We made a reservation and when we got to the restaurant they informed us that they had just sat a party of 30 and our food would take over an hour. Didn't seem super friendly or even apologize or offer to make accommodations. It was basically, "you can sit down if you want, but you will wait over an hour." we had 4 hungry kids with us and it wasn't worth putting up a fight, but we were not treated well and won't be back and wouldn't recommend

Both prime ribs came out barely warm, the medium rare filet still looked raw both times it came back… the last steak had no flavor. The food was far from worth the price. The server was extremely nice but not the best I’ve had.

Poorly trained service staff. Late greeting by server, drink and dinner orders mixed up, while not busy at all. Has a nice view but tables arranged poorly so it is not easily assessable. Management training and thinking are poor so this is far from fine dining in the Dells. Go to Kaminskis, Fields, Double Cut for that. Del Bar and Ishnala, are also a better value than this this place. It’s too bad because the food was OK, just not outstanding.

The service was not good. Very Slow. Wait staff did not know the menu. Food came out cold. For a $45 prime rib it should be warm!

I was upset because The Vue said they did not have a reservation for me. Unfortunately I did not have my cell phone with me to show them my open table reservation. I even told them that I confirmed my reservation so The Vue knew my party of 4 was coming. I hope Open Tables will still grant me my 100 points. They did have available seating so fortunately we did not have to wait, but did not like that they did not have me listed.

Our server was phenomenal. The host, was a different story. I booked well ahead of time and she refused to accommodate my table of seven away from everyone else. There was no one in the restaurant but you decided to sit us right behind another party of six, not respecting any social distancing. I was perturbed the entire time. We decided to stay because it was late and did not know if anywhere else to go. Drinks were good.
