Very nice place away from the crowds and tourist on our evening visit for a late dinner. Certainly a limited but great menu that can be shared with your significant other while there.

Great welcome and very knowledgeable service given particularly for options and recommendations that my coeliac wife could have. Food was well presented and very flavoursome. Can’t fault the value and my score for ambience is only on the basis that we were first in as they opened and early in the week. We have been in when there had been more of a ‘buzz’!

This was our second visit as enjoyed so much previously so for a birthday celebration we returned and had a wonderful 4 course meal with cocktails - excellent - very filling though so didn't really need the 4 courses. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We tried the Voyage of Buck as a last minute option, and we really think we have found a gem in the heart of the west end of Edinburgh! Steeped in history, with timeless cocktails, and a very well curated menu, this place won’t disappoint. The waiter was also extremely helpful and friendly, which added to a really enjoyable overall experience. We will be back.
