Normally we love these events at the Wigwam. This one did not meet expectations. There was no consistency in plating or food quality. My steak was WAY over and my husbands looked good. On the scallop and capers dish, some of the plates going by smelled very fishy and I only got 1 caper on my plate :( I will 100% attend again, but definitely not in the ballroom, only on the patio. The ballroom was way too loud to enjoy the evening.

The brunch was really nice for adults (amazing) but menu for kids and teenagers was limited. Would have liked better menu options for them…pancakes, Mac and cheese, bagels. It was a lot of $$$ to spend for kids that we had to feed before we got there. Service was great.

Lack of parking and signage made finding the brunch difficult. We asked employees where to find it, and no one was sure. Food was plentiful, but very mediocre...eggs tasted like they were made from a powder, ham was dry and overcooked, etc. I've had far better brunches at hotels. Having to purchase mimosas and other beverages on top of the already overpriced buffet was very disappointing. One mimosa per MOM was provided, everyone else had to purchase, even though everyone paid the same price for their brunch. That was off-putting. Water was the only drink included in the price, or at least that was the only drink offered to us. Were we supposed to be offered coffee or juice? Definitely would not recommend or return.

Food was fair at best, eggs were powdered eggs, prime rib overcooked, shrimp was decent but crab claws were over cooked. For approximately $100 a head and there were 10 of us, we should have went to Cracker Barrel! Desserts tasted like they were bought at Costco and thawed out the night before.. Very disappointing!

Generally disappointed in the large conference room atmosphere…was expecting something much more resort like, like on an outdoor terrace. Won’t do this buffet again , felt much over priced for the experience. While I appreciate the history of the Wigwam, the facility felt generally dated beyond its exciting history.

Probably the best experience to date over the last year. It was a great pairing of wine and food. The menu was excellent! We were outside and it was a little warm for a dinner outside and the white folding chairs are kind of uncomfortable but the menu more than made up for the horrible chairs.

We’ve been to probably 20 of these wine dinners over the years. This one was the worst but, in fairness, they are usually good. The food was inadequate in quality and quantity. There was no entree….just 3 cold appetizers and a poor dessert served with overpriced wines. Then the wines offered for sale were not the ones served!

The wine and dine event at the Wigwam was very disappointing. The room had poor acoustics and was so loud you could not converse with the person next to you. It was late starting and the room was extremely cold. The food was OK, but not worth $165 per person. There are many better options in that price range.

Edit from my previous post…. After speaking with the manager and she heard my concerns. She invited me to try it again on July 15 and Wow! I was beyond ecstatic! We were greeted with some wine and hors d’oeuvres prior to the start. During the dinner , there were 4 courses with 4 matching wines that were paired exquisitely. A salad that was delicious ( and I do not like salad) , scallops paired with a wine that blew my mind , duck that was tasty and some Buffalo and dessert. They were all delicious and paired with some wines from Daou Wineries. The story behind this winery and the exceptional taste has made me a believer in their brand. I will always have Daou wines in my house. If you have done this experience you need to. The atmosphere and staff were amazing. Thank you for making this right. We will definitely do this again.

Easter Sunday brunch. We felt it was overpriced for variety of food offered. Service was terrible. Sat for 15 minutes at a table before someone brought a place setting and drink order. Although there were several small empty tables more to the center of the room, we were sat against a wall next to a door that hit the back of my chair every time it was opened. Will never book again.

Easter brunch at the Wigwam—what a disappointing experience! When we checked in, we were first directed to a pay station. An automatic 20% gratuity was assessed. I can only assume that the venue has had trouble with people leaving before paying their bills, but I thought this was odd. We were seated in the middle of a huge ballroom. No one came to greet us or take drink orders for ten minutes—and when someone finally approached us, it was a hostess, not a person on the wait staff. No refills; no one came back to check on us for a half hour, until I finally flagged down a server. The food was fine—nothing spectacular. For $85/person, I expected to be more impressed! The service was so disappointing that it colored the entire experience. I EMailed the Wigwam on Sunday afternoon to express my concerns. It’s now a week later, and I’ve heard nothing. Needless to say, we wouldn’t go back.

Frankly disappointed for the price of the Easter Brunch. $109 pp. Lobster and shrimp on the menu made it sound reasonable but it was only lobster claws that were not fresh. The shrimp was terrible. I had to throw my plate away. I left hungry.

Went for Easter brunch. It was OK. Not best nor worst. Big room buffet in large hall. Liked all the pastel tablecloth spread around. Alcohol not included in advertised price. Food was mediocre. Roast dry, rest of food level of a banquet, not what you’d get in their dining room for a sit down meal. Beautiful hotel when walking the grounds. We’d probably come here just to stay

The Santa breakfast was a mixed bag for us. The Wigwam is beautiful, the Santa Claus was great, service was excellent and ornament making was well done. The buffet itself was not particularly good. Minimal pastries, scrambled eggs, potatoes (only slightly warm), bacon (good), baby waffles and pancakes. The highlight for the children was the topping for the pancakes and waffles which was candy, whipped cream and strawberries. I have gone to multiple functions at the Wigwam and the food was not up to their usual standard. I would not go again.

We had ask to be accommodated for a group of 14. that was not done even though we had talked to them. the food was ok but the lines were very long and it took 20 min to get through them. the area around Santa was Very crowded and the making of ornaments was in the wrong spot and blocked any approach to Santa. It was a good event for the children just cumbersome especially for someone with a handicap.

I took my two daughters to the Annual Breakfast with Santa event at Litchfields. It is always decorated beautifully and the resort itself is stunning. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, the girls loved the pancake station. However, my server was not very friendly and acted as though it was an inconvenience to get my coffee and the kids drinks. She was also annoyed I asked for a cup with a lid for my three year old. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but for special family events, it's important to be nice because we had been looking forward to this for awhile and her attitude was not pleasant. All in all though, the experience was wonderful and Santa and ornament decorating were a hit. We will be back next year for sure!

Not what I expected. There was no warm welcome from Santa, and no one introduced themselves or explained where to find the buffet or Santa, we had to walk the whole area ourselves. It's understandable that the waiter took a while to bring drinks or process the check because she was swamped. As a whole, the price is excessive for what you get. Hotel breakfast buffet was below average, with stale waffles, powdered eggs & plastic-like bacon. There were no advertisements or signs to help you find Santa, and he never cracked a smile. Neither the receptionists nor the hotel staff were kind or approachable. Really, all I can say is that I wish everything had been more well-organized. With an expense of $135, there should have been more for my family of three, such as a professional photo of my youngster with Santa. Wont spend the money again.

Food was delicious and the accompanying piano was a nice touch. Unlike my previous visit at Easter, this dinner was near impossible to obtain a beverage, besides water. One glass of Champagne took 70 minutes to arrive to the table, needless to say we did not order more. Our cold and/or hot beverages Never came. Three requests for beverages and it fell short. The wait staff needed to wait in a never-ending line in the hallway, to place, obtain and pay for their beverage orders. I cannot fault the wait staff for being on their phones and chatting to each other, while in line, they were forced to adhere to this plan of execution. Beverage service can be much approved upon. It would have been nice to have more than one Christmas Tree in the far-off corner. Create more photo ops. I personally was very disappointed with the event and decorations inside the hall.

This was my second cooking demonstration class. The food was great, and there was plenty. It was a two-hour class/demo. The resort had a lot of events going on that night, and it was a bit rushed for the food and cocktails. The last cocktail they did not even serve as we were done with food in 45 minutes. I will be back because its a great night out and I understand they were very busy.

This was very over priced for what we received. A family of 6 and we paid over $450. It was a basic Golden Corral buffet with less options. When you are paying $80 a person for an adult I expect more then powdered eggs for example. The food was very basic. It was severely overrated and I would not of even paid $250 for all of us to eat if I had known it was going to be this bad. I would have been better off going to a Cracker Barrel and at least getting freshly made food. The pie they served was half frozen, the carving station meat was full of fat and gristle, the pastries were dry and just bought from a store and put on a platter. I expected more especially form the WigWam.

Mothers Day brunch 2022-we did the same brunch a few years ago and it was AMAZING. This year…..meh. Less selection than in the past. No omelette table. Less breakfast foods. No chicken or turkey. No dessert table (they bring you pie). It wasn’t terrible….it’s just not worth the cost anymore. ($85/pp including meal, taxes, mandatory gratuity for a buffet, and some other events fee).

One of the worst holiday brunches ever. They had very limited number of items to choose from. I heard a lot of other people complain that they didn't have any french toast, pancakes, omelets, etc. Definitely won't book another brunch here.

Mother’s Day Brunch is always such a treat when going to the Wigwam Resort. Visually everything is so beautiful, the staff is always friendly and easy to speak with. I have nothing but great things to say about the Wigwam.

Nice Easter brunch. Meat was not great. It was dry or too fatty
