Chicken Condon Bleu
Buttermilk chicken topped with cured ham and provolone cheese, served with whole grain dijonnaise on toasted brioche and a side of crispy potatoes
Ground chuck burger, topped with caramelized onions, herbed goat cheese, pork belly and tomato and served with fingerling potatoes and smoked paprika aioli
The service was amazing. The food was way overpriced we both got the airline chicken and it was good but it wasn’t worth the $26.
Drinks were good as well but could tell that they were a premix
Overall service was amazing and the ambience was 100/10.
Food will have to try something else than the chicken
Food good. Service lacking but ok. They rest on the fact they have a good view a bit to much.
Everything was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend for a classy date night
Great service and the food was amazing! Had a wonderful anniversary dinner!
The menu is limited but our table of 6 ordered 4 of the main entrees and they were all outstanding and beautiful. Great service despite being a busy night.
Great food, great service and great views. Thank you.
Loved the atmosphere. Menu is a little small.
We really enjoyed the food and the view!
The atmosphere is awesome. The inside and outside. The menu needs some help. The service was okay. It's definitely worth a visit for a drink and the view.
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and our daughter's 17th birthday, unfortunately it rained so we were not outside, but the service was excellent and they made our evening special. The food was really good, my daughter is vegan and she loved the portabella burger, and she felt 'part of the group' because available food options. My salmon was great and the atmosphere was very nice. Thank you for the special evening!
Definitely a great spot with great food, views and service.
The food portions were small and tiny sides. For all the ambience, it rather disappointing.
We were able to dine outdoors and it was GREAT. Lovely spot in Cincy for locals or tourists. Amazing view of the city!!
Loved the atmosphere, both inside and out. The outside was so much nicer then I imagined. Great breeze and it was shady. Perfect for a nice summer night. The food was all very good. Loved the cheese and spinach empanada and the dipping sauce. I will definitely get more of those next time. The salmon and mushroom risotto was also very good. It was a little spicy, but nothing overpowering. Service was a bit slow, they were training someone while we were there, so I’m guessing they like other restaurants are attempting to re-staff after covid. They comped us a drink because of are waiting, so they knew they it was an issue, which I appreciate when restaurants do that. We will definitely eat there again and highly recommend.
The menu was very limited. They took away many of their other items on the menu. Only 4 entrees to choose from.
THE VEIW WAS GREAT THE TIME IT TOOK TO GET SERVICE WAS NOT
Our waiter was just terrible and extremely rude! Poor presentation of food. Even the hostess was unfriendly.
I wouldn’t waste your time going here.
Great views, wonderful food and lovely interior. Will be back again soon!
Spectacular view! Fresh and interesting menu offerings. Food was excellently prepared, presented and absolutely delicious!!!
The menu is fairly uninspired but it’s good quality for what it is and the rooftop ambiance is pretty incredible.
Food and atmosphere was great
Great view our meal was really good. The filet of beef was cooked perfectly.
Great environment. Most of the food was good but the burger was dry and overcooked.
Incredible views, great service, just a really cool atmosphere.
Despite a reservation I still couldn’t get a table with a view. It was the reason we went there. Food was good, not spectacular. Atmosphere was ok. Without the patio it’s just another restaurant.
My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and we could not have picked a all around amazing place. Our waitress Gabriella was over the top incredible. WE WILL BE BACK!
It was a beautiful evening to sit outside and dine! We were in total shade, which was nice to not have the sun to contend with and the atmosphere was just lovely! While the menu items are a bit pricier, we all loved our meals. We got the empanadas as appetizers and they are a must to try-they are delicious!!
Expecting a tough re-opening for most restaurants. Appreciated the staff’s efforts to make it the best they can for guests. Love this place and will be back — hang in there. I’m glad Shire’s made it and remains a lovely, sky-high gem.
Nice place to relax but plan to be there a while. Wait staff very slow.
Hostess was particularly helpful with getting us seated outdoor in a place with a great view.
Really wanted to like this place. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and the inside space is equally as lovely but the food as lacking. We had the Wagu Burger and the frys were the highlight and the pork chops which was average at best. The salmon dip was very good. May return for the view and appetizers.
We had a memorable celebration at this beautiful rooftop restaurant fory friend's 60th birthday. The weather was perfect with a bit of chill in the air, but we were fortunate to have one of the fire pit tables to keep us warm and to add ambiance to the evening. We enjoyed our food, especially the radicchio salad with cochoa nibs. It was especially delicious! The staff went out if their way to make sure we had an enjoyable evening! I look forward to returning!
Wonderful ambience, wonderful food, wonderful time!
Good food, great view
Atmosphere: Awesome! Had a great view and really cool and comforting feel. Like a cozy living room. 5/5
Food: I’m not sure what the chef is doing there. Some of the dishes turned out better than how the menu portrayed, some came out less than expected. The pork chop & portobello dishes were okay. The filet & salmon dishes looked amazing! 3/5
Service: I’ve worked in the service industry and I could tell our server didn’t have much experience. They couldn’t explain the dishes to us, and they weren’t attentive, but they were nice. If it wasn’t related to Covid I’d give it a 1/5, but given the benefit of the doubt, 2/5.
Price: Some plates worth it, some definitely not. $32 for a sliced pork chop (not bone in) and kinda dry…not a good experience.
Will I come back? Probably, once the service industry recovers from Covid.
Mother’s Day celebration. The waiters were very apologetic however the food took an hour and half to get to us. This was a problem since the food itself was nothing special.
Our first visit and we loved it! Mother's Day. Got a great table with a view, wonderful appetizers and meal. Everything was excellent as was our server. We will be back with friends.
Food was exceptional! The service was weak. Out of many items, both drink and food. We’ve been here a number of times in the past couple of years. Based on tonight’s experience my wife and I agree this restaurant is no longer a great overall experience. Thank you for the past times that is was.
The hostess at the entrance seemed to not care about guests. The waitstaff was too busy to focus on any table.
They obviously had troubles with the kitchen on Mother’s Day. We were told that food was at least 45 minutes and some items on the menu would take longer.
I don’t know if they were off their game, but I will try them again in the event it was a fluke. We were seated right away, and our drinks came right away, but we waited for our food for 1 hour 20 minutes (at least) after ordering. When the food finally came, a salad was missing (we forgot about it because we were so hungry), my $18.75 Wagyu burger was very well-done (I asked for medium rare) and my son’s fried chicken was dry as a bone. My wife’s “yolk sandwich” was dry and lacked substance, and my MIL’s burger was also very well-done. The fries were stale & floppy. The server and a manager did apologize for the wait, provided 3 free bacon & some fries (which was appreciated), and comp’d three Bloody Mary’s. This is why I will try again later. Not the best Mother’s Day experience.
