Live Jazz at the Whitby Bar is returning every Friday night from 6pm to 9pm. Enjoy classic Negroni cocktails as you listen to live jazz music from The Sam Taylor Trio.

For our Afternoon Tea service, please book via Open Table through the EXPERIENCE option. To confirm your afternoon tea reservation, we require a credit card for our cancellation policy. Should you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, a $50/pp cancellation fee will incur.

Join us at The Whitby Bar for a delicious Afternoon Tea served in the colorful restaurant or the elegant Orangery. Served on Kit Kemp's beautiful Sailor's Farewell Wedgwood china, enjoy delectable finger sandwiches, including smoked salmon mousse, Egg salad & Truffles, selection of mouthwatering cakes and homemade scones with clotted cream and preserves. $75 per person or $95 including a glass of Joseph Perrier. Afternoon Tea service reservations are booked through the experience. We ask you to cancel your reservation by 10pm the day prior. We have a 5 minute grace period in case you are running late. Please call 646-928-4207 If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Special requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

The staff are great . The space is nice but the food lately at breakfast has been dissatisfying. Instructions to kitchen not followed and sent food back again . Only 4 guest in there at 725 am and kitchen just wants to move food out quickly without reading the tickets and no one is checking . By the third time my food overall was cold and not worth the 60.00 plus for breakfast.

Best afternoon Tea experience we've had in the US. The staff and server were super friendly. The ambiance is amazing, colorful, adorned with interesting art. The teas were high quality and premium, and the food was delicious. It's a bit of a high price tag but you expect that going in and it's well worth it. Would highly recommend this experience.

Its just a great spot for a business breakfast in midtown. Pricey but who cares as the ambiance is nice. Service was great too.
