The Watermark Taphouse and Grille has a uniquely Canadian take on Fusion cuisine.
Located just eight minutes west of Burlington, in the charming village of Waterdown. The Watermark offers an interesting variety of dishes prepared daily with the freshest of ingredients. New York Steak, Pasta, Seafood, Wings, Burgers and Salads.
Traditional offerings of Pulled pork and Brisket smoked daily in the Watermarks very own wood smoker.
The interior is an amazing blend of textures and colour. Cozy booths, designed to offer you the privacy you need for that special celebration.

Nice day to sit outside in some shade. Had the linguine pescatore, a nice mix including shrimps, mussels and capers with some garlic ciabatta on the side. A Trius Distinction chardonnay was a really good match for the meal. The waitress was pleasant and efficient.

Not their fault that their outside patio is by busy road, but they try to lessen the noise by planting cedars. The food and service was great.

Awesome place to go and enjoy your meal. Super clean and the staff go out of your way to be accommodating. It does not matter what choice you make from the menu, the food always tastes amazing. This is our favourite restaurant to go to.

Ordered the eggplant parmigiana with linguini. The eggplant was hard to eat, overcooked I believe, so made it hard to cut. The linguini was cooked properly. But the tomato sauce was too overwhelming. Could hardly taste the breading on the eggplant. The desserts were fine. So was the wine. My husband had the special of the day which was chicken wings. He enjoyed his. So overall I won’t be ordering Italian food there again.

We had not visited the Watermark in about 8-10 months. Previously we would have rated this restaurant higher however I suspect we won’t be back after last evenings meal. Friendly staff… that was the highlight. Food was not good given the price. Keg prices for significantly less value and overall quality.
