Great food with a wonderful atmosphere. Small place so it felt intimate yet large at the same time. Amazing service and knowledge from the staff. Wish the portions were larger that’s all! Overall a nice time.

Very nice people and good service. The chef here is trying too hard be be something that he’s not. The menu is all over the place and the portions, except the chicken and pork chop, were small. A “thimble” of rice came with an undersized piece of swordfish.

We've never had a bad meal at West End Grill, but unfortunately last night was an exception. The menu has changed since we were last there, and our dishes were truly not up to what our previous experiences have been. The swordfish was not at all worth mentioning, accompanied by very plain rice, two plain steamed baby carrots and extremely oily snap peas. The filet was well prepared, but the sauce was very ordinary accompanied by the same oily peas, and unimaginative mashed potatoes. Overall, very disappointed.

Small, quaint and the perfect place for a warm inviting dinner. Our server, Kevin, was tremendous and the Host made sure we were comfortable and happy. Would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends! Thank you for an amazing anniversary dinner.

Overall the experience was good. Seabass was great, halibut was great, both the beef fillets were under cooked, Delmonico steak was very disappointing. We had an early reservation, service was good until the restaurant became a little more crowded. Then the waiter seemed too busy to be attentive. The ambience was nice, it’s a small quaint place which was unique. Perhaps slightly over priced for the quality of food. Would still likely return for special occasions.

First time at West End Grill and it was a very pleasant experience. The potato crusted halibut was outstanding and so was the sea bass. They missed on cooking my son's burger "medium" (was barely cooked at rare temp) but apologetically took it back and cooked it more (and replaced the truffle fries with a new batch). It was perfect upon return to the table. Service was spot on. We will be back!

It was our 19th wedding anniversary. The appetizers were delicious. My short ribs were excellent. My wife’s filet came out rare and she ordered it medium. We sent it back and it was slightly better. The outside was over charred and thawed all that you could taste. We decided not to send it back. I was finished with my entree before they bought my wife’s back. They did give a piece of carrot cake for the inconvenience.
