternoon tea here was a really pleasant experience! Service was a little slow but the fairly hands-off approach isn't too much of a con since we didn't feel rushed in anyway.
I went with my mom for Mother’s Day and it was such a delightful experience o brought my in laws back and they loved it too. The entire family smiled at the ambiance, presentation and service. I’m very happy with Williamsburg Hotel High Tea and highly recommended it.
Patrons be aware, the check comes totaled on a merchant and customer copy - without an itemized list. After I added a tip, I thought the bill was quite high, so I asked for an itemized receipt. Guess what? 20% had been already added. Very sneaky Williamsburg Hotel, very sneaky indeed.
It was an amazing experience having high tea there
Can you lower the music
I went to The Williamsburg Hotel for High Tea. I was very impressed. The pastries were perfectly done and beautifully presented. The tea was served in beautiful tea cups. The restaurant itself was clean and beautifully decorated. Worth every penny. Will be coming back!
Great service and delicious food in a comfortable and welcoming environment
The Experience My Girlfriends and I had was awesome he vibe was excellent the service was awesome as well . The high tea experience should definitely be experience by everyone .
The ambiance was lovely. Enjoyable to the point that a party of 7 was able to hold a conversation and have the ability to hear one another. Our waiter was outstanding and tried his best to accommodate us. It seems by the time we got there for our Brunch reservation of 3:30pm the restaurant had run out of certainly items on the menu. Needless to say it made the beginning of our experience unpleasant. Lucky for us the cook found some pancake batter and it was blueberry pancakes all around.
Beautiful location ,great food and ambience, excellent service. I will definitely visit again and recommend this place to everyone.
We very much loved the high tea and moved to the bar when we were finished to enjoy a cocktail as we listened to jazz!
Wow just Wow! We went to celebrate Mother's Day (brunch) and it was so amazing! Especially Juan(manager) and Alberto (chef) we had the best time and food was soo delish! Great place to celebrate and eat good! no complaints whatsoever from my party, it was truly amazing. Thank you Juan and Alberto!
Love this hotel! Fantastic cocktails and pizza in a wonderful setting
On website does not post about no open kitchen for dinner. Misleading with reservations.
Everything was great, except I would never sit in the booths since I saw someone allowed to put their dog on it. Beware if you’re allergic or prefer not to have dog hair all over your clothes.
Great Service!!!! Staff, cleanliness and live music!
Everything was very pleasant for high tea on a nice spring day on the patio. The tweve different items were all tasty, but the portions were rather small, my only caveat.
Smelly sliver wear
Long to take Order
Bad vibes with server
Jonathon provided amazing service and recommendations
Good and service was great! Celebrated my sons birthday! They made him feel so excited!
HAD SO MUCH FUN!! Amazing service great ambience they have a jazz band playing, we went for tea and snacks and we all had a blast!!
Was a wonderful Sunday afternoon high tea. Enjoyed it all: food, service and excellent soothing jazz -- bass & singer. Loved the tea pot.
The Williamsburg Hotel has a wonderful vibe. Delicious brunch and drinks. Loved it!
Beautiful restaurant and bar area. Service in the restaurant (from Mo) was excellent and then we moved into the bar area where we were warmly welcomed by Juan and were entertained by an excellent Jazz Duo called Acute Inflections enjoying blood orange mimosas. Turned out to be a perfect Easter Sunday - thank you!!
Wonderful Sunday brunch menu and the High Tea is adorable. A bit pricey but the ambiance pays for itself.
Superb! High Tea at its finest.
Went for High Tea on a Sunday afternoon. Service was very good, and food was tasty.
Our server Juan was spectacular! He was welcoming and passionate about his job! I have never met a server who made my friends and I feel so welcomed. We enjoyed our time there and lost track of time! I would recommend his services to anyone who visits the restaurant! He was beyond spectacular! Would be visiting again and again!
Overall a great experience! High tea was amazing.
