   Amazing variety on the menu, lovely relaxed pub, charming service, awesome ice cream sundaes. We will come again, glorious countryside location.

   The food was good value for money, there is plenty of choice on the menu to choose from. We really couldn't fault anything that we ordered

   We took the wifes parents and our daughter with us for the wifes belated birthday meal (so 5 of us in total). We arrived and were very efficiently taken to our reserved table. The venue was busy and the noise was vibrant with people chatting and enjoying themselves. Drink orders were taken and we were left to peruse the vast menu. Having visited before I was expecting to see the staples on the menu. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see many new items on the menu. My preconcieved thought about what I planned to eat was swiftly replaced by 3 or 4 different options. All of us selected different meals from the menu then spent the rest of the evening trying something off each others plates. Comments like this is amazing you've so to try this were common. The food was fresh, plentiful and most importantly delicious. Fully recommended by us all. A note of warning however.... leave some room for desert, wow decisions decisions all over again. This time though I wasn't sharing my Lemon Merangue Sundae, it was and remained all mine. Does that make me a bad person??? Lol.

    Went to celebrate our anniversary and second visit.The welcome from all the staff was first class and welcoming. Menu options amazing though knew what we were having before we got there after checking menu online and it was amazing and so much have to say couldn’t eat it all. A definite 5star experience and one that we will be doing many more times I think. Huge thanks to everyone for the hospitality.
