The dining room is separated into 3 categories. Bar seating offers the best view of our signature whiskey wall, standard seating puts you indoors on our main dining room, and our porch, complete with heaters and a roof to withstand all weather. Please double-check if your reservation is standard or outdoor before booking, as we cannot guarantee any ability to move from one dining area to another.

Ambiance is beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was great. The drinks were really good we'll definitely go back.
This chef really knows how to layer flavor. Especially in the snacks and small plates. Fantastic cocktails too!
Food wasn't great, service was fine. It's located at end of strip mall with patio view of parking lot and auto body shop. I did not enjoy the 2 specialty whiskey drinks I ordered, but there are more to try. I may give it another try, but not impressed this first time there.
The air conditioning wasn’t working so the interior was stiflingly hot
Service and atmosphere is excellent. The salmon and fish choice were fantastic. The Osso Bucco was not a desirable piece of meat nor was the pork chop. Both were pretty fatty pieces. We’ve had the chop before and it was amazing so not sure what has changed in the meat department. We raved about this place to our friends we brought with us and the food was a little lack luster this visit. We are hoping this is a one off because we really enjoy this place.
I got to my reservation early & sat at my table for over 8 minutes without being greeted. We were the 5th table inside the restaurant, made eye contact with multiple employees, & wasn’t even acknowledged. The service seems to be getting worse in here.

The server (Steven?) was great! Gave solid recommendations and helped us enjoy our time there. Drinks were very good and food was above average.

The food is fantastic at TWP and their selection of 1000+ Whiskeys and Bourbons make this spot a great place to taste a variety brands as wells as cocktails and enjoy a variety of plates. We had the deviled eggs, tartine, pulled pork sliders, and the scallops entrée - as well as a few cocktails. Everything tasted great. The service was good. It was a good experience overall.

Our party had filet mignon, scallops and Osso Bucco. The filet mignon and scallops were outstanding. The Osso Bucco was not as good as last time we were there. Excellent service and ambiance.
Our server was Courtney. She was fantastic. My husband and I are both bourbon lovers and her knowledge and input was excellent. One of the beat bourbon selections I’ve seen anywhere. Will definitely go again!
Would've given a 5 star review all the way across the board but can't. 1st visit. Waitress was good. However, my husband's steak was cooked rare TWICE. He finally had to order the snapper that I ordered and was getting cold while awaiting his meal. Though the food was great in taste, this experience soured my husband's approval. The drinks were top notch so it's possible we may return if there's a need to get out for drinks.
Food was great. Drinks were not great - which is surprising given the name of the place. The extensive whiskey list is impressive- the cocktails made with it, not so much. Would go back for the food and order wine...
It was such a nice place to have a date night. Would certainly go back again!

Food was less than stellar for the price. Greens tasted burned and pork was dry with sauce without much flavor. Drinks were great!!

I ordered the scallops. When they arrived they had a very strange solid chewy flavorless crust that ruined them. It actually looked like they were burned. I returned them and tried to order the snapper but, was told it would be cooked the same as the scallops so I ordered the duck breast. I love duck but this tasted old or previously frozen, tough and chewy. Vegetables we’re under cooked and boring. All in all the food was poorly cooked and way overpriced. I was with 3 other people who were unhappy with their steaks that were not cooked correctly, were supposed to come with an au poivre sauce and didn’t. One sent their’s back. We were seated on the patio and the noise was deafening. We will not return
TWP has quickly become our favorite restaurant in Roswell. Fantastic cocktails, awesome food and excellent service.
Food was generally good. However, neither filet was cooked to the proper temperature and had to be sent back. Brussel sprout side with filet was flavorless other than char. Creamed spinach would be a nice replacement and would pair with the grits or maybe collard greens to match the southern theme. Price point is quiet high.....too high as compared to other high end restaurants with better food. Drinks are unique and interesting. Also lots of rules and a bit too tech centric....lacks the human touch I expect in a high end restaurant. Patio is a bit too enclosed for enjoying al fresco this time of year.
Food was good and service very attentive. A quaint place. I’d go back for lunch but probably not dinner.
First time at whiskey project for my birthday. Food was very good but the service could not have been any worse. Waiter was no where to be found and food took forever to come. There are too many other great restaurants who see value in service and we won’t be trying Whiskey Project again.
Concept is good. The whiskey selection is second to none, and it is a fun place. The food was hit or miss -- my son's pork chop was great, but my fish was over cooked. The food prices were a bit inflated as well.
Always excited to go back to TWP. Service and drinks are some of the best in Atlanta.
No paper menus available. Annoying. Table must give entire order at one time on the weekend. Meaning you can’t put in your appetizer order and then think about dinner order. Weird and rude. Food took a while to come out. It was not a busy evening. Restaurant not full. Food was good but not excellent. Duck slightly overcooked. And the duck is a domesticated duck not wild duck. Snapper was good. The jam on top didn’t go with it. Disappointed overall. Won’t be back.
TWP is a hidden gem and one of the best restaurants we’ve enjoyed near downtown Roswell. I suggest going during off hours to fully enjoy but a fantastic place for a date or business meal as the restaurant an get noisy (all concrete flooring).
It goes without saying that if you are a Bourbon / whiskey person this place is a must see. My wife enjoys non bourbon drinks and TWP bartender staff totally delivered.
Food was OFF THE CHAIN good and unique. Try the Tartine snack and the Red snapper main as fantastic recommendations.
Very nice place and really amazing list of whiskeys and bourbons. Food was good. There was a very noisy group near to us, but that's ok.
The restaurant does not have high chairs or anything for children. No apologies- was told it is the whiskey project and known for bourbon. Yes but you also serve food and are a restaurant so should have at least one booster seat. So it started off difficult with the child in booth with no way to contain a toddler. We asked for appetizers right away to occupy the child and was told that they cannot put in appetizer orders until the full meal order is put in because the kitchen is disorganized so they are trying to help the kitchen. Then it took a long time for our drinks to arrive. The food was ok- not as good as it was in the past. My son had the pork chop which was dry and severely undercooked. My other son and I ordered the filet and the sizing was completely disproportionate. Mine was large and his was very small compared to mine. Table next to us sent back the pork chop for being undercooked also. Then - because our waiter was dealing with food issues from next table we had to wait for the check. Knowing that we have a toddler that is not contained and getting fussy - I would have thought the server would bring our check sooner. Overall a poor experience and will probably not return. The last few times have been disappointing because the first few were exceptional. But a restaurant that doesn’t cater to families - teaching children how to behave in a restaurant is important and I don’t want to stay at home just because we have a child with us - is not one that I would recommend to my friends or family.
My wife and I wanted to explore Roswell and we were so impressed with the brunch at the Whiskey Project! Great food selection and quality drinks list. Not to mention, an abundance of great whiskey! We will definitely go back.
Osso bucco ordered by several of guests had to be returned to kitchen as it was cold and even them never came out right

Sat on the patio which was great until we had a horrific rainstorm and the patio leaked.
My fish was prepared well, but I’m guessing it sat under the lights for a bit long waiting for the other 3 entrees to be ready. Friends who ordered the filet and pork chop seemed to enjoy their more than the snapper ot the duck. Good not great though we enjoyed being out. Ordinarily, the outdoor patio would be fine.
Someone needs to sit the bar staff down with the chefs and remind the cooking staff just what the beverage theme of the restaurant is...
The food was salty, lacking in flavor, heavy, and did not pair well with the whiskey or scotch list at all.
I ordered the pork chop, thinking, it’d be some delicious thing possibly crusted, with some sort of appley glaze, and I got two meat slabs that were smothered in a heavy brown gravy, a pile of steame? Sauteeed enoki mushrooms, collard greens cooked to green mush, and a completely (literally- I cannot remember) the wholly unmemorable mound of mashed potato purée..
We went for brunch, and it was wonderful! Great service and the cocktails and food were phenomenal. We will definitely be back!
Hostess forgot us even though lots of tables were empty. Took forever for waitress to notice us. Food was so so.
