Here at The Water's Edge Restaurant at Memorytown, we take pride in providing you a special and memorable dining experience. Sit lakeside, fireside or outside on the patio!

We are currently open Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm to 9pm. Reservations are strongly suggested but walk ins are accepted based on availability.

Our menu varies due to the seasonality of fresh ingredients we use, as well as our chef's weekly features. All of our food is fresh and made to order.

Everything from the greeting to being seated by the fireplace was perfect. I especially want to thank Josh our waiter as he was attentive and informative. I have been to many restaurants in the area and this is our new favorite. I know we will definitely return and hoping Josh is our waiter again. Thanks Again Gary Iverson

The setting and ambiance were wonderful. The service was prompt, professional and friendly. It was a bit pricey, but I felt that we got a lot for the money. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. The portions were big, the food was very good, and we got lunch from the leftovers today. We plan to go back to celebrate special occasions. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Service was a bit clunky. We were seated in a quiet corner as the person who seated us said “ we don’t have to be on top of the other guests” then another party gets seated right next to us when there were plenty of empty tables around. Never was asked if we wanted a second round of drinks. Coffee came out one at a time for a party of 4 and way before dessert was served. Food was good but the experience could have been better.

My finace and I were spending the weekend in the area and saw some great reviews so we decided to try it. WOW are we glad we did! The food was fantastic. We had the scallop appetizer that was a special for the day - seasoned and cooked perfectly - so tasty we wish there were more. Had the Butternut squash Bisque that was so delicious and tasted so freshly made. For dinner I had the Pork Tenderloin that was cooked perfectly and paired so well with the mashed sweet potatoes, cranberrys and apple slices in a perfect ratio. My fiance had the braised short ribs with polenta - again, perfectly done and so tasty. We were so full we considered passing on dessert but the food was so good we had to try one so we decided on the Creme Brule. Fantastic. You can tell the food is prepared fresh and the service was impeccable with our server, Josh, giving us great recommendations, being super attentive but not overbearing, never letting our drinks go empty and was very friendly. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area and hope to get to enjoy the outdoor dining when we do. If you want great food, great service and great ambiance - The Water's Edge is hard to beat.

We are not local, but any time we are in the area this restaurant is on our must list. The food is always exceptional. It has a great atmosphere, upscale casual. The staff is top notch. Josh, our server, was very personable and provided great recommendations. He was never in our face but always around when we needed him. We have had similar experiences with our servers in the past. Highly recommend!

Our server Josh was outstanding, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our meals were excellent The pork tenderloin entre was superb and the n.y. strip steak was cooked perfectly. The bourbon smoke enfused old fashion presentation at table side was a nice touch. The rob Roy was the best ever. Our desert choices were a pumpkin spice bread pudding with a carmel sauced pumpkin spice ice cream was outstanding as well as the tahian creme brule and coffee. Our date night could not have been any better. Would highly recommend this place and will more than likely revisit.

If we could come back for dinner every single day, we would! We chose the chef's tasting menu with the wine pairing and every single plate from start to finish was nothing short of stellar. Our server was a gem, and the atmosphere made for a sweet and romantic evening. 20/10 would absolutely make the trip again JUST to visit for dinner!

This was our first visit to the Water's Edge restaurant and it was everything other reviewers said it was. Our waiter, Josh, was fantastic and very attentive to our needs, answering questions, constantly checking to make sure we were happy and removing dirty dishes in a timely manner. The food was excellent, the atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect, the restaurant was easy to find and provides ample parking. I can definitely recommend the Water's Edge as a great place to dine for anyone looking for an upscale restaurant in the Poconos.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and our dinner experience was incredible. Our server, Josh, was wonderful all throughout our meal; he was attentive, patient when we couldn’t make up our minds on what to order because everything looked great, and didn’t rush us at all, even when we were almost the last to leave before closing. The steak tartare, the shrimp risotto, the beet and goat cheese salad, the sea bass, and the pork belly were all fantastic, beautifully presented and delicious. We took home what we couldn’t finish and had an awesome dinner with the leftovers the next night too! The manager graciously comped us a take-home dessert as an anniversary gift; we were so full we couldn’t eat it there but I couldn’t walk away without at least trying one dessert. The drinks were also exceptional; my husband had the smoked bourbon old fashioned and I had a gin cocktail that went down TOO smoothly. I could’ve had a few more if I wasn’t so full from the delicious food. We finished off our dinner with cappuccinos that were also ridiculously good. The ambience was also really nice, especially at our table right next to the wall of windows facing the water. The building is deceivingly simple from the outside, but once you walk in the space is really warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy dinner or a larger party. We wanted to come back the next night to try more things off the menu, but we ended up going kayaking down the Delaware the next day and we were way too beat to go out. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the Poconos!

Erin, our waitress, has been amazing both times we ate here! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh and perfect. The seasonal cocktails are fun and yummy! Definitely going to make this a regular dinner spot.

We had the chefs 6 course tasting and everything was delicious. The service was top notch and the view during sunset on the water was perfect. Only complaint was the dessert. The chocolate torte was crumbly, lacked flavor and richness, icing was hard and bland. All the dishes were crafted to perfection and it was such a journey. We’d visit again!

It was our 20th anniversary celebration, and we were treated like royalty. A big thank you to Rob, our waitor, who paid attention to detail and to the staff that came over and wished us a happy anniversary. Oh.... and the food was delicious, as always.

We were in town for my husbands birthday and found this place online,and boy did this place live up to the hype.Our server Josh was amazing. We chose the chefs 6 course meal tasting. It was everything the portions were amazing and each course surprised us. My favorite was the lamb Ragu with homemade pappardelle pasta. My husband loved the pork loin with sweet potato purée with apple jelly. We left feeling extremely bougie and full. Go here you’ll love it, also ask for Josh he’s the best!!!!
