   Nice and busy place. Very good food. Quite young and noisy, not the best if you want to have a conversation.

   Needed a place near the Lucille Lortel theater. It was a treat that it turned out to be so good. Shared small plates. They were all delicious. Nice atmosphere too.

   The food was nice enough, the service was friendly, the burger was good for NYC (which ranks pretty low on my “good place to get a burger” list) and the bites were delicious but I have never, ever felt as ripped off as I did staring at a cracker sized “roasted beets” that cost a cool $23 and the 3 microscopic Hamachi Crispy Rice cakes for 24 bucks. Absolutely ridiculous. The poutine was pretty good but $130 for one beer, a fairly small burger and a 3 teeny weeny “bites” seemed a bit rich for pub grub.

   The noise level is extreme. The service was lax, so much so that two tables were complaining when we sat down, and one may have left without paying the bill. It took way too long to order drinks and then to get the check. After we paid and left, someone called and accused us of leaving without paying the bill. When we said we had paid by InKind, the person hung up without an apology. The food was quite good, but the wait staff didn’t measure up. Our overall impression: Meh.

   Portions were small and space was tight. Food was fine, but nothing that special. Cocktails were so-so. We arrived at 7:45 for our 8pm reservation, so I understand needing to wait until our res time, but they didn’t seat us until 8:20pm. Overall, wouldn’t suggest.

   We had to wait 45 minutes to be seated! The restaurant was extremely noisy and the tables are cramped together — we felt like the food was okay but we were so hungry so it was hard to tell!

   The food was mediocre at best. Everything feels heavy and confused. Wine over exposed but the staff is super friendly and sweet.

   Very cool little place. Service was excellent and the food was very good, especially the surprising “meatballs”, which are made with eggplant and ricotta. Good petit filet steak as well. Will be back.

   Great food. Great happy hour specials. A little tough to flag down the server but she had a lot of tables. Would return.

    Very mediocre- small place so it’s hard not to be seated near the kitchen and it smelled like dirty fry oil- the kitchen smell was very off putting
