Great and quick service from the waiter and waitress.
My husband and I sat at the bar. It was fun watching the bartenders mixing drinks. We also got great fast service from them.
Although it was really busy and they were working as fast as they could it was not a problem to ask to try a wine or to get an opinion on the food.
It was our 1st time there. I’d love to go again and would definitely recommend it to friends
Excellent service and fairly good food. The special brussels sprouts salad was amazing and would win high marks at a five-star restaurant. The blue pool oysters with a very fresh mignonette were perfect. Ginger beer: Fab! Although a great deal at $11, the happy hours fish and chips were pedestrian to semi-lame. A good portion of fish, but fairly thin pieces and somewhat leathery. Chips a bit off as well, limp to soggy. But a satisfying overall pre-concert meal for two at $56 before tip and sans alcoholic beverages. Very dedicated and kind staff with a great pacing of our food and drink selections. Will definitely return, but likely try another entree.
It was a beautiful night out on So Lake Union! We had a warm spot outside and enjoyed our clam chowder and salmon dip. The food is delicious here and the service is warm and professional. It’s one of our favorites, especially since we frequented them when we could during Covid and they had the best attitudes about how to make us feel welcome and safe! We will keep coming back!
Wonderful food, service and ambience!
Great food. Wonderful environment by lake. Ate in outdoor area with heaters and tent. Wonderful
Went on recommendations of a few friends. Some foods were great, fish stew and charred octopus (very small portion). Hush puppies and fish & chips were very nearly burnt. Waitress could have cared less if were were there. Love the location.
We loved that there was a dedicated parking lot, there's a cool outdoor area. We sat inside since it was chilly. They were very accommodating with our 3 yo. Charred octopus was delicious, mushroom mac and cheese was also very good, the bacon was a very nice touch, gave it a little smokiness. Overall a really cool pub / restaurant. We'll definitely be repeat customers.
We visited from out of state and wanted a yummy seafood restaurant to enjoy. This place was fantastic. The food was delicious and so was the beer. We were sat outside, where it was honestly a little too noisy at times because of some tipsy ladies next to us -but that was no fault of the restaurant. We would eat there again hands down.
Great food—the oysters and calamari were amazing. The Oregon Pinot noir was lovely. Only taking a star off due to the slow service, but we were there for dinner on a weekend so they were busy. Will be going back!
I love this place. The food is always great and the service is excellent!
The food was prepared quickly and the wine and beer selection were simple yet well-curated. The service was excellent and we ate outside due to social distancing restrictions. I had some very fresh oysters and a seafood stew with salmon, prawns, clams, and muscles. Very tasty!
Amazing atmosphere and food! We loved the crab mac & cheese and salmon dip. Highly recommend for both locals and visitors of Seattle.
Very nice lunch. It was a little cool because the gas heater went out and was not relit.
Awesome place, great food!
Excellent service and delicious food by the water- can’t beat it.
White Swan has delicious food in a perfect setting along the water, but unfortunately their service is consistently poor. I’ve been on 4 occasions and there are always issues with the reservations and they are severely understaffed. It’s clear there is a disconnect with management. Expect long wait times even with a reservation. Sometimes they fail to seat you entirely because they are not accurately keeping track of table turn over.
Great food! I had the smoked salmon salad (light and refreshing) and my husband had the fish and chips! Both delicious and views were wonderful!
Started out as a great experience outside on their patio, however we had no idea there was a 90 minute time limit and the new hostess I had never seen before was surprisingly rude when she came to tell us we needed to leave because we had stayed past the time limit. I have been here many times over the past year to support them and have never been told the rule, which is fine, but to be treated as if we had committed a crime when all that was needed was a gentle explanation of the new policy, left a bad taste in our mouths. Treat people with respect is generally a good customer service attitude if you want them to return.
Love the location. Everything we ordered was so good.
Great seafood spot by the lake. We enjoyed our experience. If you get oysters, it's going cost you but worth it.
We had to eat outside due to COVID restrictions. Service and food was excellent
First time with this friend in 16 months! It was great. Chase is a wonderful server and fun. An asset to your company
It was a very nice Mother's Day on the water. They were very busy but our server made sure he kept us happy!
Great place for lunch or brunch and watch the water and planes take off!
One of my favorite spots in Seattle! Best oysters, great beer on tap, tasty cocktails, friendly staff. Add a wonderful waterfront ambience. Blissful!
Birthday dinner - delicious appys
We had a nice outdoor seating arrangement with views of the lake and good service. I had the crab mac and cheese and my husband had the seafood stew. We shared a beet salad. All of the food was really good, but maybe slightly over priced. You're paying for the great location, so for us, that wasn't a big deal. We went on a Sunday night so City parking was free; otherwise, parking is per hour with the City spots or more at the private adjacent spaces. Recommended for food and ambiance!
The white swan public house was wonderful! Charming location, right on the water and the best oysters I have had in ages, highly recommend!
Chairs and stools not very comfortable but food and service was good.
Nice selection of local seafood.
Our server was incredible. Suggested but did not sway us in any one direction and let us make the final decision. Food service was quick. The oyster selection... amazing! Hush puppies... perfect balance of corn and crab. Drink selection is solid. Entrees of Crab Mac & Cheese for her and Seared Scallops for me. Crab Mac was super... pretty rich so go easy!! The scallops were cooked perfectly and the taste combinations on the plate were excellent. The portion for the price on the scallops was a tad high but I’m not sorry I got them 😋 Outdoor seating is a must at this restaurant! Enjoy the Seattle summer everyone!
The oysters were as amazing the view! I will be back!
Can’t beat the lake view and good food! Their apps are delicious and cocktails are great. Don’t miss out.
The patio is great. Our server was absolutely fantastic!
Nice selection of oysters.
Courteous and helpful waitstaff.
Great place to eat outside by the water in the summertime.
My only complaint is that it's a little hard to get to from downtown.
As always, nice slightly innovative menu made with care. Very unusual and very pleasant setting. However, the service was outstanding and better than I’ve had at some of the fanciest restaurants. Highly recommend a visit.
Great time! Good food and drinks!!
Very good food and drinks- I particularly loved the Empress of Roses cocktail.
Subpar compared to other times I’ve been. When we arrived multiple staff kept telling us to stand in different spots outside but nobody seem to want to check us in. After 10 minutes of standing around we finally went inside to talk to the manager and he implied we had been doing the wrong thing the whole time.
Once we were seated it felt like our server just wanted to barge in rather than give us 5 seconds to finish the conversation. Their time seemed more important than our experience. Lastly my first drink was subpar; it was just a Manhattan but pretty bad. Too many bitters and almost no whiskey.
Loved the fresh oysters, lovely atmosphere and kind servers.
