The Watermark Taphouse and Grille has a uniquely Canadian take on California Fusion cuisine.
Located just eight minutes west of Burlington, in the charming village of Waterdown. The Watermark offers an interesting variety of dishes prepared daily with the freshest of ingredients. New York Steak, Pasta, Seafood, Wings, Burgers and Salads.
Traditional offerings of Pulled pork and Brisket smoked daily in the Watermarks very own wood smoker located on premises.
The interior is an amazing blend of textures and colour. Cozy booths, designed to offer you the privacy you need for an intimate dinner for two.

The Watermarks Patio, is an ideal outdoor setting to get together for great food, a cold beer or a bottle of wine.

    The menu is very extensive and satisfies every one’s hunger level. The quality of the meals is great…and the service as well.

    I went with a friend for lunch. I had a delicious greek salad with shrimp. The shrimp was still steaming when it arrived at the table - fresh, and delicious. The amount was generous but I ate it all because it was so good. Then we finished off with an Earl Grey tea and an amazing peanut butter chocolate cheesecake. Divine!

    Ordered the Green Curry Bowl - it did not taste like green curry should taste. Tasted more like gravy with some sweetness. Server said it was their favourite. Maybe they have never had curry before.

    Our favorite where everyone knows our name. Fabulous service, consistent good food. Elaine our server is part of the family now. Always satisfied

    Warm and welcoming place with great service. Large varied menu with lots of options and the food was tasty! We will definitely be back!

    Our server was friendly and advised of any specials available. This was a return visit so we had an idea of what we were maybe going to order. Portions were generous and our orders were ready quite quickly. My Greek salad side order was big and had lots of feta cheese. Fish and chips portion was huge and nice and crispy. Eggplant parm was coated with a nice amount of sauce and lots of pasta accompanied.
