Amanda was the best! On top of her game! Friendly and polite.
Great outdoor dining space. It has a great view of the Whitestone & the Throgs Neck bridge. Food was really good. Staff was really nice & welcoming.
Lovely place. Food was ok the view was breathtaking.
My mother in law’s birthday. Food and drinks were very good. Good size portions. The burger is awesome.
The lobster bake was amazing and so was the calamari!
Views were amazing! Food was excellent and our waiter Brandon was awesome.
Amazing view and ambience! But my lobster had a funny taste and smell! Will definitely be back but not for lobster!
The restaurant is beautifully set on immaculately kept grounds with a beautiful view of the Throggs Neck Bridge. We enjoyed a quiet setting and could not wait to taste the food but as beautiful as the setting was, we grew antsy because the food took an exceptionally long time to arrive at our table. We waited 40 minutes for our appetizer, a truffle mushroom pizza which was perhaps one of the best pizza we have ever tasted. The second round of drinks was ambitiously brought to our table before we could get a chance to order them and our main course did not all come out at once which means that by the time we all had our food, the first plate to arrive was already cold. The food was very good but for this type of restaurant, I expected a culinary masterpieces. It had no optic flair whatsoever. We were not charged for our soft drinks to make up for the slow service (as tho that made up for anything), waited too long for our carry out containers that were given to us without a bag. I had had to ask another waiter and wait for her to bring out a bag because ours waiter was sitting with the other waiters splitting up their tips. Even tho we ordered four meals for three people, the bill was astronomical. Was it worth it? Not for that price. Tip: give yourself at least an extra hour travel time to arrive for your reserved time during the summer time. In order to get to the restaurant, you have no choice but to sit in excruciating Pelham Bay Park traffic due to all the illegally parks cars on the service road leading to restaurant.
Nice atmosphere, great view. Food is good. Service can be slow at times.
Great food & great service!
Nice place for outdoor dining. Service was unimpressive but loved the location.
Great food and relaxing ambience with a great view of the bridge.
The ambiance was perfect. The food was delicious, the service was amazing and the view was breathtaking. Can’t wait to go back.
Great food great service! Beautiful place. Will definitely go back.
Terrific meal after playing a great round at Ferry Point. Buffalo wings, calamari and ahi tuna salad hit the spot! Service was quick without being intrusive, and it’s a really nice setting being out on the covered patio. Couldn’t ask for a better meal after golf.
The staff and the place were amazing. Food really good and a very good ambiance.
Delicious lunch with spectacular views!
Everything was perfect for both our kids and grandparents!
It's a beautiful place with a great menu. Went for brunch and had the French Toast served with fresh berry compote and fresh cream--excellent! Felt like I was on vacation. All of the staff and including our server were very attentive. Can't wait to go back!
Hidden gem in The Bronx. Wonderful environment. Amazing views of the water and the bridges.
Will definitely return.
Great food, good drinks, beautiful view of both brides, great ambiance!!
The food is delicious well worth the price. Desert was disappointing and the service was kinda slow but overall it was a great experience.
Here is my 2nd review at the waterfront this week. I was somewhat disappointed on this visit. For starters we went on a Sunday and they had music, upon arrival I was excited about that until he started playing. His speaker was right in the dining area and was so loud it was hard to talk to our friends at the table, maybe tone that music down a bit. Next problem, my mom ordered mussels, when they arrived they were the size of a pinkie nail, how do you serve old mussels with no meat on them.
Although there were a few hiccups, I really do enjoy going here and will return with hopes of a perfect time.
Our waitress Eileen was great very personable and was very attentive. We will definitely go back again.
Views are spectacular, good American food, servers were all very kind, accommodating & friendly
Mushroom pizza outstanding
So nice to find an outdoor restaurant that made me feel safe
The server was really nice and the food was delicious
I was so glad when the Waterfront reopened again with outside dining. I have noticed that the service was top notch (our server was Emily) and the food better than the prior year. These were my 2 qualms, but it seems they hopefully have corrected the problems, and I am so happy about that. I’m back and will continue to return. My next reservation is tomorrow. I look forward to a wonder meal again.
Very nice experience
Waiters were great - loved the experience
Waitress was horrible, she was hardly attending to us. Thankfully the hostess noticed this 1/2 way through our meal and assisted us in getting drinks, food and our check. For the price you pay at this restaurant I’d expect 100% better service. We ended up being there for over 3 hours because of the poor service. Didn’t even get helped until we sat for more than 45 minutes. Then waited almost an hour after that for 2 drinks. Ridiculous! Definitely need to improve their service. Plus the table next to us dropped their napkins on the floor and both their face masks on the floor, multiple workers passed by this a countless amount of times and no one even cleaned either up. The dirty face masks were flying around getting near to our table and still nothing was done. Not sanitary during these times. Yet another red flag for our dining experience.
It was a great experience. Food was amazing, service was stellar and the view of bridge was incredible.
Food was excellent.
view of both bridges was truly wonderful especially the moon in-between.
Horrible service. Horrible server who came to our table in 25 minute intervals however continously went to the table behind us. The food took forever to come out. We were sitting there more than an hour before it came and the place wasn't even crowded. I will never return here or recommend anyone. If their unspoken moto was to provide horrible service so a certain kind of people won't return, it worked. Job well done.
If you’re reading this don’t hesitate just go. The view is amazing, the staff is so professional, and the food was worth every bite.
Such a beautiful evening for my birthday!! It was great. And the lobster!!!! Amazing?
What a beautiful lovely place for dinner!! The staff was kind and attentive and the view was unparalleled. I thought I was in Ireland not the Bronx😁
This place was really nice. Good vibes and No one rushing you out. Everyone was polite and peaceful. For a few hours we felt like we were out of town. Nice little gem here in the Bronx.
Grassy service, friendly staff. Relaxing views.
