Spectacular! Great food and ambience.
This restaurant is my absolute favorite in Alexandria. The she crab soup is absolutely the perfect balance of crab, cream and just a hint of pepper.
This restaurant was amazing! The food was sooo delicious especially loved the pecan crusted crab cakes. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun night out with friends.
Very ordinary food. Touristy. Dont order the steak.
Lovely elegant yet casual modern vibe. Gracious service. Fine dining. Delicious handcrafted desserts.
Our first visit but definitely not the last. Food was delicious. Great Nee Orleans cuisine.
My friends and I sat on the 2nd floor and was able to look out the window on King Street. Booking a table in advance was a great idea! We were seating right away. The service was quick and the food was amazing. We will be back soon!
Food is amazing! Best crab cake ever! Restaurant could use some updating in decor but it was clean so that’s just a style preference for me. Overall great dining experience
We were disappointed with our meals and the service. My filet mignon had no taste and my wife's veal was over cooked. Never saw our waiter till the end.
Fried oysters were cool in the center. Porterhouse Veal had good flavor but was not 14oz. Waiter was determined to sell higher priced items. Just an ok restaurant.
Fantastic meal and service!
Great food! Everyone enjoyed their meals. She Crab Soup didn’t disappoint....awesome! Steak was prepared perfectly. The evening was a bit disappointing due to the cramped layout. We were seated on top floor, at a table in middle of the room, with large groups all around us, coming and going, bumping into us and forcing us to try and move even closer to the table, no where to go. We know better next time. We had a reservation.
I had a 3 star experience here. For the amount of food you receive, this is a $$ establishment.
The food was bland, my medium well steak was undercooked.
The waiter was nice to me but dismissive to my brother who was unfamiliar with the menu.
The table next to us was being extremely loud.
And it seems like a hit of miss kind of place.
I would not recommend spending $40 for a steak at this place.
The experience would have been 5 Star had it not been for our encounter with the bartender. I know folks have bad days, but this women should not be the face of this wonderful restaurant.
The rest of the staff was great and we were comped dessert for our initial issues. The food was outstanding and the owner was visible and very friendly.
I would strongly recommend the Warehouse, just avoid the bar.
Our server was excellent! The food was amazing (just like we remembered on our last date here)! Surf and turf was delicious and so was the pecan crusted chicken!! Would recommend to anyone who loves delicious food!
The food, service and atmosphere was perfect for my date. I found myself eyeballing her plate because my entree portion size was a tad bit smaller but very tasty.
I will definitely return for dinner.
We chose The Warehouse bases on reviews from tripadvisor since we are not local. We were a party of 8. Everything was great! Every one of us loved what we got! Pricier than I anticipated, but that was my fault for not researching. Service was good. Would definitely come back and recommend!
Excellent service and food! The Classic French Martini is amazing.
Quality of one entree — filet mignon — has declined noticeably from previous experience.
Had a great experience for my Dad’s birthday.
We were there for Easter dinner. 8 people and they got three orders wrong and my son had to wait almost an hour for his food because the waiter forgot to put it in. He comped us a dessert of a scoop of ice cream. Not a whole lot to f effort to make up for all the mistakes.
I absolutely love their She Crab soup. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I made a reservation for 10 people for Easter Brunch. When we arrived, there were lots of people waiting downstairs for tables to be available. I simply gave my name and they found my open table reservation. Our table for 10 was waiting for us ! Thank you!
6 of us enjoyed Sunday brunch. Loved the beignets (labeled "french donuts"). Not Cafe du Monde, but thoroughly delicious! Never tried them with maple syrup, but very tasty. Smothered catfish and Eggs St. Charles were winners, as well. Yum! The champagne and strawberries with the entrees were also a nice perk.
Made 12:45pm brunch reservations and arrived on time on a Sunday. At 1:00 I asked when we would be seated and was quoted “about 20 more minutes”. Got sat at 1:17pm against the window (a 2 top table made into a 3 top). The food was outstanding. The service was good when our waiter has the time to stop by. Brunch was very busy. I would recommend coming here and would recommend going in an “off time” and not during a rush.
Always enjoy coming back! Superb food and attentive staff. Thank you!
Fantastic service, food and atmosphere! I highly recommend!
We tried The Warehouse for Easter brunch, and overall had a good experience. The food was good, but missed the mark on a few things (home fries were cold, eggs were a little undercooked, veggies were slightly underseasoned). Crab cakes were fantastic though! Service was slower/less attentive than I would expect at a fine dining establishment, but we understood that they were busy. Pricing was on par with the area, meaning it is a little expensive.
Excellent dining experience. Very delicious meal. We were there for Easter Sunday Brunch. The Beignets were so light & airy-just like the ones in New Orleans! The eggs Benedict was so yummy! Mimosas were just the right touch to complement the morning. Our server was very helpful, friendly and pleasant! He was very quick to bring out our food! A wonderful dining experience! Excellent brunch! But additional sweet choices on the brunch menu (various pancakes, Belgian waffles, cinnamon rolls, etc.) would be an appreciated addition! There was only one sweet choice on Sunday (Easter). But we still enjoyed ourselves.
We will be back!
Hands down amazing all around food service will be back soon
I have been going to The Warehouse for over 25 years, I have never had bad service or a bad meal. The wait staff are very courteous and Hussain is amazing.
The two of us were seated promptly. We had a 6:15 PM reservation. At the time we were seated the dining room was wonderfully quiet. However, by the time we left we could barely hear each other. The Iceberg Wedge Salad ($8.95) wasn’t anything special. The fantasy was better than the reality. . .the same could be said for the Caesar Salad. I ordered the Filet Mignon and my partner ordered the Bronzino. I ordered the Filet ‘medium’ it came out medium rare to rare. The mashed potatoes were somewhat dry and tasteless. The two asparagus spears were either steamed or blanched. Not much flavor there. My partner’s Bronzino (just half of the fish for $31) was prepared well; served with the same tasteless, dry mashed potatoes and asparagus. The service was perfunctory. The bread, salads and entrees came out of the kitchen within a reasonable period of time. There isn’t anything objectionable about the Warehouse but we won’t go back. When you’re making an investment in an evening you want it to be, at the minimum, memorable.
Always a favorite. Excellent filet Ponchatrain. Delicious wine. Just lovely!
I booked this restaurant on our way to Old Town based upon the reviews. There were 6 people in our party, and everyone enjoyed the food.
Friendly and efficient staff. Good food.
Our reservation was for 7... we were seated about 30mins late. Although, although they were running behind due to a wedding party event, Saiad, was great... he made sure we were taken care of until our table was ready! Once seated the service and food were excellent. The team did a great job under pressure!
Will definitely be back
Wonderful atmosphere! The staff provide an exceptional experience. The food was fantastic. Raw bar, lobster, soups along with good wine make for a great time in this historic town!
Love this place, having been going here for years. The food is spetacular as is the service!!
