A cheese-centric bar & restaurant in Eastwood in Syracuse! We focus on cheese based dishes and highlighting seasonal produce. We offer a new menu daily to honor seasonality.
We are open for dinner service Wednesday through Saturday and we serve Brunch on Sundays!
The Wedge is brought to you by The Curd Nerd, an award-winning cheese shop, located right next door.
We focus on community & highlight it by offering a community table!
We do not take reservations for parties larger than 6 on OpenTable & the restaurant does not accommodate parties larger than 8 without a private event.

    We had a great dinner! It was a Wednesday so their wine deal and handmade pastas were great! We shared a few. All of the workers as well as the owner were friendly and positive. All the food was delicious and a great value! Looking forward to returning.

    Outstanding food, drinks and service. My wife and I attended brunch yesterday and enjoyed every second of our experience. Susie (FOH manager) and Jordan (server) were amazing, the food was thoughtfully presented and delicious, and the cocktails well balanced and tasty.

    Phenomenal experience! The food was excellent and perfectly made and the atmosphere was perfect for a casual and cozy but slightly upscale date night. We’ve already decided that we have to come at least once a season to make sure we stay caught up on everything they’re doing! Can’t wait to come back!

    This restaurant is an absolute gem in Syracuse. Every dish we had for brunch was perfectly executed with well thought out flavours. We can’t wait to go back for dinner!

    The Wedge is a great theme restaurant; the portions are just right (except the cheese board, which could be a little bigger for the price), and the menu is both diverse and creative. The food was excellent, and they offer suggested pairings for wine. The wine was also very good. The server was friendly and attentive. My only suggestion would be to work a little on the decor, which is a little spartan, but the restaurant is still quite new. We wikl definitely be back!

    wonderful.. service and food. love to see young entrepreneurs grow and thrive! nice that personable owner is hands on, talking to diners and working with obviously happy staff. very unique and enjoyable property, a great compliment to the original business next door!

    What a beautiful, unique experience the Wedge is! An interesting rotating menu that the friendly servers are very knowledgeable about, including the cheese profiles which are of course the focus of this venue. The owner was on site visiting tables, making sure everyone was having a good time. Lovely decor, unique tableware. All the food, from appetizers to entrees to dessert and cappuccino, was excellent. We also enjoyed a cool savory cocktail. Will definitely be returning. Syracuse is lucky to have such a special place with an owner passionate about her craft.

    It was our first time and we’ll definitely be back. The drinks, food and service were amazing. Love how personable the staff were, checking on us but not too overbearing. Everything came out in a timely manner, no long wait. My husband loves the idea of the ever changing menu, we appreciate the size of the menu short and sweet. Definitely add this place for a date night or girls night out. I can’t wait to check out their brunch selection.
