A cheese-centric bar & restaurant in Eastwood in Syracuse! We focus on cheese based dishes and highlighting seasonal produce. We offer a new menu daily to honor seasonality.
We are open for dinner service Wednesday through Saturday and we serve Brunch on Sundays!
The Wedge is brought to you by The Curd Nerd, an award-winning cheese shop, located right next door.
We focus on community & highlight it by offering a community table!
We do not take reservations for parties larger than 6 on OpenTable & the restaurant does not accommodate parties larger than 8 without a private event.

    It was our first time and we’ll definitely be back. The drinks, food and service were amazing. Love how personable the staff were, checking on us but not too overbearing. Everything came out in a timely manner, no long wait. My husband loves the idea of the ever changing menu, we appreciate the size of the menu short and sweet. Definitely add this place for a date night or girls night out. I can’t wait to check out their brunch selection.

    The food was amazing! My wife and I enjoyed every course. Started with chips and pimento cheese and onion soups. My wife had the chicken special and I had the gnocchi. Both were delicious! The lemon ginger cake to finish was Devine!

    Lovely little restaurant. Food was divine! We ordered almost everything on the menu to try. Don’t miss the cute bathroom murals

    Ordered a savory crepe and forgot I can't stand spinach but wasn't sure if I was allowed to omit it and they made me one to go without any! Such nice people!

    One of the best meals I've had in a while. Cheese is obviously everywhere but the dishes are not heavy. Plenty of options for small plates and mains, with great vegetable-forward dishes as well. Tasty cocktails and great service rounded out the night, and we've already made reservations for brunch later this month. Menu changes often because it's based on what's available locally. A great addition to the Syracuse restaurant scene.

    a wonderful new restaurant in Eastwood , women owned too. the food was fresh , original , beautifully plated and fairly priced . wine, beer and craft cocktails served in eclectic glassware . Service was great and friendly . I’ll come as often as I can get a reservation!

    This place is great. Love the unique decor and the staff are great. Food.. amazing. I had the duck confit stuffed pasta with mushrooms it was so flavorful. I tried two different mixed drinks both of them were excellent. I highly recommend this place.
