   Our Waitress was amazing, she injured her foot but made sure to exceed our needs! We told it was our first time and she made sure the steak was made to our liking! (Sorry my memory is bad with names)

   Where do I begin to tell you how special The Waterlot is? From thr moment we walked in and were so warmly greeted by Tasha, Millie and Lakeela (?sp) we knew we were in for a one of a kind experience. We had been told to request Raggar for our waiter and they put us at a wonderful table with comfy seats and a great view of all the goings on. Raggar welcomed us with the biggest smile and such personality--we felt immediately at home. We've been to the Waterlot several times before and it continued to exceed our expectations. From the onion soup to table side Caesar salad to our filets,truffle mac and cheese and finally the chocolate indulgence to finish our meal every bite was delicious! We needed a ride back to our hotel and they took care of that too everything was seamless and we even got hugs on our way out! The staff is impeccable! The food is top notch, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming--you need nothing more! You HAVE to go! I also can't forget to mention our waitress on Thursday night---Alisa--what a special person; she's going places Finally, the team couldn't be what it is without its leader Barry--thank you all for making my birthday so memorable Muriel and Kathy Campbell

   One of my favorite restaurants in the entire world! The food was spectacular, the service was outstanding and the restaurant is beautiful. Menu choices were awesome and the presentation was breathtaking. We spent 3 hours there and were never rushed. Can't miss this place if you are in Bermuda. I can’t say enough about this restaurant and will go back! Thanks to the entire staff for one of the most memorable and wonderful nights!

   Pro’s - probably the best food you will find on the island, in an historic waterfront location and with an impressive wine list. Cons - our ordering a bottle of white with the fish course and a bottle of red with the steaks seemed to totally confuse the wait staff, made more complicated by them serving both courses ridiculously quickly so the wine waiter could not get to us in time and both wines arrived half way through the courses. We felt extremely rushed through the food, but there was clearly no reason for it, as they had no subsequent sitting - just a lack of thought / coordination. This is billed as a fine dining experience and the food, wine, cost levels certainly support that - but pairing great food with excellent wine is what it’s all about and that seemed a real challenge. Oddly there were a lot of staff doing very little - old fashioned greeters and hosts coming to your table etc, but this is a place with $1500 bottles of wine on the wine list that doesn't get the basics of serving the right wine with the right course or even how much wine to pour into a glass. Disappointing as both the food and wine were excellent.

   This always used to be my favourite restaurant. Have been twice since they reopened and I don't think I will be returning. At our latest visit on April 16, it took 30mins for our waiter to come over after being seated. We were near a large table which didn't help. 2/3 people at the table ordered swordfish, and it arrived freezing cold. They took it back, and they returned a different piece raw. 1/4 sides arrived wrong, but was quickly corrected. After the initial pour of a bottle of wine, not once didn't they top it up our glasses. I don't expect this level of service for a near $500 meal for 3 people. Will not be returning sadly.

    The restaurant was CLOSED. As we got there by cab we were stranded for an hour til we could get a ride. This was to be Don's 55th birthday dinner where his parents had their 25th anniversary. Don's 50th was ruined by Covid and now his 55th was ruined by Open Table and the Southampton Fairmont.

    Dear Bobby, I'm deeply sorry to hear about your experience with our restaurant closure, especially given the significant occasion it was meant to celebrate. I can only imagine how disappointing and frustrating it must have been to arrive by cab for Don's special 55th birthday dinner—a celebration with such meaningful family history—only to find our doors closed. Unfortunately, we experienced an emergency situation where our power was completely knocked out, which also affected our water supply. We genuinely tried to reach out to all of our reservations to notify them of this unexpected closure, but regrettably, we were unable to make contact with you despite our attempts.
