   What I found here was something quietly impressive: a server juggling the weekend chaos with the kind of effortless competence that speaks volumes. Three refills of soda water with lime materialized without having to perform the universal "thirsty customer" pantomime. In the restaurant business, this small mercy is rarer than you might think. We started with the Queso Con Chile, that dependable crowd-pleaser that, when done right, transcends its humble station food origins. The Vig's version arrived with properly warm tortilla chips—a detail that separates the professionals from the amateurs. There's a special circle in culinary hell reserved for kitchens that pair molten cheese with room-temperature chips. But the real revelation was what they're calling their "grilled chicken chopped romaine"—a name that does the dish a profound disservice. When I hear "chopped salad," I brace myself for that sad, uniform dice of ingredients rendered indistinguishable from one another, like a vegetable punishment. What arrived instead was something altogether more thoughtful: properly grilled chicken alongside black beans with actual character, roasted corn that tasted of fire rather than freezer, ripe avocado, the peppery bite of watermelon radish, and cherry tomatoes that hadn't been refrigerated into flavorless submission. The cotija cheese added the necessary salty counterpoint, while tortilla strips contributed textural contrast. The avocado ranch dressing—something I'd normally approach with skepticism born of countless bland iterations—tied everything together without drowning the ingredients. A word to management: Abandon the "chopped" descriptor. It undersells what is, in fact, a carefully composed plate that deserves better linguistic treatment.    Our waiter was outstanding in his service to us. I asked for a desert and it was for my friends birthday and to my surprise he didn’t charge me. It was brought with candle lit at our table. Delicious.

   Food was very good. Ordered Happy hour drinks that were priced just right. We sat in the outdoor seating area which is pretty cute. The cushions at our table and the one beside us need to be replaced. BADLY. I sat on an extra napkin. They were very dirty and stained.

   Very nice experience on a Sunday morning . I had the best pozole ever. Tacos, Bloody Mary's...everything good. Nice atmosphere. Good service. Music a bit loud.

   Taco Tuesday is a great value,,, 2 mini tacos for $6. Very taste. Service was excellent and she was friendly and attentive. Only reason for not 5 star were the refried beans were not hot. Would order something else to compliment my tacos. Even dinner is excellent there. But hot food has to be hot!

   The food and service were good . The chicken chop salad. It’s very tasty and large portion. The Nashville hot sandwich was also good. My biggest complaint and something to be aware of, is our bill was $41.06. When we got our change back from a $50 bill, we should’ve gotten an $8.94. Instead of rounding down to $41 and getting nine dollars back, the server took it upon himself to round it up to $42 and only gave us $8 back. How do you round up for only six cents?  his loss as we decreased his tip by a dollar. It may not seem like a lot to a lot of people, but if they keep doing this every time, someone’s making out pretty good.
