   Food was fine. Period. Sound level-terrible. Service- poor-BUT it wasn’t the servers’ fault, he was the only person and had eight or nine tables. The first table was in the middle of cross currents between two open walls. Second table was under an AC unit. Physically uncomfortable throughout. We had three appetizers and a dessert. Our dinner took 2 hours and 51 minutes. Who has that much time???

   Patio seating a must on a beautiful summer evening. The food was good, not amazing. The hamburgers ordered rare and medium rare were terribly overcooked, and had to be sent back. Our server was new, yet he was attentive, knowledgable and did an excellent job. Worth a visit, especially in the summer.

   Took my family for a family birthday celebration....everyone loved it! They were so helpful and accomodating to our group, which included 3 kids, and the servers were on top of everything. The only negative was that the food came out slowly....they only brought 2 plates at a time and we were 11, so anyone getting served first had cold food by the time the rest were served....

   You had a two piece band that was a bit too loud. Had to move tables. Our waitress rocked! But burger was not cooked as asked. Medium came out well done.

    Great location and ambience. Food OK. Service not good - very slow, missed an entree for one of our party which came 15 mts after everyone else’s. So they really need to improve service to make it a good experience.

    We had a casual, first time brunch at The Wheel over Memorial Day Weekend. Enjoyed it so much that we came again for Father’s Day! The ambiance and open air summer breeze is wonderful. The food is very good. The live music is spot on. The staff is fantastic. It’s the perfect blend of casual and comfortable while still feeling a bit special. We have a toddler who has only been to a handful of restaurants due to the pandemic - felt good to spend time together in a space he enjoyed, too!

    We celebrated Father’s Day this past Sunday at The Wheel. It was our first visit and we were thoroughly impressed! The food, service and venue were amazing, making for a memorable celebration. We can’t wait for our next visit!

    Very nice place! Love the interior art and boat view!! Excellent service and outstanding food. The waiter and kitchen went beyond to meet out needs with allergies etc. Will definitely return soon!

    We waited about an hour between receiving our appetizers and the main course. Waiter blamed himself but it seemed more likely the kitchen was backed up. Food was nice.

    Excellent food inside beautifully designed space. Warm, attentive service. Music is cranked up, clubby atmosphere, sometimes hard to talk - but if this is your jam, go for it, a great dining experience:D

    we went to the Wheel with my husband for Sunday brunch/lunch. Made a reservation prior. The overall ambiance of the place is very energetic, it was packed and there was live music on Sunday afternoon. We got seated right away, but the spot was just meh, pretty much right by the entrance with a/c literally blasting directly on my head. The place is on the pricier side, don't get me wrong if the food is worthy - I'm all for pricy/fancy places. Not in this case. I had an avocado toast with no add-ons. It's $18, only one piece with probably half or quarter avocado and one egg on a top, pretty pathetic, wasn't even good. For drink, I got a boozy tea and haven't realized- no one mentioned either, it was just from the can and got poured in a water glass. Anyway, I doubted we will be back. Maybe for an after-dinner drink. My husband named the place "fake fancy".

    We watched our hamburger sit under the heating lamp for over 15 minutes, pork and fish dishes were undercooked, one steak was served cold. Second steak and salmon were very good. One drink was watered down (way too much tonic) and our waiter disappeared for long bouts. The staff and management were made aware of the situation, but failed to address it. Not quite ready for primetime. Maybe over the summer, with practice, service will improve.

    Went for a business dinner on a Thursday evening. Restaurant was half-full and while server was attentive, overall service was on the slow side. Starting with the tuna tartare and oysters and both were delicious. For main meal I had the rigatoni, which were excellent and my colleague had the salmon and he said it was fantastic.

    Great first visit, Katie, the hostess, was friendly and made sure we got a great table! Joshua, our server, was very kind and efficient. Please share our praise to both of them. Loved the team working together to make our experience great. Many team members removed plates and delivered food. More upscale than I thought the place would be. Keep up the great work, will be back soon!

    Beautiful indoor/outdoor design and huge patio right on the water. Food was fantastic and staff was very friendly and attentive. I've recommended this place to multiple friends already. I'm definitely going back.

    Hands down, THE WORST SERVICE EVER! So bad that I can’t tell you about the food because I was so distracted by absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. When our waiter eventually showed up he looked befuddled and confused at the fact we were sitting there. We’d been waiting so long that we decided to order our meals immediately. The waiter took our order and…..we never saw him at our table again! Not once. I had to order my beer from a different waitperson. That drink, by the way, arrived after I finished my meal, so I sent it back. We watched other waitstaff stop by their tables multiple times and we watched the manager walk around and talk to some guests. And we watched our waiter walk right past us like we had lepresy, or worse. We don’t have lepresy, or worse. I’ve had not great service where I want to leave a small tip or no tip, but I never do. At The Wheel, however, for the first time in my life, I left no tip. Who would tip a ghost?

    Wheel fire bread is delicious, as is the burger. Great selection of beers, including many from Cisco. Prosecco Rose was a favorite of my wife's. Summer time with the windows open and live music makes for a great afternoon.

    We had a really nice dinner outside. The service was a little strange at times (drinks took a long time and were not correct), but the food was very good and the setting is beautiful. Would recommend!

    You’ve gotta hit this place up! Made the most last minute of birthday reservations for 5 here—I was booking the table as I got off of Captain John’s tiki tour boat (shoutout to him too!) Which is about 30 seconds of a walk to the front door of The Wheel)—we got in immediately. You’ll notice quick the decor is wheely cool. Our server was absolutely amazing, and understood the vibe assignment from the jump; I’m devastated for not remembering her name, but I blame their amazing mimosa that absolutely did its job lmao. Not an overwhelming menu, yet still has a variety of inclusive choices. I’ll be dreaming of their banana bread for the rest of my life!
