We have dined at the Warehouse before and are very happy that we returned. As always, our meal was delicious, and the staff, as always, was superb.

Our threesome has dined at the Warehouse several times. It is convenient in Old Town, close to the parking garage and to shopping along King Street. The lobster salad is a particular favorite.

Excellent cuisine, served hot and plentiful. Cozy and a bit noisy, but great value for food preparation and taste. You and your guest will love it.

Went with a former co-worker and good friend. I ordered the salmon. It was topped with lobster (albeit, not as much as I was expecting) and was prepared in a champagne-leek sauce. Salmon was cooked medium and to perfection. The waiter even spoke to the kitchen after I mentioned something about sides, to have the chef include some asparagus and mashed potatoes. This dish was a special so I don't think it is on offer regularly. Nothing else on the menu caught my eye so if this wasn't an option, I don't know what I would have gotten.

My friend got the Shrimp Diane and a signature cocktail they prepare with three kinds of rum. It smelled good and strong and she had no complaints about it! Also enjoyed her meal.

All things considered, food was great and was strong enough to make me go back. But our waiter was sick and it really put a damper on the experience. We aren't germ-o-fobes and I appreciate that everyone has to work but it was disgusting to think that he was sniffling and handling our food. He was a great waiter and we tipped well but it was a huge turnoff to be served by someone who had a severe cold.

Interior and atmosphere was nothing to write home about. Kitchy and campy decor. Also, we were sat in an egress so halfway through the meal, my companion moved over to my side of the table so people walking wouldn't bump up against her chair while she was eating her entree.

If you just want to have a great meal, def check them out. That was the highlight of this experience for me. But I don't know if I would go back anytime soon. Def would not recommend.

date night at the Warehouse after the boat parade was a hit. Great fine dining spot off of King Street in the heart of the action. Cute two story set-up, with caricatures of local who’s who lining the stairway. Our meal was on point. We started with the wild mushroom dip: mushrooms were fresh and the light cream sauce was a perfect complement.

I ordered a cup of the alligator stew which I really enjoyed - this was my first taste of the Cajun style the Warehouse boasted.

Next up was the shellfish baked in parchment. This was excellent. What a perfect way to cook seafood, the flavor of the lobster, scallops & shrimp shone through. I’ll note they gave a generous portion.

Finally, we split a caramel custard and cleaned our plate. Great meal.

I’ll also say that the Maitre D’ was very accommodating and personable and added to our excellent dining experience.

Can’t wait for next time!

It was the Scottish Walk and six of us dined at THE Warehouse after the parade. Outstanding! The food was excellent...crab Benedict...huge lumps of crabmeat plus the She Crab soup was a hit.

Thank you to the chef, the lovely lady who greeted us and our server.

The best experience....do not hesitate!

The place was insanely loud. The waiter couldn’t hear us trying to order. The room we were sat in was nothing special at all, and the food was average. I was excited to go to this restaurant after reading the other reviews, it must have been a nicer in the past.

The quality of the food is quite good (bread was awful) and the service is fine but the ambiance is rather poor. Not only is it an old restaurant, all of it is dated (lobster crackers were crooked, did not work), seems like they do everything from memory, do not feel that they have to update themselves neither on the food, nor the decoration. Service was fine, but the waiters do not look attractive, like if they did not need to win the favor of customers. Like a restaurant that does seek to have repeat customers. Nothing seems to be special in this place.

The menu was not "creative", however, the stand-bys (crabcakes, gumbo, seafood papillote) that we ordered were superbly prepared and fantastic. Service did not quite match the level of the food.

Fabulous experience! Started off with a fantastic appetizer - fried calamari, crawfish, shrimp, and zucchini. Everything was so good and the dipping sauce was amazing! Ordered the crab cake sandwich and sautéd shrimp - everything was fabulous! The service was amazing - not too overbearing. Definitely make a reservation, though, tables fill up fast!

A group of six went to The Warehouse to celebrate a birthday. Great food (best pecan pie I’ve ever had and I grew up with 20 pecan trees in my yard so know pecan pie!). We were looking for someplace relatively quiet, and although this wasn’t extremely quiet (on a Friday night) our elderly guest heard most of the conversation. Excellent service, pretty restaurant, and all the food was very good and beautifully presented.

Wonderful spot in the heart of Old Town. Part of the restaurant was under construction so that slightly affected the ambiance and also the service that night. Our fish dishes were tasty!

After a long wait while the host ran past me several times and ignored me, we got off to a rocky start as he said he did not find my reservations which I had made two weeks in advance through OPENTABLE. I had a copy of the reservation and pulled it up for him on my phone. REALLY? I had to do that? Honestly, he acted like I was an interloper. He finally seated us at an upstairs table where we had great views of the caricatures on the walls and lining the stairs. We ordered brunch and it was good. The service was adequate, but we got the sense that since none of us were drinking, they were none too happy to wait on us. One of my colleagues was served strawberries in a dirty dish that had been a butter dish earlier from the looks of it. Yes, they promptly replaced her strawberries, but I was reeling from how they could walk out with food that had been put in a dirty dish? Between the bad attitude of the host who FINALLY seated us at a glacial pace and the dirty dish and the cranky wait staff, I give this place TWO STARS. Will I go back? Not in this lifetime!

The place was very crowded so we expected the food to be great. The appetizers were great. I had the seafood gumbo and my friend had the she crab soup. The jambalaya was okay, but not very flavorful. The crab and crawfish imperial needed pepper to give it any flavor at all. The staff was nice, but the entrees really were mediocre. Maybe we needed to order different entrees if we come back again.
