The location of the waterfront is great. The food and drinks pretty good. The service, however, really brought down our experience. My friend and I placed an order for drinks & food with our server when we first sat down. Which came out promptly. When my friend decided she wanted another drink, we could not find our server or anyone else to help us. We finally flagged down another server where she informed us we already closed out our tab? I guess the server decided to give himself a 20% tip too without our knowledge and close out without telling us? When my friend ordered a new drink with the new server, the drink took over 25minutes to come out. We weren’t the only party who was missing drinks, as another group nearby also said they hadn’t received their drinks too.

First impressions are a lot to me. We got greeted by two rude female hostess. They did not even address that we were celebrating a birthday even though I added it when booked. The server had the same vibe was rude up until I paid for my food, and finally smiled when she got tipped lol? The food was ok nothing spectacular. I had been here before for the brunch and had a different experience. But after reading the reviews it’s seems it’s been a recent issue.

Service was horrible from the minute we sat down. We waited over 30 minutes to even get offered drinks. We moved inside and it got a little better but we had to keep checking on our food and drinks. They need staff. We tried this place 6 months ago and thought to give it another try but it’s even worse . Will never go back or recommend.

Terrible service Restaurant was basically empty and waitress disappeared for long periods of time and “bottomless” mimosa experience was not positive. Food very very average.

Food was a big disappointment and mostly inedible; service was slow. Thankfully the manager covered our bill for the bad food and service. And least he tried to make it better. Nice place to hang out for drinks on the beach, just eat ahead of time.

Very limited all day menu now. No dinner specific menu. Happy hour is mentioned on their website as going to 7:00 PM on weekdays, but that is not the case. They apparently no longer consider Friday a weekday.

The brunch is mediocre. The food is lukewarm. Bacon isn’t done. Sitting in oil. No signs on several entrees so you have no idea what’s being served.

Staff this Sunday was lovely. Our waitress & the hostess were way more pleasant than others I’ve encountered at the Waterfront before. I chose the buffet because it used to be really versatile but understand they’ve scaled back after the fires and not getting as much traffic on the boardwalk at this time. I think the $40 AYCE could go down some of the omelette station & prime rib is no longer there

It was completely dead when we went - we were the only two in the entire place. To be fair it was the Saturday night before Christmas. There was no need to get a reservation. But we did not stay. Why? Because when we arrived I went to the bathroom and it was filthy. If you cannot keep the bathroom clean and there is no one there, we have a problem. I'm not eating there. So we left and went to another place which was slightly better.

The food buffet was good and had lots of option. The bottomless drinks were not very nice. The espresso martini was not nice at all!
