The Walrus Oyster Bar

Please join us for this lovely opportunity to spend some time with one of our favourite local wine makers. Xavier’s wines have been on our wine list since we we began writing one and continue to hold staple positions to this day. Xavier will be showing five of his new release wines and a cheeky 2023 back vintage too. There’ll be an opportunity to speak to the handsome devil himself and we will be providing some snacks along the way. Tickets are $45 a head and include 5 tasting glasses of Xavier's wines and a snack by The Walrus. Starts at 6:30pm sharp, finishing around 7.45pm. Guests are welcome to stay for dinner after the tasting finishes. We will be featuring some of Xavier's wines as special pours for the entire evening, too.
