   This is not a restaurant, this is a night club!!!! Do not let the online menu fool you. Seating is couch style with coffee tables. We had a reservation for dinner and were told to "go find a seat" when we got there. There were no empty seats available. Finally they made someone else move to give us a seat (which made us feel terrible) and then told us there was a private event and asked if we wanted to stay. We decided to leave after all of the trouble. Check out the Penny Farthing, that is just across the street, they were amazing!

   When we arrived at the restaurant they took us to the basement and showed us a table in a hallway by an empty bar (there were 3 tables total and 1 couple sitting there) and said this was it because the restaurant was closed last minute for a private event !!! I could not believe 1. they didn't call us to say this 2. they tried to offer us this lame table before saying the restaurant was closed for an event. Also I had tried to call 4 times to say we were running 10 minutes late, and no one answers the phone ! Of course we didn't stay but then found ourselves outside in the cold without a reservation on Friday night. I was so annoyed and looking at other reviews saw this has happened to someone else also. Do not go here, they do not treat their customers with respect and do not deserve yours.

   Placed reservation for dinner. Showed up about 10 minutes early and no one was there to greet us, so had a drink across the street. Came back and they sat us, after seating, the hostess informed us that the menu options had been reduced to only 5 items, all but one were appetizers, and two were options for the same item, as they were "in the process of changing the menu". She stated "this is not really a restaurant". Maybe don't market yourself as one, and inform people that reserve a table if you are discontinuing all your menu items since your website still shows a full menu.

   When I was there the place had no working kitchen and only 4 food choices. We weren’t informed beforehand and it was not worth the experience.

   They got our reservation wrong and had a private function on so we couldn't get in. They said they tried to contact us but they have my email as I'd corresponded with them. Very disappointing and really not worth the bother

   I booked this restaurant for my wedding anniversary. What a disappointment. I didn’t even make it upstairs. We told the man at the door that we had a reservation at 9.30pm for dinner. He looked completely bewildered and told us VNYL did not not open until 10pm. He then kept us waiting at the door to “find someone”. We waited 10mims. No one came. Very disorganised, very poor service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

   Waited 1 hr to be served, waited more than 30 mins to get a check. Had to go find the sever for more than 3 times. Food is ok, the whole big 4 floor venue, only have 1 server. Honestly very horrible experience

    Had a terrific time watching Game of Thrones with a lot of fans, great food, great drinks, couple of glitches with the screening but that was OK. The only negative part were a guy at the bar, and two guys in the corner, that just would not shut up. I realize that's not the fault of the establishment at all though, it's just how it goes, and I look forward to returning to VNYL soon!
