Food was excellent service Top Notch. What added to the experience. The host asking if we needed a Taxi after our dinner. We didn’t need any but such a great gesture.

We had higher expectations for our evening and were bringing company with us to enjoy what we had hoped would be a fabulous meal. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the food quality and the ambiance. After waiting years to reopen we were hoping the ambiance would be upgraded and fresh. Instead it still felt old and dated. The food was a disappointment as well. Our steak was rather blah… not much flavor. No one raved about their dinners…and we felt it was below expectations. Unfortunately we won’t be returning any time soon.

We had the most amazing experience at the Waterlot. From Millie sitting us to our server Rega. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. We started with the Caesar salad for two which was awesome as it’s all made table side. Then we had the bone in ribeye with the Brussels sprouts and gratin potatoes. Excellent from start To finish. The manager Barry came over and introduced himself to us. All around AMAZING experience!

Amazing amazing beyond experience. Our waitress who I am drawing a blank on her name was the best ever! She was a tall blonde women from Vancouver BC, Canada. We loved her and she was so kind as we were dealing with flight issues.

Magnificent classic setting, phenomenal menu, old school elegance and service. My 16oz NY Strip was perfectly prepared as was the fresh cod, truffle foie filet carpaccio, and steakhouse fries. Barry the GM was incredibly hospitable. An unforgettable experience and must-do while in Bermuda

Superior food, portions were ample, our server Linda was on the ball. I wish I hadn’t ordered a salad because I was unable to eat all of my short rib meat, which was tender and delish. Husband had the rack of lamb and was provided mint jelly even though it wasn’t on the menu. He was happy about that because that’s the way mom used to make it. I would recommend this place and I would return for sure.

The Waterlot should ENFORCE their dress code. There was one table in our section where the diner was wearing a t shirt, ball cap - perched sideways, shorts (not Bermuda), running shoes & and assortment of gaudy gold chains- very inappropriate for the restaurant. All other diners were well dressed, the under dressed diners diminished our dinning experience and was disrespectful to this historic restaurant.
