A cheese-centric bar & restaurant in Eastwood in Syracuse! We focus on cheese based dishes and highlighting seasonal produce. We offer a new menu daily to honor seasonality.
We are open for dinner service Wednesday through Saturday and we serve Brunch on Sundays!
The Wedge is brought to you by The Curd Nerd, an award-winning cheese shop, located right next door.
We focus on community & highlight it by offering a community table!
We do not take reservations for parties larger than 6 on OpenTable & the restaurant does not accommodate parties larger than 8 without a private event.

The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive — you can tell they care about making sure you have a great experience. The food is wonderful.     We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and we are so happy we chose this spot. Everything we are was delicious and the staff was so incredibly friendly. We can't wait to come back!

    The Wedge. It’s the kind of place that feels like it belongs in NYC—think ABC Kitchen—but it’s right here in Syracuse. The menu’s always changing, which keeps things interesting, but the food is consistently outstanding. Balanced flavors, standout cocktails, and dishes that make you stop mid-bite and say, damn, that’s good. I’m not even a cheese person, but somehow the cheese here always hits. The pimento cheese and table fries are musts—they set the tone for the meal in the best way. What I really appreciate is the vibe. No pretension, just thoughtful food, excellent service, and a space that makes you feel like you’re part of something. Even the mismatched plates and silverware feel intentional—like a nod to charm over uniformity. Syracuse needed a spot like this. And The Wedge delivers.

    After waiting 3 weeks for a Sunday morning brunch reservation, I can tell you it was worth it! Ambiance was great, service was very good, food and mimosas were amazing. I liked that the menu had unique choices along with some breakfast favorites. Can't wait tovget there for dinner!

    Wonderful meal at Wedge. Food was creative and delicous. Wait staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. Warms olives were flavorful, wedge salad was creative and amazing. The chilled carrot soup was incredible. Atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. 100%.

    We had a great dinner! It was a Wednesday so their wine deal and handmade pastas were great! We shared a few. All of the workers as well as the owner were friendly and positive. All the food was delicious and a great value! Looking forward to returning.

    Outstanding food, drinks and service. My wife and I attended brunch yesterday and enjoyed every second of our experience. Susie (FOH manager) and Jordan (server) were amazing, the food was thoughtfully presented and delicious, and the cocktails well balanced and tasty.

    Phenomenal experience! The food was excellent and perfectly made and the atmosphere was perfect for a casual and cozy but slightly upscale date night. We’ve already decided that we have to come at least once a season to make sure we stay caught up on everything they’re doing! Can’t wait to come back!
