Watchbox has so much potential. It just needs some ambience - lighting & music inside plus some music outside, some seating in the sunny areas that is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. It'd be a huge hit if those improvements were made.

We were sitting amongst the trees with so much grass for the kids to run around on. Jemma always makes you feel so welcome, and treats you like her own family. The place is extremely family friendly. The brie, mango & chicken pizza was spot on and the cider is just the icing on the cake! Always a winner in our books.

A fabulous hidden gem in North East Victoria, run by a very enthusiastic and friendly family. Even though the weather outside was very ordinary with intermittent wind and rain, the log fire made for a cosy, welcoming atmosphere indoors. Seating is ample from small to medium groups and a substancial outdoor undercover area would be well utilised in better weather I'm sure (there were a number of people out there even on the day we visited). Try their house brewed berry cider-very nice and moorish accompanied as ours was by delicious wood-fired pizzas. We wrer entertained by a young local singer/guitarist too which was a lovely surprise. All in all, a great place to visit. We'll be back.

A brilliantly relaxing way to enjoy a weekend lunch with family & friends. Eat indoors (with wood fire in winter!) or outdoors to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
