The White Marlin is a magnificent beach front steak and seafood restaurant that boasts a selection of seafood with a longstanding commitment to offering top quality ingredients from local fisheries up and down the coast of Florida. Freshness is our only priority working directly with fishermen and farmers, to bring you the most amazing fresh catches and beef there is to offer. With an ethos of spotlighting ingredients first, The White Marlins menu features simple preparations executed to perfection to allow quality to take center stage. We have two dining options for our guests experience between the more casual and lively Oyster Bar and patio to the traditional Main Dining Room. The Main Dining Room possesses classic and sophisticated warmth, is adorned with sharp accents throughout the room and plush seating lends the ideal setting for celebratory dinners or just a simple night on the town.

    There were 3 of us and we each ordered something different. Everyone’s meal was delicious. Our server, Jonah, was very knowledgeable about the menu and was attentive but not overly attentive- just perfect. The restaurant is beautiful and the view is amazing.

    11/10!!!! Food was amazing and definitely worth the money! A must go place in Port St. Joe. Even though our waitress was busy as could be, she still made it a point to check on us and was just an overall doll! Beautiful views and a perfect ambiance! Definitely recommend!

    White Marlin is Port St. Joe’s principal fine dining venue. Not only a very good restaurant with a very good kitchen, but a limited sushi bar and shellfish bar as well. The main menu has a seafood oriented focus, with a number of starters of various kinds, but also salad and flatbread selections. The entrees are versatile, with seafood, beef and a single chicken choice, but all are well prepared and presented. I won’t go into any single selection but simply refer to their website dining menu. My personal opinion is there are dishes for any palate.

    We had guests from out of town whom we wanted to treat. The White Marlin was just the place. Everything about our evening was wonderful, the friends, the food, the ambiance, and the service were excellent. (The staff were super quick and helpful when I made a spill too.🫢😬) We sat outside as we had perfect weather, neither too hot nor chilly, with a gentle breeze and a superb view of the setting sun over the sparkling St. Joseph Bay. We’ll be back with more guests in the future.

    The overall taste of the food was really good. I ordered the buttered scallops and it had meat pieces which appeared to be pork that wasn’t described on the menu. I was 1/2 thru the meal before noticing the meat. Thank God I didn’t get ill, Maybe not a big issue for some but definitely for me. I also ordered a glass of wine in which I finished 1/2 through the dinner and was not asked if i wanted another glass.
