Good selection of draft beers and specialty cocktails. For a one page menu there was quite a variety. Lobster pirogis to vegetarian dishes. Pretty loud but it fit the ambiance. Restroom was large and clean. Service was attentive and solid. Checked in a lot. Food very good but would not rate as excellent...it is a gastro pub not a 5 star restaurant so it was appropriate. Cool location with other pubs in walking distance. I would go again especially on a Monday or Tuesday when they have bargain food specials.

First time to the walrus. Loved the look of the restaurant. Waitress very nice. Food was OK. They were put if a few items like the pulled BBQ and the Shrimp. It was just OK.

Greek salad with grilled chicken for me and short ribs and maple burgers for others / all tasted great and service was quick! Enjoyed it and will definitely go back!

The lobster pierogies are amazing. All the seafood lovers at the table commented they’d get them as their main entree next time instead of sharing. Joey provided our table of 8 with amazing service with a friendly, quick witted personality, which we loved.

This was a pleasant surprise. We went with another couple before going to the movie at the Ohio Theater. The food was very good, the service was good and it was affordable.

They have so many great options for appetizers and meals. For appetizers we loved the goat cheese balls and soft pretzels. Recommend the sliders, grilled cheese, and walrus salad. Absolutely 5 star service! Never had to wait for anything-drinks always topped off.

We first came for restaurant week and really enjoyed it so decided to come here again before our theatre show. Tried the Goat cheese and tomato basil appetizer - delicious! And entree I got the short rib dinner and my sister got lobster roll - we both really enjoyed our meals. My one complaint (which has nothing to do with the food) is the tables. I don’t really enjoy high top table because I’m short and my legs just dangle, they said they didn’t have standard tables for 2 people.

We always enjoy our time at The Walrus. This time our appetizers were brought at the same time as our entrees, which I thought was odd. Everything tasted good and was good quality.

Food was marginal at best. Chicken sandwich did not have the avocado that was listed on the menu. Couldn't get the waiters attention when I discovered it. Cauliflower Augratin had only a few pieces of cauliflower in it. Tomi Collins drink was way to sweet--too much simple syrup. Music was too loud. Waiter was very nice but appeared to be overworked. Not planning to come back

Great food and our server was the best! My husband is a foodie and he commented on the freshness and uniqueness of the home made dressing. Portion size was generous. You won’t be disappointed.

We were attracted to the idea of good food and live music. Originally , we were told that the live entertainment started at 8:00 pm, which was incorrect, live music, on Saturday starts at 10:00 pm. When we ordered our appetizer, we were told by the waiter that the guacamole did not have onions, which was incorrect, it did have onions. My husband ordered beer and unfortunately it was unpalatable. Our fist experience was not commendable, we are definitely not going back again.

We've gone to The Walrus 4 or 5 times before shows at the Ohio Theater and we will definitely go again. The people are friendly, the service is quick, and we've never had a bad meal. It's a great little neighborhood bar.

We waited at the hostess stand for several minutes before anyone spoke to us. There were 4 employees that came nearby and made eye contact before walking away. We had reservations and were meeting others for dinner. This wasn't a great start to the evening. The portions are decent, food came out quickly and accurately, but the drinks were slow. Overall a decent evening but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

I tried the maple burger and it was great! Others in my party had short rib sliders, chicken sandwich, and lobster pirogies. All were enjoyed. It was a fun atmosphere. I would definitely go back!

Need reservations to go. Very crowded, even early. Noise level was high. Food was tasty, but fairly pricey. Server just had too many tables. She was nice, but hard to track down.
